Autumn's POV
I was called down to the office because Brody was picking me up. I'm so excited! I really dind't want to be in school today...I couldn't focus. I kept thinking about how Brody was acting so strange.
"Hello Nancy." I greeted the secretary.
Oh hello sweetheart. Brody's outside waiting for you."
"Ok. Thank you." I skipped outside the doors and out of the school, only to be grabbed. A hand was put over my mouth, as I tried to scream. They pulled me down the stair and threw me into the back of a black van. The man who grabbed me shut the door and got in the front. A few other men held me down and tied my hands and feet together and ties a handkerchief around my mouth.
"Brody's got himself a fine girl." The man who grabbed me said. "I'm Squid by the way." Squid. What the hell kind of name is that?! "This is Razor." He pointed to the driver. "And that's Monkey and Bull Dog."....the two men now sitting on either side of me. "You'll meet Snake later." These people had some crazy names.
I started crying. Why were they kidnapping me? What are they gonna do to me? Oh god...I hope it's not like Halloween again. Please please please...anything but that!
"Hey, stop crying." Squid commanded...which only made me cry more. "We aren't gonna hurt you...that is, if Brody makes the right decision."
Brody? Is this what Brody meant? Is this why he was acting strange? He said it had something to do with his past. Are these people it?
The van pulled to a stop. Squid got out and opened the door. Monkey threw me over his shoulder and carried me into a brock building in what looked like to be in the downtown area. The opened a steel door and carried me up a flight of stair and into a large, grey, empty room. Monkey sait me down in one of the corners and went to join Bull dog, Squid, and Razor in another corner. They were huddled together, talking, but whispering so I couldn't hear. That's funny...they all had the same tattoo that said Tough Luck, but in different places. Brody has the same tattoo on his back too.

Brody's POV
"Zac! He has Autumn!' I exclaimed, bursting through the door. I assumed he was inside my apartment, since his car was parked outside.
"What? NO!" He cried angrily.
"Squid pretended to be me and got her out of school. Snake talked to me outside the Diner. He says if you don't go back to them, he'll hurt Autumn. I have less than 2 hours to decide who I choose." I told him quickly, panicking.
Zac that for a minute. "Who you choose?"
"Yes. I have to choose between you and Autumn. Either I let you go back to them and save Autumn, or I refuse yo let you go back and lose Autumn." I said starting to cry. "Dammit!" I said wiping away my tears.
"Dude, it's ok to cry. I get what your going through. Stop acting like such a tough guy. Be yourself."
"It's easy for you to say. You weren't the cofounder of the gang."
"No, but I was the best member, remember?" I remember. Zac was the best fighter, and best theif out of all of us. He once stole a jade tiger from a diplomats home back in California. With all that security around, they never caught him...not even with all the security cameras. I smiled at him and laughed. "Brody, I'll go back to them."
"No you can't!" I said grabbing him to stop him from heading out the door.
"I have to!! I'd do anything for Autumn!" Zac yelled, starting to cry himself.
"Zac stop blaming yourself for what happened! You'll hurt Autmn even more by going back to them!"
"Brody! She doesn't know we were ever apart of their gang...and she doesn't have to. Just tell her I've moved to California and I'll be back soon."

"No Zac." I said confidently. "I won't let you go back."
"What other choice do we have? Are you gonna let Snake hurt Autumn?!"
I stood there silent. Was I? I can't do this. Autumn is everything to me. I can't let her get hurt. But Zac is my cousin. My own blood. I don't know what to do.
"Why can't I save both of you." I said in defeat. Zac got the 'i have an idea' look. "What?" I asked.
"Maybe you can."

The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. Dana and The Legend of Apollo and Daphne
She is the reincarnation of a Greek god's former lover. Did anyone bother to tell her? No... at least not until the god shows up at her door.I couldn't explain his features any way besides perfect. He was probably the most handsome man I had ever met. Something about him was familiar, as though I had known him for years. One hand still grasping mine, he moved his other into my hair, stroking softly. His warmth surrounding, his touch calmed me.I couldn't move. I could barely breathe. My mind was blank. It was like nothing I ever felt before. I was lost in his eyes, in his warmth, in the feeling that I was safe. At that moment I wished to stay forever. I also knew better than to remain here. However, my muscles went numb under the warmth of his hands. I couldn't move.I layed there him stroking my hair in shock for what in my head felt like forever. Eventually, he leaned down and spoke into my ear making my whole body shiver."My dear, I have waited for this moment for years," his voice was beautiful, strong and warm. Like the wind on a summer day. He had humor in his eyes and I found it extremely unsettling. There was something off about his tone. Almost like I was dreaming, but I knew it wasn't one. Something powerful and dangerous was in his voice... Ohhh no! This wasn't some random mortal standing over me. This.... this... this was a god...Credit to Rick Riordan for building such a wonderful world to put stories into and creating some of these amazing characters.
