《The Cop Who Loves Me...A Teenager》chapter 49--Epilogue

AUTUMN's POV
"BRODY!!!" I yelled from downstairs. Brody and I moved into a nice house just outside of town after the wedding. It was simple, not that big, but it was perfect for the both of us and the three little babies soon to arrive. Yep, that's right...THREE! I'm having twins! A boy and a girl, so we get our baby boy and little princess :). Lucy was having a girl. Lucy temporarily moved in with us...just until she has the baby, the she's going back to her own house. The paparazzi can't find her here. Brody got his promotion at work and is making just enough money to support us all. And Lucy would be giving us money each month to support her baby.
But back to why I was yelling for Brody. I was about to have these babies. I heard heavy footsteps running down the stairs and soon, I saw Brody in his pajamas, with his hair messed up. Hmm...he must've been sleeping...I mean, IT IS 2 am, but i couldn't sleep, neither could Lucy, so we decided to watch a movie downstairs.
"What's wrong?" Brody asked concerned.
"The babies are coming.". I said calmly.
Brody's eyes went wide. "What!? But they aren't due for another 2 weeks!"
"Hey, THEY...". I said pointing to my stomach. "...decide when its time. Not the doctor."
"Ok ok ok." he said panicking. "Uhhh where's the bag? And my car keys? Get in the car. Ahh I can't find my keys!" Me and Lucy lifted ourselves off the couch and I went over to the coffee table and picked up Brody's keys. Then I found him making a mess in the kitchen, looking for the keys. I dangled it in front of his face and he sighed. "Oh good. Now where's your bag?". He began looking around.
"Right here.". Lucy said holding 2 bags in her hand...I only had one bag. We both looked at her, confused. She shrugged. "Suzie's coming too.".
Suzie was what Brody and Lucy decided to name it. They decided to use Autumn as her middle name, and my middle name as her first name. Confusing, I know...but her name will be Susanna Autumn Taylor.
"Oh god," Brody sighed, looking like he was about to faint.
I rubbed his back, soothingly. "Brody, listen to me. You have to calm down. Ok? Take deep breaths."
He laughed. "Im supposed to be the one telling you that."
"I know. Now man up and lets go have these babies." I said enthusiastically.
A couple hours later....
There were 2 crying babies put into my arms. I couldn't be any happier. Brody placed a kiss on top of my head. "I'm so proud of you, Autumn." My baby boy looked like Brody. Blue eyes, brown hair, same nose. My little princess had my dark brown hair, nose, but had Brody's blue eyes. They look absolutely adorable with blue eyes.

"Sir, the...ummmm...Lucy is about to have her baby." a nurse said awkwardly, trying to find the find words that wouldn't offend us. Let's face it, our situation was a bit of a mess. "would you like to be there?"
Brody looked at me for permission. "Go see your other child be born." I instructed him, too distracted by these two little miracles right here.
"Thank you." he said before kissing me, each of the babies, and then running to the next room.
"Theyre adorable." a nurse complimented the babies.
"Thank you." I smiled at her.
"Have you decided what your going to name them?"
I nodded my head, still smiling down at my babies. "Mhm. Brody Mason Taylor and Cassandra Rose Taylor." I answered. Me and Brody both decided Mason would be the perfect middle name for our baby boy.
"Cute." the nurse replied.
Then Brody....my husband Brody...came back in holding a pink bundle of joy, and smiling down at her. He came over and sat down on the edge of the bed, next to me. "Autumn, id like you to meet Susanna Autumn Taylor. The youngest so far.". He place Susie in my arms while the nurse took away my twins and put them in the basinetts next to my bed. Susie had Lucy's blonde hair, nose, and Brody's blue eyes as well. Funny...all of them have Brodys eyes.
"What do you mean so far?" I asked.
"Well I assume we'll be having more children in the future..." he trailed off.
"We'll see. Now go introduce Susie to her half brother and sister.". I instructed. He took Susie out of my arms and placed her in the basinett next to my twins. Brody was smiling widely at all three of them. Cassandra had his finger in a death hold. She wouldn't let go of her daddy. That's when I knew she was going to be a daddy's girl. Haha, Brody already had her wrapped around his finger. "So how's Lucy" I asked.
"She's doing ok. She wouldnt even take one look at Susie though. She just told me to bring her in here to meet her Mommy and to not bring her back in."
I single tear rolled down my face. Lucy wouldnt even look at Susie? She didn't even want to say goodbye her baby? "Why would she say that?"
Brody finally got Cassandra to let go of his finger, and he came over and stroked my face gently. "Because she doesn't want to get attatched to something that's not hers."
"But Susie is hers, Brody."
He shook his head. "She never wanted Susie, and still doesn't. Right now she's on the phone talking to her agent about booking a job. Lucy wants you to be the only mother Susie will know."

"Where are my godchildren?". Mason barged in with pink and blue balloons in one hand and 2 teddy bears in the other. Mike followed him in, carrying another two teddy bears. Mason place the balloons off to the side and handed me a teddy bear.
"Mason." I greeted giving him a hug.
"How are you?"
"Fine. Great now that the babies are here." I answered gesturing over to the babies. Mason gasped and went over to them.
"Ok, let me guess which one is which. The one in the middle is obviously my god son, Brody jr. The one on the left is Susie because she has Lucy's blonde hair. And the one all the way on the right must be Cassie. Am I right?"
"You are." I said giving him a round of applause. He bowed and then stood back upright.
"As much as I'd love to stay here and look at these cute little faces, I think I'll go see how Lucy is doing.". Mason stated, pulling Mike at from the babies. "But don't worry, we'll be back."
"Oh Mason, I wish we could have a baby if our own." Mike whined as they were leaving.
"Well Mrs. Taylor," Brody started. "are you ready to begin a new chapter if our lives with these three to die for children of ours?"
"I'm ready if you are."
"Babe, I'm more than ready". He said, kissing me passionately, making all the nurses awwww. The babies even giggled, making the nurses awww even more.
16 years later....
"Kids! Get down here! You're going to be late for school" I called.
One by one, I heard them stomp down the stairs, dreading the idea of school. I hugged each and every one of them goodbye.
"Brody, drive safe and tach out for your sisters.". Brody told his son.
"I will, Dad." he replied, rolling his eyes.
"By Daddy" Cassie and Susie said, each kissing their father goodbye. They were both daddy's girls. "By mom" they both said, kissing me goodbye as well.
"By girls, by Brody. Have a nice day! And don't forget Uncle Mike and Uncle Mason are coming over later with your cousin Lucinda. Aunt Lucy is also coming with Uncle Kyle and cousin Stacy and Dan"I said as they were walking out the door. Mason and Mike adopted their own little girl and named it after Lucy...kind of. Lucy, Lucinda...same thing. Lucinda is only a year younger than Brody, Cassie, and Susie. oh! And Lucy got remarried two years after she and Mason divorced. Now Lucy is Mrs. Kyle Manson. They had a boy 5 years after they got married, named Dan..he's now nine. And now they have a girl named Stacy who's now 5.
"Mom? Dad?". Susie stuck her head back inside, looking nervous. "can I ask you something?"
"Sure princess. What is it?" Brody asked.
"How come I look more like Aunt Lucy than Mom? I mean, I have her blonde hair, her nose, her figure, her height. I look nothing like mom. No offense mom, you're the hottest mama out there, but I was just wondering."
Me and Brody gave eachother a knowing look. "Baby, go to school. We'll explain genetics when you get home. Alright?" I said.
Susie smiled. "alright. I live you guys! See you later!" she said cheekily smiling, and skipped off to the car and drove off with her brother and sister.
"we have to tell her." I said to Brody.
"We will...when Lucy is here. But don't stress out about this, Autumn. We don't want anything to happen to our baby boys, now do we." Brody stated. Yes...boys. I'm having triplets...all boys. After 16 years of not getting pregnant, it finally happened again. Hey, I'm still young enough! I'm only 32! And Brody's only 43...he not that young, but still. >.>. I love him. And I love all our children. I just hope Susie takes the truth well...

A/N. so this is the last chapter!!!! I'll miss writing this story, but I'm gonna do a sequel. I think I'm gonna call it "The Truth Comes Out". It's going to be about the Taylor children's lives with a bunch of twists and surprises. You obviously know that Autumn and Brody are gonna tell Susie the truth, but what about little Brody jr. And Cassie :o Lets just say, Brody jr. Follows in Brody's dangerous footsteps and Cassie has a secret older boyfriend her parents won't be too happy with if they found out. I'll start writing the sequel next week. Until then, I'm focusing on my other two books, "Opposites Attract". And the sequel to my vampire story "Not again."---the first book to "Not Again" is "kidnapped to Marry the prince of vampires". Check those out in the mean time...if you want. Thank you to everyone who voted and commented on this book! It means a lot to me!
