《OWO || kny x bnha》【五話:メンドくせ】

after hauling my ass up because of my little bleeding session i jumped down the roof landing a lil bit clumsily but safely.
thankfully (?) the trees covered up the ever so bright sun causing me to not burn to death and letting me live on for a wee bit longer.
because of yo friend who's super cool quirk and let you still have access to the internet and shit (she flexin' on y'all in the comments).
i concluded that instagram has nothing interesting so i opened up twitter and scrolled down and saw....
absolutely nothing.
"boring." i muttered shutting down my phone.
i got up and ran to the cottage before the sun reaches me because i doesn't wanna burn to death just yet.
to me this was the biggest challenge of my life as i was very comfortable and i didn't want to get up.
after 2 good minutes of contemplating whether i should just let the sun burn me to death or not i begrudgingly got up and ran back into Watari-san's house.
"ugh i don't deserve Watari-san's kindness. i don't want to bother him further. i should leave ." i spoke quietly.
we stan Watari-san.
trying to figure out a way to repay him i looked through my bag seeing if there was anything useful.
i then took out one of my sticky notes.
on the sticky note was a little tutorial on how to make a.
Watari-san might like this.
i took out a blank sticky note and started writing.
'dear Watari-san,
it may have been a short meeting but i will forever be grateful of your kindness and i wish for you to live a long fulfilling life. i hope you enjoy the gift i left you :)
from Tengami Y/n'
with a proud look on my face i violently smacked the little piece of paper onto the counter before running outside making sure to avoid the sunlight.

jumping onto a tree i leapt from branch to branch landing perfectly each.
i continued this cycle until i reached a rather big village.
the streets were noisy as the footsteps and endless chatter rung across the city.
✞ ✰ ✞
midnight
✞ ✰ ✞
the streets were quieter with only a few drunks hobbling about letting me walk freely with only a hat to cover my horns.
my boots made a slight thumping noise as i walked around the place.
suddenly i heard a scream from far away that held anguish and fear.
i dashed to where i heard the scream in record speed swishing my head around only to see some low leveled little shit of a demon was attacking 2 random civilians who were screaming like absolute maniacs.
couldn't blame them though.
i mean some ugly ass deformed blue skinned being comes to try and maul you your first reaction is probably to scream your face off.
hero instincts kicked in leading me to jump in front of the duo and kick the demon in the stomach making it fly away at least a couple meters away.
i turned to look at the 2 who were trembling and gave them a reassuring look that seemed to calm them down a bit.
i turned back to the demon who was slowly standing up coughing out blood at seemingly dangerous amounts.
of course logic about the human body doesn't apply to demons but still.
i launched myself at the demon but it dodged and bitch slapped my face making me scream. "what the FACK!"
i roundhouse kicked that bitch before kung fu panda-ing it in the head making it die of brain damage.
turning to the 2 girls i realized they seemed to be only around 13 years old.

as i approached them they trembled and backed away.
they were completely mortified seeing the gruesome scene of the bleeding demon head disappearing in thin air.
"are you ok?"
the pair looked at me in disbelief as they hesitantly nodded their heads.
"good! anyway time for introductions. i'm Tengami Y/n a traveller who just so happened to pass by! what about you 2?"
"i-im Kohaku Kurohari."
she pointed to the other person.
"this my twin sister. her name is Kohaku Outo."
"he-hello."
"hi! anyway we should get you back. just tell me the directions and we'll be there in a jiffy!"

Dispatches from the Inter-galactic
Dispatches From The Inter-Galactic is a series of loosely related satirical stories which take place in a galaxy full of various interstellar civilizations and numerous space faring species generally described as consentients. This series is set in a galaxy which take place in a similar but not entirely unlike the galaxy in which my series Up in Space takes place While there are numerous themes related to interstellar life, several of the stories directly relate to specific themes such as; The pan-galactic ramifications to the use of supersymetrical energy sources (often drained from intera-located alternate and pocket realities.) the use of which by most interstellar civilizations is steadily increasing the overall amount of Dark Matter. This is increasing the mass of the galaxy and results in the occasional rips in inter-dimensional space as well as an overall increase in supernova activity. It is also speeding up the approach of the galaxy in Andromeda, which is of concern to several long lived civilizations; The Morphoids, a race of shape-changing consentients who are capable of using the space lanes created by the use of supersymetrical sourced energy to spread throughout the galaxy. They are currently viewed as threat number one by many space-faring species; and Xeno and exo-sexuality, as many species try to figure out what sort of enjoyment they can have with many of the species they encounter in space (only some of which are carbon-based, or more rarely, humanoid in appearance). This also relates to the altering of species to make reproduction somewhat easier for those with rather complicated lifestyles. A major force in this area of pursuit is the galactic visiteering industry, which promotes the ‘uplifting’ of more primitive planet-bound near-consentients.
