"Noah," was all I needed to say before he rushes to me and grab his mate. "Let me go Noah, today will be the day I kill this coward bitch," she yelled angrily, trying to get out of my beta grip. I've seen Cassie mad, but this, this was a whole new mad. She wasn't just angry, she seem hurt. In pain almost.

"Tsk,tsk,tsk, Cassandra long time no see, is this how you greet an old friend," he said with a smirk. Goddess do I hate that smirk. I look at them both confused. Looking to my beta for any answers, but he equally looks confused.

"Friend, you lost that title along time ago, the day you became a monster. Your nothing but a disgusting excuse for a werewolf." She spat. He then take a step toward Cassie, making Noah growl. I step in front of him. "You will not hurt my pack members" I intervene, "where is she!" He roared out. Where is who? I'm utterly confused. I said trying to remain calm. My wolf Kai, is about to take over and kill this mutt. "Oh you fuckin know where she is, remember what I told you, anyone that is helping her will die!" He spat out, ignoring me. That it kai is about to loose it. I feel my canines and claws taking over.

'Everyone get to your room or the safe house' I mind link my pack, I need warriors and some guards at the packhouse NOW!' I yelled through the mind link. then blocking my link. Second later my warriors is at the door. "What the hell is going on Derrick!" His beta said walking pass me towards his alpha. His beta seem to not really give a shit about ranks, seeing that he just called his alpha by his name.

"Kieran?" Cassie called out in a soft voice. His beta then turns around facing Cassie. Making Noah jump in front of her in a protective stance. "Cassandra, is that really you?" He said in a almost whisper tone. Cassie nods her head, i notice she smiling now with tears in her eyes. She then walks around Noah, but Noah grabs her hands, she gave him a reassuring smile. He hesitantly let her hands go, but is close behind her.

Cassie walks up to this Kieran fellow, grabs his face then cries while hugging him. Am I missing something? Noah let out aloud growl, but Cassie being Cassie ignored it. His beta though stiffen up and return that growl. Very strong growl. "Sorry to break up this family reunion, but I'm still in need to find my future mate." Derrick stated.

"She's not your fuckin mate!" Cassie said letting go of I'm assuming one of her family member. She wipe her tears and turned back to Derrick beta. "What are you doing here, don't tell me your with him," she question pointing towards Derrick. "Ah but if course he is. He's my beta," Derrick said while walking pass me towards his beta.

Cassie lunges for him, and clawed his face. Derrick growl furiously. Noah pulled her behind him, and growled back. But what surprise me was his own beta got in front of noah, and growled a furious growl at his alpha. "What the fuck do you think your doing Derrick!" He roared out. "I'm still your fuckin alpha, don't try and disrespect me," Derrick spat out. "What? Derrick your alpha?" Cassie ask. "How could you?" She continue. "What do mean?" The beta continue. I'm completely lost.

"Derrick is a lot of things, but how is he a monster, I would think because we all grew up together -" but Cassie cut him off "fuck you," she said with venom. "Alright enough of this crap, I'm done being nice. Where the fuck is she." Derrick yelled out. I don't know who his mate is but, she must mean alot to him for him to go crazy looking for her. Cassie ignored him, "fine I'll find her one way or another," he said turning around and heading for the door. Thank the goddess. "I'm disappointed in you Cassandra," the beta said while shaking his head. "No I'm disappointed! How could you join his pack after what he's done to our pack, to our family!" She yelled out crying again. "What are you talking about? After our pack was attack by rogues, Derrick jump in and rescued us." The beta said. "WHAT! And you believe him?" She asked walking towards her brother. "Derrick been friends with us since we were babies, so i thought by joining his pack and earning my title in this pack was a good thing, what's so wrong about that." He questioned.

Cassie look curious, she lunges for Derrick again, but I jump in. "Cassie, Stop" I said using my alpha voice. "How could you," Cassie said crying hysterically.

"How can you do this to our pack, to Amina," she said, once I heard my mate name, I growled. "I don't understand Cassandra, explain to me what I did wrong" her brother ask. "Kieran, Derrick killed our pack, our parents included, there were no rogue attack. It was all that monster," cassie pointed at Derrick while falling to her knees.

"You can't just go saying things your not sure of Cass!" Kieran exclaimed. "Amina and saw it with my our own 2 fuckin eyes Kieran. He killed them. He killed our mother. " She cried out. I look at Kieran who looks confused. He shook his head and turn towards Derrick. "It's not true, right? your my bestfriend you were like a brother to me, my parents love you like their own.
