《Welcome to the Pack (Wolf oneshot book)》Loner!Alpha!Male x Fearless!Omega!Reader

You were an Omega. Well, used to be. You ran away from the Pack a long time ago. If anything, their constant harassment and torturing punishments towards you made you fearless, and you have never been afraid. It made some loners even fear you slightly, and those were the loners known for killing a wolf who so much as looked at them wrong!
The only reason: because you've felt worse pain than out here in the wild. You've been there, done that, and you know to expect it. It just didn't phase you anymore. "How do you think I got all these scars?" Was all you would say if they asked you why you didn't fear them or the thought of pain or even worse: death.
You were now in a random part of the forest, running after a buck. You had separated it from its herd a while back, and you were starting to tire from the constant running. 'No. I've got to keep running. I need to eat or I'll starve for another day, and who knows how long.' Was the only thought that ran through your mind as you continued your hunt.
You were so distracted from anything else that you didn't notice the wolf off to your left, waiting to pounce. All you saw was a flash of white as the buck suddenly disappeared, all that was heard was a cry of pain from it before it went silent. You skidded to a halt, looking around wildly for whatever stole your kill, growling angrily. "Show yourself!" You barked. So he did.
He stared at you, his silver eyes piercing into yours as blood dripped from his muzzle. You stopped and stood straight, your (E/C) eyes staring back at his. "I'm afraid you're in my territory, young one. Shouldn't you be with your Pack?" He asked calmly, sitting down as he studied your features. All you did was huff. "That's none of your business. Now, where is that buck?" He completely ignores your question, a puzzled look upon his face now.

"You... aren't scared? I thought everyone was... of me, at least." His ears flattened as he stood, walking up to you, despite your growls. He walked around you slowly, studying your features again, but closer. You stared straight ahead, but your snarls never stopped. "Who even are you?" You asked in annoyance. Your hunger wasn't subsided, and you were growing agitated. He stepped in front of you, growling. For some reason, you heard the authority in his growl. Almost like an Alpha's.
"My name is Blizzard. I'm the old Alpha of the Blazing Spirit Pack. That is... before I was exiled by my own Delta. You really haven't heard of me?" Your eyes widened in disbelief. There were rumors of a white wolf with silver eyes running around the forest, and that he used to be an Alpha. Used to be. Everyone just called him the 'White Thunder,' since he was really fast. Everyone feared him. But, all you did was resume your glare. "So? What does this have to do with the prey?"
All he did was step back, shocked and surprised. "So you aren't afraid, huh?" Frustrated, you just shook your head. He shook his head as well slightly, looking away. Without anything else said, he walked over to his left and dragged out a body. As soon as the scent of the buck hit you, you charged forward and rammed into Blizzard's side, knocking him to the ground as you stood over your prey protectively, glaring yet again and snarling. He looked up in shock before getting up quickly and tackling you to the ground as well, pinning you down. You just stared at him with a blank look, almost one of boredom. You both were like that for a few minutes before he huffed, getting up and letting you go.

All you did was grab a part of the buck and stared to drag it with you without hesitation. "This isn't over, you know. Say, what's your name?" He questioned in a voice that sounded frustrated, but deep down you heard confusion. You dropped the part of the deer in your mouth and turned fully to him. "My name is (Y/N), and I'm the fearless runaway Omega." Your look of confidence and tone of voice said it before you could.
All you did was watch as Blizzard nodded, before turning around and running off, a white blur in the distance. You then started to drag the deer once again with you as you went the opposite way. 'So, an Alpha, huh? Well, I'll accept the challenge.' You thought to yourself as you continued on your way.
Little did you know, this was the start of something other than just a rivalry.

Recruit - An Infinite Labyrinth prequel
A prequel to The Infinite Labyrinth. The year is 1816. The British Empire is in full swing, under the auspices of King George III. The Infinite Labyrinth has been pouring out its product from beyond our reality and fostered a new industrial revolution. Times are changing, and the people of London are feeling the winds of the revolution while British Professionals push into the Labyrinth. The newly formed Artefact Hunting Company is looking for recruits, and they have new technology to help them. From the slums of London, they aim to recruit a new wave of Professionals. And make Zacharias and the Earl of Carnavon lots of money. So, for Rowan Rivers and a handful of lucky ones, it's time to head into the Labyrinth, and discover what makes it different from England. And what makes THEM different? Recruit is a bunch of chapters I wrote to create to the setting, mood, and game systems of the Infinite Labyrinth. It is NOT a complete story in the classic sense. It's more of a slice of life view of early days of a normal Professional from the Infinite Labyrinth, and it's heavy on info-dump. It's 90% canon - there's probably a bit of a difference between how some characters and common behaviour are portrayed here and how they'll come out in the main story. Set two years before the events that kick-start the main series, it features some of the secondary/peripheral characters of the Infinite Labyrinth and will tell you all about the basic mechanics of the Labyrinth's RPG system. It can be considered a spoiler, as the characters in the Infinite Labyrinth are going to need to figure out all that, on their own. But if you like a much deeper exposition in the mechanics, here it is. The entire prequel is about 80 pages long.

He slowly backs up until his back is against the wall like my own, "You're..my neighbor?" He points to my door and I nod my head quickly. He hums softly, "You been here a while?" He asks and I nod my head once again. He chuckles, "Ya head hurt?" I nod again but stop as he laughs softly, "I-I mean.. no.. it doesn't." My cheeks burn red as I look at my shoes, "I-It doesn't hurt.." I repeat like a dummy and listen to him clear his throat, "So do you actually live there or was it bull?" He nods to my door and I play with my fingers, "Yeah.. I do.." I feel his eyes watch me and I quickly stop. "You live with your boyfriend or do you like sweatshirts that reach your knees?" He teased, making a giggle slip past my lips. I look away to the floor again, "I-I like big shirts... a lot." I mumble softly and he nods his head, "Hol' up." He puts his box down before walking over to one of the grey bins. I nosily watch as he pulls out a big grey sweatshirt, "Here." He holds it out for me to take and I stare at him with wide eyes, "F-For me?" I hesitantly grab the soft fabric as he chuckles, "Nah for ya mom." I puff my cheeks a little and give him a small glare, "Hush." He leans back against the wall and shakes his head, "It's cold out. You should put it on." ____________________________She was a shy girl from the city with no spine and a list of problems so long that it could touch the floor and roll off her shoes.
