Nolkonoe - the leader of the Vulture clan for five hundred years, she is the leader now, and most likely the leader for another five hundred more. Nolkonoe sees herself as a dominating, yet loving, and motherly figure for Charlie. Few others of the Desert Ghost tribe have seen as many wars as her, let alone had as many pups to populate the tribe. Scale of relationship with Charlie between 1-10, would be a 10. Unlike other people of the tribe, her relationship level is probably one of the only few ones that aren't obscured by Charlie's loss of memory from his childhood.

Phukomeia - daughter of the lead Vulture and heir to the Vulture clan. If they could find a way to, there is little that would stop a Vulture from sleeping with anyone who looks like they could give them a pretty penny. Vultures are well known for sleeping with both men and women to try and squeeze them for as much money as possible. Phukomeia had met Charlie as a child because her mother was doing her practices onto his farther. In a weird weird way, Phukomeia made herself friends with him out of pity originally. But as time went on, she became incredibly close to him.

Scale of relationship with Charlie between 1-10, would be a 9.5 (but like many before, her spices of Wolvanticai get incredibly attached to those they care for. So her relationship level could be more around five or four for Charlie, but as seen, far larger for her).
