They tried to capture him but he escaped but unluckily as he was escaping his tail was ran over by a truck. This caused the spoiled cat to hate humans, and as he died by bleeding to death due to his tail being crushed he wished for the power to crush them... "I-is this the truck I saw my owner reading about in a manga?!" And magically his wish was fulfilled.
