《My little freshman》Chapter 2

Levis POV
These advanced classes are a bit more challenging, but I think I will survive. The only downside is that none of my friends are here and this one senior is always checking me out.
I pulled out a cherry blow pop from my backpack and popped in into my mouth. Mr. Smith glared at me for eating but didn't say anything to me. After class I went to one more class periods before I went to lunch.
This had to be the highlight of my day because I was lucky enough to have my boyfriend Farlan with me.
"Hey babe. How was your new classes?"
Farlan grabbed me by the hips to pull me against him. He kissed before I mumbled a "good" to him.
"It's good to hear that."
He walked me to our normal table with his hand on my hip. As we sat down, I noticed that senior from my classes, Eren, was glaring at Farlan.
"Hey Farlan, what's his problem?"
"Oh, I dunno. I used to be friends with him, then he wandered off when I met you."
"Ok"
We both finished our lunch then the bell rang signaling that we had to go our separate ways.
"I'll see you later after school, love you Levs."
"Love you too."
I walked off to my next class, which was unfortunately gym. As I walked to gym class, I noticed that Eren was in my class.
Great
Since gym was not on my schedule earlier in the year, I had to go and get a locker from the teacher.
"Your locker number is 106, and here's your combination."
"Thanks"
I went back to the boys locker room with my uniform in hand. I found my locker but there was one problem...

Erens locker was next to mine.
He was already changing, and God Damn was he built! Farlan was close to how built he was but not quite there. I didn't want to change in front of him because of the way he stares.
We aren't allowed to change in the showers or bathroom stalls, so I had no other choice.
I slowly and hesitantly took off my shirt. I looked over to Eren and I was pretty sure he was staring at me. I then put the gym shirt on.
I also had to switch into gym shorts. I quickly took off my pants and put on the gym shorts, hoping nobody saw what I was wearing.
"Everyone into the gym. 3 laps as warm up."
We all filed out and started our 3 laps. Once we were done, we all lined up.
"Okay, so today we will be doing the pacer test. As always, remember to give it your all."
Oh no
I was always awful at the pacer test. My tiny and scrawny figure was always considered "unhealthy" by the teachers, but it's how I've always been.
"Line up, we're starting."
I guess it can't be that bad, can it?
I was wrong. It hurt like hell. I hate the burning sensation in my throat and lungs when I'm done.
Anyways, I went to change and go to my last remaing classes.
---------------------------------------------------------
When school was over, I stood by the fountain waiting for Farlan.
"Hey Levs, sorry I'm late."
"It's fine."
He laced his fingers with mine and quickly pecked my lips.
"Hey Levi, do you want to go to this party later tonight?"
"Sure, where is it at?"
"Its at Hangi's house."
"Okay, but you're picking me up."
"As long as you wear something to my likings Levs."
"Deal."
I knew just what to wear to impress Farlan. It always does. But I had a little eneasiness in my stomach, but what could go wrong with Farlan by my side?

The Tower Trials
"The Towers have stood for centuries. They offer riches and power in equal measure to those that are brave, strong, and lucky enough to overcome their Trials. Isaac has arrived in time for the annual Novice Trial where young men and women aged 16 through 18 are set to enter the Tower for their first time. Novice Trials are a rite of passage, and though one is not required to take it, one cannot develop their Mana System without it. However, the trials are deadly, and there are always some that go in, but never come out. Regardless of the danger, Novice Trials are required for entry into any of the four grand academies. Those that survive the trials are able to gain experience and level-up as they ascend the different floors of the Towers." The Tower Trials is my first attempt at writing. Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
