She started clinging to me as she started trembling.

I could feel the vibration of her whole body being transmitted to me.

In no time a group of deer monsters were coming towards us. Their eyes were red just like every other monster. Saliva was coming out of their mouths as those monsters were thirsty to eat their prey. When some of the saliva fell into the ground, it seemed like that some of the rocks melted a little and the grass was being destroyed.

[ Go kill those monsters. ] ( Hatsuko )

As she was clinging to me she turned her face towards me.

[ Eh? ] ( Ichika )

Hina had already taken her position and she was waiting for us.

[ H-Hatsuko, what are y-you talking about?! I can't kill those monsters! ] ( Ichika )

[ What do you mean? ] ( Hatsuko )

She looked away from me.

[ I c-can't use my p-powers... ] ( Ichika )

She can't use her powers?

[ I don't know h-how to use my ability... ] ( Ichika )

Ever since Hatsuko and the girls started walking outside of the city, six other unidentified people have been following them.

Their face was covered and their whole clothes were pitch black.

They started communicating through radio chips on their ears. No one except them could hear their voices.

They both had the courage and the skills to be called assassins.

On their sight could be seen as Ichika was trying to run away from those deer monsters while screaming for help.

[ KYAAAAAAA! HATSUKO PLEASE HELP ME! I W-WILL DIEEEEE! ] ( Ichika )

Her voice could be heard clearly by those people.

[ Then Die! ] ( Hatsuko )

The boy said mercilessly to the girl.

He and the other two girls were floating in midair using Hatsukos abilities. Hina was trying to get used to floating while Akemi was keeping her cool while looking down.

[ Isn't this a bit cruel to her? ] ( Hina )

[ Do you want to join her as well? ] ( Hatsuko )

Hina pitied Ichika a little for being treated like that.

Hina was running for her life while most of the monsters were following her around.

From behind this person rustling noises could be heard.

The "number five" turned around.

He saw a shadow that was approaching him.

He expected to be some kind of monster so he made sure to hide his presence.

This way he would go unnoticed by any other monster.

But still, number five was cautions against those rustling noises.

The more the shadow was approaching him the more uneasy he felt.

From that dark place, number five could see that thing more clearly now.

[ Y-you are that boy? How did you get here!? ]

He pulled out his gun and knife and took his stand.

[ You were right there... ]

He looked again to the same location as before and saw Hatsuko and the girls floating in mid-air.

'H-How?!"

Number five thought.

Hatsuko was in two different places at the same time!

Hatsuko showed a slight smile as he cut off his head without a problem.

{ Number five! Respond! }

The radio was destroyed and now all of the other members were cautious as well.

They didn't change their position since they already knew that their own presence was hidden.

[ Number five! Respond to me!! ]

The leader of the group went by the name "Number two".

He was trying to get in contact with number five who wasn't responding to him anymore.

[ Number Five!! ]

Number two started thinking that something must have happened to number five.

But there also was a chance that his radio was broken too so he decided to send one of the numbers to check it out.

[ Number three! Go and check on number five! ]

{ Roger! }

Number two was looking at Hatsuko and the girls, they were recording but he also was waiting for number three and number five calls.

[ I don't think they will respond to you anymore! ] ( Hatsuko )

Number two turned around and saw the shadow of a person coming towards him.

Number two took his position and prepared himself for the worst.

[ What do you mean by that?

—Number three! Number five!! Respond to me! ]

Number two was waiting for a response while Hatsuko was slowly approaching him.

But from the radio all that was heard was...

{ Number two! Their signal was lost! }

{ What do we do, number two? }

Number two didn't have time to respond to the other members.

[ What did you do to them? ]

Number two asked Hatsuko.

Hatsuko's eyes were glowing in the darkness of that place.

[ Isn't it obvious? ] ( Hatsuko )

Hatsuko responded.

[ You MotherFucker!! ]

Number two pulled out his enchanted gun and pointed it towards Hatsuko.

Number two was sure that his bullets had hit Hatsuko so why was he unharmed?

Hatsuko didn't even flinch from the bullets.

[ What the fuck!? Just die alrea— ]

Number two's head fell into the ground without a sound.

{ Number two? What happened? }

Hatsuko made sure to destroy the radios and the recording devices.

The next one was number one who was panicking a little but she didn't show it on the outside.

[ Number two! ]

The formation of their group was slowly breaking as one after another was getting killed without putting up a fight.

Number one decided to leave the area and go to where the other members were located.

She was running with a great speed where even her steps could barely be heard.

She kept looking around for the other members.

"What happened to them?!"

She thought.

Even though she broke her position she was ordered to take, she couldn't stand it anymore and decided to move.

"Please be okay, Kai!"

She thought while trying not to lose her balance.

Maybe moving from that position was the best thing she did!

Maybe it Wasn't!

But getting away from a predator that had the intelligence of a human being... might be impossible to survive!
