“Breaking News: Heath Walton, part of the the richest families alive has died due to getting hit by a truck going 123mph, and luckily he did not die in vain. He saved a young girl on her way to the hospital to see her dying mom. Young lady what’s your name”
“Rosa” The Hispanic girl introduced herself, she looked like she saw a ghost as she was pale and looked sickly.
“Rosa, will you tell us what happened here today” The new reported question.
“Hh-hee-eh-he saved me!! Now he’s dead” Rosa stammered, and she looked at the blood being swept up in the street due to the rain. Tears started falling, and luckily an officer caught wind of what was happening.
“She’s a young girl, leave her alone” The copped reproached.
“We-”
“No one cares what you’re trying to do. Rosa, you don’t have to answer anymore of the lady’s question, come and we’ll bring you to the hospital to check up on you, and so you can see your family” The cop soothed Rosa, and brought her to his car which zoomed off North, presumably to the hospital.
The news reporter looked at the camera while still faking a smile, and quickly looked at the camera man which was his cue to cut the feed. Once the camera was down, the News reported snarled at the absent cop, and looked towards the crime scene. There a mangled body free from the truck resided covered by a tarp as they were all getting ready to leave. The case seemed pretty clear cut.
“Sad, what happened to him, Heath. Though I don’t really care, his family, and him are richer than I will ever be, so they will be fine.” The lady commented. The cameraman looked at her weird but remained quiet. He knew there were certain people who put a value on someone’s live, and others who didn’t. He was glad that he was the ladder. They packed up and left the site, leaving the forensic team, the remaining officers, and a couple of tow trucks capable of carrying the damage vehicle in the rain.
The forensic team looked upon the scene and after going through a couple of theories, test, and analysis they concluded what happened here.
“Heath was coming from 3rd street approach central, and he seemed to have spotted Rosa, the girl who was in front of him crossing the street appropriately.” A guy walked towards the body and pointed.
“The driver was drunk or was seemingly not present. This led to the truck running reds, and since many people would rather remain inside than to go out on downpours like this. The truck managed to not get into an accident.” The guy explained, and a smaller girl picked up the theory.
“So, Heath saw the truck, saw the girl, and decided to save her. He pushes her towards the other side of the sidewalk, and then his body makes contact with the truck. Mangling his body though weirdly enough the truck seemingly stops completely after that, and Heath’s body is crushed and flung due to the momentum. It falls on the floor, and the driver has to have ran off. Though there’s no supporting evidence that there was any driver present, which is stumping all of us.” The girl finishes. The cops look confused, but accepting of most the theory laid out, and look at the tarp.

Meanwhile Heath was currently in a void of black, He first thought that he survived, but looking forward he saw nothing but darkness. He didn’t feel his body, and there was nothing there but his thoughts.
“Why did I have to go out in the storm. I should’ve just stayed in the apartment.” Heath thought. A bright screen appeared, and Heath tried to scream out but there was no noise. He continued looking at the bright screen and saw his light flash before his eyes in an instant, but it suddenly slowed down.
‘My death’ Heath thought. It showed him, non-hesitantly running after the girl, racing the truck which he showed had no driver.
‘What the-’ He watched as he valiantly caught up with the girl and pushed her. When he went to run to get out of the way himself, but his foot slipped, and his body instantly made contact with the truck.
“Her name was Rosa” A voice said. Heath looked around and saw no one.
“Heath Walton, 25, A tragic tale for a life barely lived. You were a smart, and cunning child tricking adult whenever was possible. Although mischievous, you were kind and benevolent even when you didn’t have to be. Truly a weird personality for a child born of wealth, but no one complained. Growing up, all you wanted to do was please everyone, especially your parents. At first, they were excited to see you drive to hold up to their standards, so they ran you through the most elite private school programs, but you never felt like it made a difference after a while. At first you were number one, but they never celebrated a single thing, you never complained, and as soon you slacked off thinking it didn’t matter. You were harshly punished, after a couple of more times after that, you sought to be the very best for your parents, but you only produced average results in the academia world, which your parents were ashamed. In response, you found solace in video games which led you to be considered a loner from that part on. Through your early teens you were never the best at a particular thing, which you felt was the reason your parents avoided you. The black sheep of the family, who had yet to find his calling even though he had a lot-correction.” A spirit suddenly appeared to be examining him.
“I stand corrected, an extreme amount of talent. You never had any passion besides your hobbies which grew from games and now included anime, and movies. However, you never went down a dark path that most would at that point. You remained to gentle, although when I look in your file, it says that you have a darkness to you. You subconsciously suppressed which caused a hole to form. Not only in your heart but your soul, and this is probably the reason you continued being below average in everything which is a surprised. You had enough talent from reincarnating so much in the past… moving on. All you need to know is that your little act of not accepting yourself limited yourself when it came to anything you did in life. “ The voice coldy addressed.

Heath felt a pang sadness, as he remembered his early childhood. His parents berated him with not being good enough, His siblings constantly mocked him, he was left out in every event with the only reason being that he would mess things up. At the age of 13 his family finally outcasted him, and gave him to the avengardes, a couple who wanted a child butler for their child Bartholomeus. That day changed him.
“Helpful” The spirit took on a feminine characteristic, appeared in front of Heath. He saw a lady in her mid-20’s in a lab coat. The lady checked her appearance, looking please with herself she looked towards him.
“Heath, you are dead, and you cannot go back to your world. Right now, you are in Limbo’s collection. Here today I am here to collect your Karma, and the good thing is that you saving Rosa, allowed her to go to college with your family’s funding, and this led her to becoming a medical scientist. Later, focusing on the cure for her mother’s Mesothelioma. She succeeded in the cure and further on, she created a cure for most of the deadly diseases plaguing your original world, but her mother died when she achieved such feat. She dedicated her son to you and named him Heath.” The lady took out her hand, and a file appeared.
“This amount of karma that she has is transcendent, but because you didn’t do it yourself, you will only be getting a portion of the karma she will receive which to be honest, is still way too much for someone who died at your age.” The lady spirit thing explained.
“So what to do with you. Would you like to go to heaven, no, you soul is filled with too much regret? Do you want to reincarnate? Though like I said previously , you wouldn’t be able to reincarnate to the same world” The lady asked. Heath thought about before thinking about the possibility of going to a bad world with high difficulty like beserk or Dr.stone. After a while he decided he should choose a world he could thrive in. That’s when the memory of his friend hand delivering pokemon black for his 15th birthday. That year he remembered how much joy he once had playing games.
“You have enough Karma to choose the world. Many, like you, have chosen their preferred world” The lady said.
‘I played Pokémon since I was 6, but I don’t want the typical world’ Heath thought.
“I have the perfect Alternate for you,” The lady replied.
‘’
“Some of us would also give the option of some additional benefits, but it’s within my power if I want too or not.” The lady paused before continuing.
“I will give you two blessings of my choosing for your new body, good luck, and If you want to see me then you must be the best before you pass away which will possibly be a long time.” The lady finished. She tapped the file, and it vanishes
‘Why would I want to see you again?’ Heath questioned.
“Rude” The lady retorted with a smiled. Suddenly Heath felt an overwhelming drowing feeling, and soon after lost consciousness. The lady stops smiling, and looks towards the screen watching Heath’s life. A tear runs down her face, and she floats while observing the life Heath led.
“You said you were going to be the monarch in this world also, but it seems like your personality was always meant to help as you led.” The lady examined. She held out her hand, and swiped left towards the screen, but before she could see.
“Another one so soon?” A mysterious voice said.
“He was split.” The lady defended.
“I hope he achieves his destiny this time.” The voice commented, as the file that she vanquished reappeared floating.
“He’s fateless” The lady countered.
“His destiny is still his own Arte” The voice appraised, and the file once again disappeared and seemingly so did the voice.
“Heath will always achieve making history”
Meanwhile…

[Enter Name: ______]
Heath opened his eyes and looked at the famous Enter name screen that came with most Pokémon game titles.
“Am I in the game?” Heath asked outwardly.
[Am I in the game?: Confirm]
“No” Heath shouted.
‘I guess it works with words. I hope in not a strictly game world’ Heath thought. The enter name screen reappeared.
“Heath”
Heath? Confirm.
“Confirm”
[Affirmative]

[Hello, World!]
With that Heath’s vision suddenly goes black, and his body was reconstructed. Moments later, his consciousness turned once more, and Heath tried to open his eyes but they were blurry. He closed them, and opened them a couple more time and slowy his vision returned to him. He attempted to move his limbs and it actually worked. He sat up, slowly and looked around. He saw a vast amount of trees that seemed to span forever and grass that was a green he had never seen back on earth.
‘I guess I still have my memories’ Heath thought, and examined his current body. He figure out that his body age seemed to be around the age of a teenage perhaps14 or 15.
‘That’s pretty cool I don’t have to wait that long to return to my original age’ Heath thought. He once again looked around and a thought crossed his mind.
‘Where am I. This is pokearth and I don’t know where I currently am, and I don’t have any pokemon.’ Heath thought. Before him appeared a transparent screen with a blue hue.

Ocean Attuned - A timeloop LitRPG
In the mids of industrialization, Liana, a girl of almost twelve, awakens her flow and follows her newly awakened calling, the ocean, and thus the path of the last remaining god. With the advent of industry, one's status and the accompanying skills slowly grow to be secondary as people choose more recreational skills and classes. The clear exception are flow bringers. Humans with an increased affinity towards flow and attunements are the only real remnants of the age of gods and mysticism. Terrors on the battlefield, saints in hospitals, saviours during drought, are just some examples of the wonderous abilities they display. As civilization grows less dangerous so does the stress that is often associated with the awakening of the flow reduce and only the real talents remain. Please be aware that this is a first draft at best. Tag/Genre analysis: Action: A theme that will appear in the story at some point (probably 15+ chapters in) Adventure: Yes Fantasy: Yes Magic, Beasts, and other fantastical elements are totally at home here. Tragedy: Life is not always fun. For what is fun when there are no downsides. I don't know how heavily I am going to lean into this genre. I want to but don't expect too much. Loop: Yes, though I will not divulge anything else. Just be aware that there isn't nearly as much looping as in MoL for example. Female Lead: Yes, Liana is female. Dungeon: Yes, there are dungeons. Yes, they will get explored. LitRPG: Yes, read the first chapter if you want an example. Magic: most definitely because who doesn't like calling lighting down from the heavens. (Disclaimer: No actual lightning will be called down from the heavens) Mythos: There are gods. So maybe, I don't know if that is enough to qualify? Progression: yes Slice of Life: There is plot, and the story will mostly be about that plot, but there will also be downtime because there can't always be action. The first "loop" especially the first 20-30 chapters will be heavily SoL. And afterward there will be a lot less. Profanity: The ocean (see title) includes sailors and we all know how the stereotypical sailor is. Gore: Hmmm, some but I will have it be not graphic at all.

A Monster's Jaunt
Joshua the Mighty is a hero renowned by none. He is awful at fighting, refuses to take a bath, and is frankly a detriment to all that encounter him. This story, thankfully, is not about him. In a small part of the woods, secluded from human contact, lies the Witches' Grove, a sanctuary for beasts and creatures of all kinds from hunting and destruction. Joshua, through no fault of his own, stumbles into the grove, and is immediately killed for trespassing. This story is about the small shapeshifter that sees him die, and has an idea that will change the world.

Peerless Hegemon
Warning: Can be quite tearjerking and depressing (or so others say). If you are weak to that and hates that kind of thing, then this story is not for you === Ye Feng lived two lives in one lifetime. First, he basked in the light of Righteousness, becoming an idol of peace and justice. Second, he trod the mired path of the Darkest Path, becoming an object of fear and death. One lifetime, Two Identities, countless experiences, still without purpose. A meaningless existence. An empty husk. In his selfishness of wanting to fill the void in him, he became the catalyst that destroyed Reality. He now controlled everything, ultimate power, uncontestable by none. But he cast it away, to be reborn anew. With a new name and a family, his goal was to understand, his place. To understand how to no longer feel empty. With his family consisting of a Reincarnated Twin Sister and Parents with inscrutable pasts, his desire was not that of grandeur. In this lifetime, he wishes not to hold power, not to gain eternal life, nor control of everything, he only wishes to live, and hopefully look at sunrise with a smile on his face. === Disclaimer: The story focuses on the Main Character’s emotional and personality growth. He is someone who is, obviously OP in some perspectives but almost crippled in others. He is not soft and does not spare anyone because it is “Bad” so expect that there would be genocide and some bloody encounters. I want this instead of just the MC’s search for life and its complication. Where Philosophy and values exist. A story where every action has proper consequences, and not everything can be conquered with a single punch (unless it can be, no need for an unnecessary complication if it can be avoided). Further Notes: This is a story that will gradually increase in word counts and become Chunkier as it progresses and will almost never be below 2000 words, but if the word count will only lengthen the chapter at the expense of a finished tale, it could and would be cut off before 2000 mark), give it a try, it won’t disappoint (I hope). And if by chance that you like it, giving a good Rating and Review will be encouraging to me and possible readers. Schedule: Monday and Friday If you want to read ahead and/or support me to creating this story, you can do it through my Patreon (link below the next chapter button.)
