Today was the greatest day… of my life.

It’s the week before April vacation, which just makes this ten times better.

I saw Alex’s sister, Erin at the supermarket. I knew it was her, her voice, her face, everything was just like him. I thought seeing her would give me butterflies. I thought seeing her face would remind me of Alex. I always got butterflies when I saw him.

Maybe this was the first step to getting over him. Maybe my two-year crush was finally starting to come to an end. This was the best feeling you could ever imagine.

But a part of me was kind of torn when I realized this. A part of me doesn’t want to get over him. Crushes really tend to grow on you after a while.

I’m glad now that I don’t have to worry about what people think. When someone asks me who I like, I can say “no one” and actually mean it. For the most part…
