On the night of the day when Axel had his fight against Emma, Axel began to observe his world as soon as he got to his room to gain more information and try to find areas where he could make his world better.

This has allowed them to gain control over most of the old continent as they don't have to care as much as the others about the corruption and have more freedom to act as they want." Apart from that, it seems like the tree that you have selected to become the beacon of the world has developed some countermeasure by itself using heavenly energy, creating like this a new kind of energy."

"Really? That's pretty convenient. And I assume that humans have yet to find this new kind of energy, right?"

That was until he found out about the anticultist groups on the old continent. As soon as he became aware of their existence, he became a fan of their work. After all, they were working to keep his world free of corruption, so he felt like he was in debt to them.

He continued observing them doing their job. He saw how they traveled to a swamp and how they cleverly reduced the number of enemies before entering it.
