"Are the candles ready?"
"Mhm. Twenty-one acorn-scented candles!"
"What about the lightbulbs?"
"Right under the ceiling." - The green dragon pointed with his snout, lightbulbs in all colors of the rainbow were connected to a hanging net of thin wires.
"What about the whistling stones?"
"Here they are! Scattered all around." - The green dragon slalomed between hollowed stones, the holes were in the shape of squares, circles, and triangles.
"All ready! Put your glasses on!"
The dragon nodded and equipped striped, red glasses.
"What else do we need, green dragon?"
"Silver hair."
"What!? Where are we going to find those!!?"
"I have some."
"What!!?"
"The monster had pretty silver hair, it dropped some."
"You shouldn't have touched it! It might be cursed."
"Oh, sorry. My bad."
"It's too late now, we might as well use it."
The green dragon put the hair in the middle of the candles. - "What now?"
"I don't know, do you?"
"I think we have to burn them, but they're so pretty."
"They're from the monster! Don't talk like that! We should get rid of them hastily!"
"Oh." - The green dragon frowned sadly - "Bye, bye, pretty hair." - and breathed fire on the item.
The house started to shake, all candles went out, the bulbs flickered in the darkness and a strong wind opened all windows in the house, then rushed through the holes in whistling stones, producing an ominous high-pitched noise.
"Oh, oh. I'm scared." - The dragon curled up.
"Emergency hug!"
"Brrr, you're so cold! Hihihi, I love it."
The shadows of furniture started dancing in the darkness as the smoke from the fire grew larger. The two novice summoners looked at the gray fog, where images of distant places swapped one by one.

There was an alien crushing an apple with a wrench and a robot next to him.
Then, there was a spiral stairway with stairs made of glass mosaic.
Next, were a ghost and a turtle resting in a hammock, in the middle of a beautiful oasis.
Following it, were busy streets of a marketplace filled with humanoid insects.
Then, a city of light showed, hidden high in the skies, between the clouds.
At last, there was an ocean, and a melodic voice signing an underwater song.
Water started leaking out of the smoke, into the room.
"Oh, no!" - The dragon retracted its tail. - "I just washed the floor!"
"What a silly thing to do before the magic night."
"It was dirty and sticky!"
The mist disappeared and both dragon and its companion opened their eyes wide. The dragon took a few steps back, scared.
"Who are you?" - Its companion asked the two newcomers.
There was a humanoid with a gelatinous body, tentacles and a bell-shaped top of the head, and a girl made of light.
The Jellyfish spoke first. - "We're brave explorers! I'm Jellyfish!"
"...and I am Lucia." - The girl made of light responded.
"Well, Hello there, Lucia and Jellyfish." - The dragon's companion extended its hand. - "I am the Red Snowman, and this is the Green Dragon."
"Aren't you scared?" - The green dragon whispered into his friend's ear.
"No... they look pretty normal and seem very friendly." - The red snowman replied.
Lucia extended her both hands and grabbed the extended hand. - "Nice to meet you." - She paused for a moment, unsure. - "Is everything okay? Your hands... are very cold."
"Oh, isn't it normal?" - The red snowman wondered aloud.
"To be honest, I don't know." - The girl made of light giggled, then the Jellyfish came closer and also started with a handshake.

"Brrr! You're right! It's chilly, hahaha! Amazing!" - The Jellyfish laughed with the girl.
"Dragon? Say 'Hi', no need to be scared." - The red snowman assured.
"Hi... HI!" - The dragon stomped closer, then bowed its head.
"Nice house, very cozy." - The Jellyfish complimented. - "Though, it's very dry in here, do you have some water."
"Of course we do, outside, there is a river and a pond under a waterfall!" - The dragon's friend opened the door and pointed at a location behind a garden full of various space flowers.
Lucia leaped outside. - "What is it? They're beautiful... and smell nice."
"Chrysan-mum-muns." - The green dragon shyly announced with a gleam in its eyes.
"Did you grow them?" - Lucia asked.
Dragon nodded affirmatively.
"You've got a green thumb!" - Lucia cheerily exclaimed.
The green dragon looked at its claws. - "Yes, I do."
Lucia giggled. - "It means you have a talent for plants!"
"Oh, I do!" - The green dragon smiled.
The Jellyfish plunged into the pond. - "Ahhh, refreshing. I think I'm ready to begin the exploring!"
"Don't be so eager, Jellyfish. It would be polite to get to know our hosts better." - Lucia calmly requested as she delicately caressed the flowers. - "You have a nice house, I hope we didn't intrude."
"That's not an issue." - The green dragon responded, still smiling, it was getting more comfortable around Lucia. - "We were having a magic night! Magical things were bound to happen!"
"Magic night? What is it?" - The Jellyfish jumped out of the water and asked curiously.
"It's a night when you try out new spells with your friends!" - The dragon declared with excitation.
"Spells? What are those?" - The Jellyfish's eyes shifted to the dragon, then to Lucia.
Lucia waved her head, she didn't know.
"Uhm... they are... uhmm..." - The dragon had trouble explaining.
"Spells are a bunch of random activities that create even more random stuff out of nothing!" - The red snowman explained.
"Haha! Sounds fun!" - The Jellyfish said. - "I want to try it!"
"You'll have to wait until the next week. For some reason, it doesn't work on other days." - The snowman informed.
"Oh, what a bummer." - The Jellyfish kicked the grass in frustration. - "Can we stay until the next magic night?" - The Jellyfish directed those words to Lucia.
"I think we can come next week instead... but how do we go back, exactly?" - Lucia had a contemplative expression.
"Oh, how?" - The green dragon asked the snowman.
"Uhm... uhm..." - The red snowman couldn't answer. - "Do you live somewhere in space?"
"No, we live in an ocean! Could you point us in the direction?" - The Jellyfish asked.
"Ocean? What is it?" - The green dragon wondered.
"It's... like a pond, but way, way bigger and deeper. Like bazillion times bigger and deeper!" - The Jellyfish explained with excitation.
"Oh, do we know anything like that?" - The green dragon asked the snowman.
"No... " - The red snowman confirmed.
"Then, how will we return home!?" - The Jellyfish asked.
"I don't think... we can." - Lucia responded as she looked at the sky, she pointed at one of the purple twirls. - "Our home, should be there..."
