“General, Simkin, sir, I’ve designed mass-producible weaponized drones capable of flying, swimming, and traversing every terrain. Only one thing’s missing.”

“Yes, Mr. Smith, what’s missing?”

“You don’t have sufficient AI or trained staff to operate them in clusters.”

“So, it’s hopeless?”

“No, I do have an idea ...”
