Ariana tightened her grip on the sleeve of his tailored suit jacket as they entered the high school, feeling her white beaded dress slide across her slender body and the curls on her head remain still as stone, only the lone feather swishing gently. She had been told that her dress was rather similar to Elena and it saddened her slightly. Always compared to Elena. Klaus promised it was unintentional.
"Fashionably late" he whispered into her hair, lips placed just below her ear and breath fanning across her flesh. "Let us have some fun" Ariana graciously accepted his offer, though not being capable to see what mischief they were set to create. Klaus brought them to a stop amongst swaying bodies and she frowned though said nothing. "Where you been mate?" he inquired and his tone and words suggested that he was not speaking to her.
"I just got back into town" Tyler.
Klaus looked at the girl on his arm for a moment, she looked absolutely stunning in an expensive vintage dress and tight curls, she would have loved that era, he was almost certain of it, a decade of dancing seemed fitting for the beauty.
"That's funny. I don't recall giving you permission to leave in the first place" Ariana tightened her grip on his arm as he spoke, stealing herself for something bad in inevitably occur, none of them could stand one another's presence without causing unnecessary amounts of drama. "Hmm, but I am not here to question you. I personally have other endeavours. Dance with me love?" he wondered to Ariana now, she could feel his breath fan across her cheek.
"Of course" she giggled sweetly, in melodious tone as always, just glad to distract him from causing another bout of trouble in the high school gymnasium. She need not speak anymore for she was suddenly spun around, his hand never leaving hers as he pulled her close to him and they swayed side by side.

"Have I told you how beautiful you look?" he asked as the song drew to a close.
"Hmm, only a few thousand times" she giggled and he released a low chuckle in response and an appeased humming sound.
"And I shall say it a thousand more" he promised, his lips placing softly to her cheek in what could only be described into a butterfly kiss. Ariana leant her head softly into his neck and in that moment, they could only be described as purely perfect, the couple in white swaying with an air of grace and a picture of romance.
"Where shall we go?" she wondered to him softly, knowing that they were leaving and she had no choice, secretly she did not want one though wondered what they would say about her quick departure with the immortal hybrid.
"Wherever your heart takes you Sweet Ariana, we could go anywhere. Travel the world" he laughed and she felt a pumping desire to see that expression upon his face, if only once.
"I do not mind as long as I am with you" she stated lowly and he could not help the beam that split across his features, for the first time he had a person in his arms who wanted to spend time with him and did not need to be compelled to feel so. He dipped her low to the floor as she giggled, tipping her head back, with a free hand he pulled her face back, pulling her up though not releasing his tight grip as their lips connected passionately though only briefly.

"Rebekah, call me back immediately." Klaus silently fumed as he pulled the blind doppelganger through the front doors into the cold air of the night, she felt the squish of the carpet beneath her heels though took no notice, slightly jogging to keep up. "I only came to this ridiculous dance because you begged me to and now you're nowhere to be found" Ariana heard the beep of the phone disconnect and was suddenly jolted backwards as Klaus stopped walking, feeling something squish beneath her heel she jumped. She was pulled back into his chest softly.

"Sorry love" he whispered.
"What is it Nik?" she asked him and he shrugged, wondering to someone else who she did not know was present until now.
"What is this?"
"Your mother's back" a new voice chipped in and Ariana span around.
"Stefan"
"Aria" he stated softly and he heard the click of his shoes move closer to her though was puled back tighter by Klaus.
"It is okay" she promised the hybrid and evaded his arms to walk toward the Salvatore.
"I am so sorry Ariana, I don't know what I can say" he stuttered out slightly and she hugged him, choosing to forget that he broke her wrist and tried to dive her off a bridge. He held her softly, breathing a sigh of relief. Although everyone currently hated Ariana for being on the side of the hybrid, the Salvatore brothers loved her the same as ever, knowing this made her happy and being in no place to judge her taste in suitor, they also knew that Klaus would allow no harm to come to her and the Doppelgangers needed that protection.

Ariana heard Bonnie chanting as she entered the lone classroom, pulling the gloves higher off her arms in the hope that they would not fall off.
"Monkey" a voice inquired and her head instantly snapped upwards in acknowledgement. "Let us put all the feuding behind us? For one moment?" he asked in a hushed whisper and she nodded slowly, she needed Damon, he was her best friend and she was utterly atrocious at keeping a secret, though Damon had done nothing wrong except trying to kill Nik, though Nik had tried to kill Damon just as often so she supposed it was an even playing field.
Hands placed gently on her shoulders and she hopped into Damon's arms, hugging him tightly as he returned it, thankful that she was here and unharmed.
"I missed you" he whispered, "Now let's kill mama original" he stated and she knew by his voice that he was smirking. The Salvatore picked her up, placing her on a table and she smiled, feeling the scent of Niklaus wash over her as he took a seat to her side, leaning and wrapping an arm softly around her waist as he sighed, annoyed at the length of Bonnies spell... it was going to be a long night.
