《One Versus Destiny》Chapter 2: People

I spent the rest of the hour exploring the hedge maze, killing normal barreling porcupines when they barreled at me. I was hard to not feel guilty about killing these animals. I was vegetarian because I wasn't going to be allowed to have death on my hands. One time, I tried making a grass shield, but it barreled right through it. I finally had to accept that they were bloodthirsty monsters that needed to be put down.
I felt something hard hit me on the back of my head. When I woke up, I realized I had been knocked on the head with a shovel, and I got knocked out. I was in a weird room with a man. He muttered to himself “Well, well, well, so the king summoning didn’t work out. I suppose I’ll have to eat him.” I wasn’t about to get eaten without a fight, so I punched him. It didn’t kill him. He pulled out a knife, which I promptly tried to tug from him. It didn’t work, as he was way stronger than me. He attacked, and with one graze, he broke my bone, and I yelled out in pain. I realized I was in a basement when I heard a voice from above. They said “Run,” so I ran to them, sprinting away from the lunatic. I wondered what my parents were going to say. There were three people in cages with thin, black collars around their necks. One punched him, and he was so weak, he was knocked back about thirty meters. I punched him and finished him off. There was a system message:
You have defeated (Death Cultist)
Would you like to collect drops from (Death Cultist)?
“Yes”
You have collected drops from (Death Cultist)
You have received (Atrion Armor) (Iron Category)

You have received 156776 (normal coins)
You have received 2387 (Iron coins)
You have received 322 (Silver coins)
You have received 18 (Gold coins)
You have received (Sword of the Atrion)
You have received (Death Cultier)
You have received (Iron Healing Potion)
You have received (Core Of Death)
You have received (soul stone of blood)
The Death Cultier and Core of Death exploded, and I needed to use the Iron Healing Potion. I was hit by another shovel.
When I woke up, I was in a cage. Those people from before told me to eat a silver coin, and so I did. I felt an immense power within me, and I was able to break all the cages and collars, and after five seconds, the power subsided, making me weaker than before. There was a weird looking monster. A volcano erupted under its feet after one said, in a cold, hard, granite voice, “Volcano of death, arise,” and another picked me up. One had orange skin, a tail like an ankylosaurus, hands on his back, plenty of wrinkles, legs under his stomach, and plenty of things dangling. He also had a mouth full of canines, and he had eye beams and wings, and a hump on his head. He was huge, and all three of them looked about as fit as a superathlete. I was wondering what was going on.
I pulled up my map, and I saw somehow, It looked a bit like Earth, but Sri Lanka was bigger. India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Burma, Nepal, and Bhutan had drifted south to touch Sri Lanka, and Andaman and Nicobar islands had enlarged by maybe ten times. Madagaskar had merged with Africa, which was where we were, and the Americas had connected, closing the Panama canal, and had drifted maybe two hundred kilometers west. I realized the hedge maze was just trimmed to look like minecraft and it really wasn’t minecraft, so I asked them the name of the planet. They said Glassfay. They started running at about a hundred kilometers per hour in the desert. I asked where we were going, and they said Magispestone.

I asked what a soul stone of blood was, and they said that someone’s soul possessed almost unlimited power, and you need soul stones to tap into the power. You have to absorb them to get the power, so I absorbed the soul stone, and it said:
You have absorbed the soul stone of blood.
New power unlocked
Waeswars
class pefigh
Effect: (Copper)
Summons a copper category waeswar that will fight for you and be your pet, and he can go into you.
“Wow,” I said. “What’s a Waeswar,” I asked. The one with the orange skin said the monster that had a volcano under its feet was a waeswar. It looked like a swarm of wasps.
“Sorry,” one said. "We never had time for introductions." The one with orange skin said, “I’m Doom Defeat Doom the First. My family is very peculiar with names, and forces everyone to follow a naming pattern if they’re in the family.” “Of course,” another said. “You're from a royal family, so for some reason, all are.” The other said, “I’m Joe.” The last one said, “I’m Fesoul. It may sound strange, but my family had been saving up for generations to get a set of soul stones, so my parents were excited once it had been determined I would be able to get soul stones. I told them my name is Arjun. Joe told me he had got his soul stones by winning a smithing contest. After a couple more hours running through the desert, we stopped, and they ate some bronze coins. “Are you mad,” I asked. They told me you could eat coins of your category starting at iron category.
After about thirty minutes, we arrived in Magicspestone. There were some monsters running about. Then, Doom started glowing silver after he killed all the monsters. People started running away, and they were right to do so, as gunk started spilling out from his pores. He poured some liquid on himself, and it cleaned on it’s own. He looked more fit and nine centimeters taller. I noticed that both Joe and Fesoul were about two meters tall.
I checked the land prices, and it was one silver coin per acre! I went to a hotel, where the prices were a bit more reasonable: 1 bronze coin per day.

Dungeon Darwinism: Deepest Dungeon
Dungeons are a lot like sea turtles. They’re born in clutches of dozens, if not hundreds. A hundred may be born at one time, buried in still burning cities, or in forests where the canopy hides the sky, or in ocean trenches at the bottom of the sea. But only one in a clutch ever makes it to the surface. Everyone knows about dungeons— monstrous factories that emerge out of the earth, full of riches and Arcana and power— and monsters. But most of humanity only know about the dungeons that make it. Mark doesn’t know anything about dungeons. He isn’t from this world, and only as a victim of circumstance has he become an unwilling half of a dungeoncore. The other half is a Dark Lord. (Rewrite)

Celestial [A Progression Fantasy LitRPG]
Warning!Profanity, unconventional relationships, drug use, descriptive gore and intimacy. Celestial is a slow-paced and action-packed progression fantasy with elements from the LitRPG genre. The story focuses on the protagonist’s personal growth, violence, sex, exploration and adventure. Follow Zelaria as she embarks on her journey of exploration and adventure, seeking ever greater heights of power. With an affinity for the elusive and mysterious Arcane and a preference for the thrill of close combat she nonetheless chooses to walk the path of a mage. A mage may still use weapons but a warrior rarely casts spells as far as she knows. It’s a logical path for her even if others may call it insanity. What do they know? Most people who choose to specialize in wielding mana tend to pick a mage class aligned with their element. Why become a standard mage, average at everything, when you can use your affinity for fire to become a fire mage and cause destruction with ease? The only problem for Zelaria is that no one seems to know how to get a mage class aligned with the arcane. Approaching 17 years of age she’s still at level 0 while her peers have long left her behind, their classes selected at the age of 15 when they became available. Luck is on her side though as she manages to snag employment as a hauler with a party heading on an expedition to a dungeon abandoned centuries ago. They’re looking for riches and danger while she’s still looking for an answer, one she finds at their destination even if not in the way she expected. Nothing is going to stop her from enjoying all that the world has to offer, not the wish of her parents or even her death. I'll be aiming to upload 5 chapters in bulk every week.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Dwarf While Trapped in a Dungeon Full of Spiders
Thousands of years ago, mankind would honor their dead and their journey to the afterlife through the process of mummification. The elaborate tombs and burial rituals marked our transition from hunter-gatherers to civilizations and empires. However, it's been over 500 years since we've sent tributes to the underworld, and now the underworld, or whatever lies beyond, has decided to send something back. Authors Note- This story is inspired by DnD, Dark Souls, Guild Wars 1, and my love of eldritch horror and dark creepy dungeons. Also completed doesn't mean end of the line. There is more Mike Sammons in the future, promise.
