《Dawn Of The Lilies》Breathe life into Me

They had been out of the Hollows for a few minutes now. Taehyung was sitting up against the wall and Jimin was standing looking around confused until he saw who he was looking for. There she laid on the ground her color had faded. Fear washed over him as he tried to recollect what the Fairy Master had told him the day Addi had attached herself to him.
What was it Jin had said about Fairies? Jimin thought for a split second, his eyes growing wide with realization. All she wanted was his attention. But, how could he give it when his mind was clouded with Taehyung. What was it Jin had said about Fairies? They fade away without the attention and love of the one they attach themselves to... Jimin stared at Addi, her wings were almost invisible, her eyes had hollowed out and her small voice reached out to him in a whisper he couldn't quite hear. What was she saying? He dropped to his knees in front of her, her eyes flickered a little but that was it. What could you do to bring her back? What had Jin said?
He began to panic as he reached out to pick her up. Everything seemed in slow motion. She was still talking to him, but he couldn't make out what she was saying. Bringing her small body up to his ear, he listened intently. Hot tears threatening to fall from his hazel eyes.
"I'm sorry..." Addi whispered. That was what she was saying over and over. Jimin's heart jolted in his chest.
"No, no, no... Addi!! It's not your fault! I was angry!! Sweet girl... please... don't go!" He begged holding her close to his chest, he rocked on his knees.
He took her for granted too much, it was always a cruel trick or joke he would play on her, but she would always come back. Never had she started to fade.

"Addi please..." his voice was small as he cried. Warm hands wrapped around his waist; a firm chest came to rest on his back. Taehyung had heard him crying and came to comfort him. "Jimin... tell her what she needs to hear." His tone was warm and comforting helping Jimin to relax.
Addi faded more as time ticked by. Jimin held her close, saying anything and everything to try and get her to stop fading but nothing worked. "Addi, I love you... plea...please don't leave me..." Taehyungs arms tightened around his waist his head resting on Jimin's shoulder. "maybe I can help..." Taehyung whispered softly reaching up to take the fading fairy in his hand. Moving only to sit in front of Jimin. Slowly his head lowered slightly above his hands making a soft white light form in them. Addi's body disappeared into it.
"STOP THAT!" An angry voice yelled at them. A Halo stormed towards Taehyung, getting ready to apprehend him.
"NO! He is trying to save her!!" Jimin yelled at the man in gray slacks and white shirt. His hat was the only thing indicating he was a Halo. Clearly someone forgot to dress themselves properly for work. Jimin thought.
POP!
Jungkook appeared out of nowhere and knocked the Halo out. Slamming him hard up against the wall, his face blank. But, if Jimin didn't know any better there was a flicker of anger. Before his face went slack without emotion. He crawled over to where Taehyung sat holding a glowing Addi. She looked content and happy, while Taehyung told her how cute she was, and how thankful he was that she had returned.
"Jiminnie!" she shrilled happily when he got closer. Addi's wings were gone, and the rings she had earned had fallen out, the holes closed up. But she was happy. He didn't lose her to the darkness for his terrible misdeed. He didn't realize he was still crying until her little hand rested on his cheek. Looking into his eyes she said. "I'll always come back to you."

Rage: Crisis / Consequence / ???
Its been ten years since Seth was given his powers, ten years since his town was driven mad by that very same power, and ten years since its source was shunted into his head. A species of energy beings, a people filled with regret for what their entrance onto this world caused. Regret for the deaths that town perpetuated, the devastation they brought, the blow they served to the once proud heroes of this world. Heroes Seth now hopes to join, hopes to heal and atone to for what transpired. But their wounds run deep, their ire sharp, and their acceptance thin. And to top it all off... Seth's power is run far deeper than he knows, and sees his world in a light all its own. This series is my first foray into authoring, with two parts out of at best four if the readership stands. But part three will still book end nicely otherwise. And I'm not stopping till then. It is action heavy with varied and ramping up fight scenes through out. (Book 1 is heavy / Book 2 a little lighter) It is bloody in places, mildly gory in others, and heavily gory in simulated places. Nothing truly horrifying, I think, but be warned. It has trauma. PTSD is a major part of the story, but I will never trust that I got it completely right, so your mileage may vary on how believable or impactful it is. Lastly it has language. Swearing ebbs and flows as the story progresses and attitudes harden or soften. Sometimes bleeding through into the narration... somehow.
