CHAPTER 77:
*****
Just when the , that was coated with 'Sword Aura Extension', 'Stream Wind Edge' and Darkness element was about to pierce the Storm Eagle's head after piercing its claws, I was suddenly teleported 300 meters away from my location.
When I looked at the exhausted person that stood beside me, I recognised that it was 'Min-soo' right away because of the beforehand information I had on the other Earth's Alpha Chosen.
With MJ keeping surveillance on all of them, I know that Brandon recruited Min-soo.
But, I didn't expect to meet Min-soo within the System restricted Dome. So, I used the ability of to read his thoughts and memories, giving me a clear picture of the situation.
It seemed that when I made a hole in the Dome, he accidentally entered it using his Space Innate Talent, which was one of the rarest among the Elemental Category Innate Talents.
With the Dome Barrier that was powerful enough to hold down a High-Phase Tier-3 Monster, Min-soo couldn't escape it even when he tried to teleport outside of the Dome.
He was just unlucky to enter the Dome in the short time frame that the hole in the Dome barrier was open.
To my surprise, he was even able to create something called a 'Space Pocket', which literally made him invulnerable from the Storm Eagle's large area attack.
But even before that, my heightened Senses couldn't sense him because he could use his Space Innate Talent to mask spatial fluctuations around him, making it hard to sense his presence.
Since his time perception was way low compared to mine and the Storm Eagle, he mistook that I was about to die when I intentionally used up all of my Spirit Energy to lure the Storm Eagle.
Because of that, Min-soo teleported me right when I was about to kill it.
The Storm Eagle that had its claws pierced was enraged and unleashed a powerful attack than anything it used until then.
The sharp layers of condensed wind in the shape of Storm Eagle approached us from all directions, making it hard to escape even if I use .
Within my mind, MJ analysed that even with the power behind those incoming attacks, they wouldn't be able to break past the defence of Centauri Kavach's Full Body Armour and that I would at most suffer a few minor injuries from the physical impact of those attacks.
But unlike me, Min-soo couldn't survive such an attack, and with his Spirit Energy exhausting from reverse-teleporting me, he didn't have any more to escape by teleporting himself.
With that, he lost all his hope to survive such an attack and blamed himself after realising his mistake to teleport me when I was about to kill it.
Even though he just said that he was sorry, I could sense how sorry he truly was.
At that point, I could just do nothing and let him die, whereas I would take those attacks head-on and suddenly attack the Storm Eagle when it was expecting the least.
If I were to do that, it would be hitting two birds with a stone since I could loot the Space Innate Talent from the dead Min-soo and take on the Storm Eagle by surprise, giving me another chance to kill it.
With the 'State of Harmony' that I was in, my every thought was devoid of any emotion and leaned towards the best possible outcome, whether it be right or wrong.

But if I were to let the person who tried to save me intentionally die, I would be just as inhumane as the monsters.
That was why whenever in the State of Harmony, I always took into consideration how my decision would affect me once I exit my emotionless state.
Just as the Storm Eagle's attacks reached closer, I sighed as I activated Inverse Mode.
I wanted to improve my battle experience using the chance to defeat a High-Phase Tier-3 monster, but the situation demanded otherwise.
Upon undergoing , my time perception improved even further. The nearly 100 condensed wind attacks appeared to move slower, making it easier for me to destroy all of them before they could reach Min-soo.
After that, I directly attacked the Storm Eagle. With 1000 overall Looted stats in Inverse mode, I didn't even need to use my or any Skill to crush it in a head-on confrontation.
Whenever the Storm Eagle tried to fly away from me, I used the Skill and pulled it towards me.
If I had used it before entering Inverse Mode, I would have been pulled towards the Tier-3 Monster, but it wasn't the case anymore since I weigh more than the Storm Eagle.
Because of that, the Storm Eagle wasn't able to escape me no matter how much it struggled.
With the high amount of attributes in Inverse Mode, I could just kill it right away, but I used that chance to test out something I had in mind.
Since Day-1, every single monster that I came across tried to kill me. It was also the same case for Dante.
There were even situations where the monsters that were fighting against each other halted their clash and united to fight against me.
I wanted to know why the monsters are so aggressive towards Alpha-Chosen.
For that, I continued to punch its face in order to establish the fact that it would hit whenever it tried to attack me.
I wanted to see if the Storm Eagle would still be aggressive in such a situation.
I kept on monitoring its emotions through the ability of .
I could sense that it felt fear and terror towards me, but whenever it looked at me, a desire to kill me continued to emerge in its mind, like it was some kind of basic impulse that it was born with.
Even when the Storm Eagle knows that it would die if it continues to act aggressively towards me.
That continued for a while, but I couldn't find anything more about the aggressiveness of the monsters.
Having nothing to learn, I killed it off, and a series of notifications popped up.

[Due to a request in process, the Universe Level Achievement you achieved shall be converted into 100 Universe Points and be pooled together till it satisfies the exchange value for the Weapon you wished for.]
[Current Universe Points: 1100.]
Just as expected, the Universe Level Achievement was converted into Universe Points and are pooled together to obtain that Silver Glaive of the LOOT's previous host.
But unlike the last time, I only achieved 100 Universe Points instead of 1000.
Then, MJ appeared beside me in baby form and explained that only those who are the 1st to accomplish a Universe Level Achievement in their respective aspect could obtain 1000 Universe Points.
Those who were ranked from 2nd to 10th in a Universe Level Achievement will receive 100 Universe Points, and from 11th to 100th, it will be 10 Universe Points.
Even though those who are ranked between 101 to 1000 only obtain 1 Universe Point, I didn't look down on it, mainly because I know how valuable even a single Universe Point was.
{A/N: 1 Universe Point is equal to 1000 Mega-Cluster Points / 1 Million (1,000,000) Super-Cluster Points / 1 Billion (1,000,000,000) Galactic-Cluster Points / 1 Trillion (1,000,000,000,000) Galaxy Points.}
Accomplishing a Universe Level Achievement was no small matter but for me, who was considered a High-Phase Tier-2 Lifeform by the System even when I was a lot more powerful than that, it became a lot easier to accomplish them.
Only then did I realise why MJ said that it would be beneficial for me to stay in Tier-2 for a while.
It was because as long as I stay in High-Phase Stage-2, I could continue to accomplish Universe Level achievements every time I kill a monster that was 3 Phases higher than me.
If I were to evolve to Tier-3, I would have to defeat a Tier-4 monster.
But then again, it wouldn't be as easy as I slew the Storm Eagle because of the qualitative difference in power between a Tier-3 Lifeform and a Tier-4 Lifeform.
If I were to face a Tier-4 monster before I could break past the 1st Universe Limit in Inverse Mode, it would be almost impossible for me to kill it even if I was in INVERSE Mode.
But, I don't have to worry about coming across any Tier-4 monsters, at least not for a while.
I looked at the Storm Eagle's Corpse and activated on it.
[79 Stats Looted]
[Lv.30 (Rare Grade) Looted]
Once I was done with looting, I let MJ use the 3rd slot of his perk on the dead Storm Eagle.
While MJ was at it, I took a peek at the description of the Skill I chose from Storm Eagle.
________________
Lv.30 (Rare Grade): Enables the user to condense large amounts of Wind into protective Barriers on top of the user's body, which could also be converted into the wind form of the user's clones to attack the opponents.
(A/N: As long as the condensed wind layers are on the user's body, they act as Wind Barriers and once those same condensed wind layers are shot towards the opponents, They act as Wind Clones.)
Minimum Requirement: Grade-4 Wind Innate Talent & Lv.30 .
Cost: 100 Spirit Energy per creation of 25 Wind Barriers / Wind Clones.
Duration: 10 minutes.
Wind Barrier Effect: Each Wind Barrier increases the User's defence by 10% (stackable).
Wind Clone Effect: Each Wind Clone delivers damage that was equal to the user's full-powered physical damage.
________________
Just for that Skill, I didn't even loot the Storm Eagle's Grade-4 Wind Innate Talent or its Peak Stage-3 , which were the most valuable aspects that I could loot from it.
On the surface, it might look like a dumb choice because I only could use the if I at least have a Grade-4 Wind Innate Talent and Peak Stage-3 .
One of the reasons as to why I chose that Skill was because it can be used either to attack or defend or even do both at the same time.
It's just that the Storm Eagle was so enraged that it sent all those Wind Barriers around it to attack me in the form of Wind Clones, leaving it no chance of defending itself once its attack failed.
As for the main reason why I chose the Skill even under such requirements was that I had an ingenious idea to bypass those requirements.
As I was in my thoughts, the wounds on the Storm Eagle's corpse completely recovered and MJ's integration with it completed.
Then, MJ excitedly flew around as he adjusted himself to the Storm Eagle's body.
Ignoring MJ, I intended to set my ingenious idea into action right away but before that, I turned around to deal with Min-soo who had his jaw dropped upon watching the once dead Storm Eagle was now lively as it could get.
I didn't know if it was because of my intimidating appearance that resembled a Titan, but Min-soo straight away fell unconscious once I crossed the distance between him and me in a short few seconds.
Only when MJ did an analysis of him, did I realised that it was not because of my intimidating presence but due to the lack of air in the surroundings, that was caused by the Storm Eagle when it used as it requires condensation of a large quantity of air to create them.
Because of my high Endurance and Vitality attribute, I wasn't even affected in such an environment, but that wasn't the same case for Min-soo.
So, I opened a hole in the System restricted Dome before he could die from Asphyxiation (A/N: usually happens from the lack of oxygen in the air).
Then, Storm Eagle MJ manipulated the air that entered through the hole in the Dome and concentrated it around Min-soo, and created an Oxygen-concentrated environment around him, which was even more effective than using Oxygen cylinders for Oxygen therapy treatment.
With how my each and every thought was calculative towards my benefit in the State of Harmony, I couldn't help but think that it would have been a lot less complicated if Min-soo would have just tried to kill me instead of trying to save me. If such a scenario had really played it out, I would have directly gained a Space Innate Talent.
I shook my head as I was used to having such thoughts almost all the time when I was in the State of Harmony.

The Errant Otherworlder Watanabe
“In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death, taxes and trucks whom transport men to other worlds.” Meet our titular protagonist Haruto Watanabe, a man who has all the markings of a good protagonist for a generic portal fantasy story. As an overworked office worker, to escape from the grips of crippling capitalist alienation, he had taken up to reading many stories where young men like him were transported to other worlds and enjoyed their lives at a most leisurely pace. Armed with genre-awareness and (what he believes to be) a marketable personality which would make him an easy audience self-insert, he longed for the day the isekai express would take him to his long-awaited adventure to another world. When the fateful day came, where the fair yet harsh mistress that is the fabled truck took Watanabe on one last date to the other side, he was most ready to escape his previous life, ready to embark on an errant so great he’d be most overpowered, his heroics so exceptional and his harem so vast that they would barely fit ten or twenty volumes of an overly long novel made by a desperate author looking for quick cash. Lo and behold however, Watanabe instead found himself in a low fantasy world which lacked severely in the department of any game-like systems, cheat skills or easily charmed damsels in distress. In a setting so antithetical to his established genre savviness or any attempts at power fantasy, how will a man like Watanabe, lacking in strength, wits and courage, manage to survive in a land most foreign to him? This is my first time trying to share to the wider world what I’ve written, and I hope you’ll enjoy reading the errantry of Watanabe as much as I enjoy writing about them. I'll be posting one chapter per week on Sundays, along with extra chapters whenever I get the chance to write more than usual.
