I actually think that Kechara and Asuna are more tired than I am, laughing that much is exhausting. Not to mention they are both filthy from rolling around on the floor while laughing at me. Unfortunately, there isn't a bathtub in the tower big enough for Kechara so I just use the cleaning stone on both of them.

While I am at it I use it on myself, although I still plan to take a bath after dinner. After all, this will be my last chance until I reach Illium and I plan to take advantage of it. I admit, I am going to miss the comforts of the tower once I leave.

As I sit down to dinner with the others I realize I am going to miss these meals most of all. I start looking forward to bringing the girls here and all of us sitting down to eat together. Hopefully that will include Ruby, her amulet should have long since been repaired by now.

That does bring up something I am not looking forward to, she is going to be pissed at me. There is nothing I can do about that and brooding about it is only going to ruin my last night here. So I forcefully put it out of my mind and focus on enjoying dinner with my friends.

Unfortunately, Nived asks about the flying practice and Yui plays back some recordings of my mistakes. While it does liven up our dinner it would be nicer if it wasn't at my expense. Although, I will admit that some of my crashes are highly entertaining to watch.

"Yui, do me a favor and don't play those recordings for anyone else, no matter how much they beg!"

Yui says "Are you expecting someone to come begging for these recordings?"

"Yes, if the girls hear of them, they absolutely will!"

Nived says "How would they hear of them?"

"You for starters, and if Bones continues to learn to talk he is a possibility as well."

Nived says "Why would I tell them anything?"

"To make conversation? Or just to watch me squirm!"

Nived says "Well, now that you put it that way, it does sound entertaining!"

Yui says "I am sorry, Ash, information cannot be restricted. Only mages can set access levels on information."

"You mean unless I am a mage I can't lock information?"

Yui says "Affirmative."

"I passed the first mage test and hold the title of magus. Shouldn't that mean I can lock information?"

Yui says "You can, but only to your current level."

"Meaning I can lock the videos but anyone who passes the first mage test can see them?"

Yui says "Correct."

"Alright, lock it to that level then. If nothing else it will encourage the girls to take at least the first test."

Yui says "Understood."

Nived says "So now I am free to talk about this?"

"Yes, I guess so."

With that settled we resume our meal, not that Kechara or Asuna ever stopped eating. At this point I have to wonder if they can even fend for themselves. Even if they can hunt something successfully, are they going to want it cooked before they will eat it?

I already know they prefer cooked food, but I guess if they get hungry enough they will eat raw food. I can't help but worry that I have spoiled them too much, will they be okay after I leave? At least they can return to the tower and Yui will take care of them, that helps me relax.

If I was just leaving them to fend for themselves I would feel a lot worse. Not only will Yui take care of them but they will have other people to make friends with once the teleporters are up and running. Hopefully, after I am gone for a little while, they will learn to be a bit more independent.

With dinner done I try to put my worries aside and enjoy a nice long soak. Just as I am finally starting to relax the door opens and Asuna comes in. She jumps into the tub before I can try and stop her, splashing water everywhere.

I can't help but laugh at her antics, it may not be what I had planned but she does need a bath. So before she can jump out and run off I grab her and start washing her properly. A sound makes me look over at the door where Kechara is poking her head in.

She seems to be laughing at Asuna, but stops when she gets splashed with water. By the time we are done playing, the bathroom is a disaster area. After drying the two of them off and chasing them out of the bathroom I do what I can to clean up the mess.

Yui says "Ash, just leave it. The spells will clean the room once you leave."

"Well, okay. I just feel that we are being bad guests."

Yui says "It's okay. I understand that despite how they appear they are really just kids still. Other than when they get playful they haven't done any damage."

"Thanks for understanding and putting up with them."

Yui says "While they can't really communicate with me, I have become fond of watching their antics."

"Yeah, they are too cute for their own good!"

Yui says "Speaking of cute, they have taken over your bed."

"Ugh, that's normal."

Yui says "Goodnight, Ash."

"Night, Yui."

When I exit the bathroom I find that Yui was right, Kechara and Asuna are sprawled out on the bed. They are already fast asleep and don't wake up when I move them around so that there is room for me. Despite the fact that I am sandwiched between the two of them I sleep like a baby.

In the morning I wake up first for once and decide to get some payback. So I spread my wings and sprawl across the two of them for a change. Then once I have them pinned I start tickling the two of them to wake them up.

When they wake up and find themselves pinned, both of them panic a bit. Since I am expecting that reaction I leave just enough room for them to wiggle free. Of course in doing so I give myself plenty of opportunity to tickle them.
