The next day, I woke up extra early. Earlier than Liam as I was so happy, I don't know why but I feel happy after last night. Okay, okay. I agree, ignoring Liam was a very bad idea.

But you know what, I am happy. I am happy that at least we got closer to each other.

After taking a bath, brushing my teeth I went downstairs. I saw Maria in the kitchen, I went to her and said "Good Morning."

She looked at me in amazement. "Morning. How are you awake so early?"

I giggled. "Can I prepare the breakfast today?"

She eyed me suspiciously, I gave her a bright smile. "Sure, you can."

Happily, I went in and started preparing the breakfast. After sometime Ryan and Liam came down. They sat on their usual places.

Done.

Phew! I have worked so hard today.

"Here's your breakfast." I say placing the plate of food in front of them.

"Is there something special?" Liam asked suspiciously.

"No. Why do you ask?"

"You are never up so early. And you look happy too. What's the matter?"

I shook my head. "Nothing."

"Mommy, no secrets." Ryan said again eyeing me suspiciously.

I cleared my throat. "C-Can you both stop with those looks? What is your problem if I am happy?"

Both of them were still looking at me with the same expression. "Ugh!! You both are irritating."

I sat on the seat next to Ryan and started eating the food, happily.

Ryan took a bite of the food then, moaned. "Mmm... Dad there is definitely something fishy. I am sure. The food too tastes awesome."

What the hell is wrong with him!

"Bella, will you tell us what is it?" Liam asked.

"Jesus! You guys are unbelievable."

Ryan giggled and Liam smirked. I continued eating the breakfast. After we were done, Liam got up from his seat and wore his coat. He picked up Ryan in his arms and kissed his cheek "Take care and don't be naughty."

Ryan nodded obediently and kissed Liam's cheek.

"Good boy." After setting Ryan back down, Liam turned to me and said "Take care."

I too nodded. Umm... obediently.

He then turned around. I frowned.

What! No kisses for me?

After he was gone, I was sitting in my room and looking out of the window. The whole day went by watching movies. Well, after we got scared that day, and got all scolding from Liam, we dropped the idea of watching horror movies. Ryan said we'll watch horror movies when Liam is home. So, now we are watching Avengers. This boy has got a new addiction of Avengers. He said he is going to watch all the Avenger series. We have watched Captain America, Iron Man and Thor and now we are on Avengers. It's fun watching movies with Ryan, he always gets irritated when I give spoilers and I love that. It's almost 5 and Ryan is in his room still sleeping.

Suddenly an idea popped in my head, how about we go out maybe to the park. It's nearby and Liam is not coming anytime soon. Ryan would be able to enjoy for sometime.

Okay fine. But I think you should ask Liam first.

Are you crazy? If I ask him, he'll say no and my baby will not be able to have fun.

Oh really?

Yeah.

And if you don't ask him, he'll bury us alive.

I know but I know this too that he'll never allow me to take Ryan out. So, no asking Liam.

Yeah our first step towards dying.

I ignored her and went to Ryan's room. He was sleeping holding his Goofy. I smiled to myself looking at him. I went in and sat beside him. Slowly I started tracing my fingers through his hair.

I bent down and kissed his forehead "Baby, get up it's late."

Ryan slowly opened his eyes, then closed again due to the light. He sat and yawned then again opened his eyes. "Mommy." He said still in his sleepy voice.

"You are finally awake. Let's take a day off from your studies and go out."

His sleepy eyes shot open "Out!"

"Yep. Me and you, to the park."

He smiled and jumped out of the bed. "Mommy, just give me five minutes, I'll get ready."

I laughed at his excitement.

Then I went back to my room. Got ready and was looking at the mirror, when Ryan shouted my name. I asked him to wait then after 5 minutes he again shouted, this time whining.

This boy is hella excited. Taking my clutch, I quickly ran out of the room. When I told Mark, our driver to take us to the park, he looked worried. He asked me that if I have asked Liam or not and I lied to him that I have and Liam has given us the permission.

It looked like he didn't believe me but still he nodded and took us to the park. Now I was sitting on a bench in the park and Ryan was enjoying on the rides. I was so happy to see him like this. Seeing him happy and smiling makes my heart feel satisfied.

"Mommy!" Ryan called me from the ride and waved at me, I waved back at him.

Oh Fuck!

My smile instantly faded away.

I forgot to tell Maria. She was nowhere around and I didn't t-

I was snapped out when my phone started ringing. I took out the phone from my clutch and looked at the caller id. I froze.

"L-Liam. Shit!"

I didn't pick up the call, but he kept calling me. The fifth time I picked it up.

"Hey." I said in a nervous tone but trying my best to act normal.

"Bella, where the fuck are you?" Liam's extremely angry voice came from the other side.

"A-At home." Why did I had to stutter?

"At which corner of the house are you exactly?"

"I-In your o-office."

"Really, exactly where are you hiding in my office?"

"W-Why w-would I hide?"

"Then why can't Maria find you and Ryan anywhere in the house. Not even in my office."

I am so doomed.

"L-Liam."

"Bella, you are out with Ryan and on top of that you were not picking up my calls."

"L-Liam I am not o-out."

"STOP LYING TO ME BELLA." He shouted from the other side which caused me to flinch. Just by his voice I can sense he is extremely mad at me.

"I-I-"

"Where are both of you?"

"L-Liam we were g-going back h-home, y-you don't h-have t-"

"I ASKED WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?"

"In the park, near our house."

"Wait there I am coming."

"No Liam we-" he hung up. He didn't even listen to me.

I sighed then looked up to see Ryan, to ask him to come back. But when I looked there, Ryan was not in the ride. I got up and started looking in the other rides. But couldn't find him.

"Ryan." I called out his name but no response.

"RYAN." I again shouted but again nothing.

After calling his name few more times when he didn't answer I started to panic.

Where did he go?

"Ryan, baby stop. I-It's not a joke. Please come out."

But still no response.

I could feel tears in my eyes. Where did he go? He was here a few minutes ago in front of my eyes.

"Baby we need to go. Where are you? This is not funny Ryan."

"RYAN."

I went to each and every child who were around the rides to ask them about Ryan, but they said they didn't see him anywhere. I ran to the people who were around and showed them Ryan's picture but then again nothing.

Everyone just said that they saw him playing a while ago but nobody saw where did he go.

"Baby where are you?"

Clutching my phone to my chest in which Ryan's picture was opened, I cried. "Baby, p-please come to Mommy, I-I promise if you come out, I'll make donuts for you and y-your favourite chicken too. I-I'll do whatever you'll say, b-but please just come to me."

It's all my fault, I should've listened to Liam and not brought him here.

Why am I like this?

Why don't I ever listen to anyone?

What if something happens to Ryan?

"No. No. No. Nothing will happen to him. He is my baby, nothing can happen to him. My Ryan is strong."

I stood there with tears rolling down my cheeks.

"Bella." I looked up and saw Liam standing in front of me, looking at me angrily. His eyes changed to confused ones when he saw me crying. "Bella, why are you crying?" He looked around trying to find someone then looked back at me "Where's Ryan?"

"I-I don't know."

"What?"

I shook my head. "I-I can't f-find him."

His eyes widened. "W-What do mean you can't find him? He w-was with you right?"

"H-He was, but now I-I can't s-see him anywhere."

Without saying anything Liam ran to the rides and started searching for him, he called out his name. But there was no sign of Ryan. He searched for Ryan everywhere, I was just following him. There were two grounds on the park. Liam ran to the other one, where I haven't searched for him. Liam finally stopped in front of a group of children. I too stopped confused, looking at him. His eyes furrowed to look there closely. I too followed his gaze.

"Shit." He muttered and ran there, I too ran with him, still confused. He moved all the children aside and there he was.

My baby.

Standing in the middle, scared and crying.

"EVERYONE OUT NOW." Liam yelled at all the children standing there, scaring the shit out of everyone. All the children ran away from there, scared as hell.

Liam kneeled in front of Ryan and looked at him from top to bottom. "You okay?"

Ryan started crying more, his body was shaking and he was not able to breathe properly.

My eyes widened. He is having a panic attack again.

Liam rubbed Ryan's back. "Hey, it's okay. It's okay. I am here."

He held Ryan's hand tightly. "I am here baby. No one will hurt you. Shh... Okay let's count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5"

"S-Six"

"S-Seven"

"E-Eight"

"N-Nine"

"Ten"

"Feeling better?" Liam asked.

Ryan nodded still sobbing. Liam wiped his tears and hugged him tightly taking a deep breath. "You scared the shit out of me today."

Pulling away from the hug he looked at Ryan "What did they do?"

Ryan looked down with tears rolling down his cheeks "I-I w-wanted to play with them, f-football but when I-I came and asked if I-I c-could join t-they said n-no and pushed me, I was going back t-to M-Mommy when they b-blocked m-my way and hit me w-with the football, and p-pulled my h-hair." This time he started crying harder and hugged Liam.

Liam got up picking Ryan up in his arms. "Dad will scold them. Okay?"

Ryan nodded. And hid his face in the crook of Liam's neck. Liam carried Ryan to the car, I followed him from behind. Putting Ryan inside the car. Liam was about to go to the driver's seat when I held his hand.

"Liam I w-was just-"

"Not now Bella. You have a lot of explaining to do at home. Save it" He said with an extreme serious tone. He looked so angry that I didn't had the courage to say anything else. 

Opening the door of the car for me he said with his jaw clenched "Get in. Now."
