"It hurts!"
"Where is this place? Why can't I remember anything?"
"Me too, does anyone know what's going on here?"
Anno, who was in the darkness, tried to open his eyes when he heard the noisy sounds around him.
The evening's rosy glow dyed the sky red, covered in a layer of pink clouds slowly fluttering.
This was the first scene Anno saw when he opened his eyes.
Looking around, Anno found himself in a dilapidated building.
Cracked, grassy walls, huge stone pillars broken into pieces, and open roofs.
There is even a female statue more than five meters high.
It's just that the head of the statue doesn't know where to go, and the moss-covered hands are held in front of his chest.
"Looks like a medieval church!"
Anno was stunned.
After a good night's sleep, why did you go to such an unfamiliar place?
Crossed?
There are other people in the dilapidated church, and the conversation that Anno heard before was sent by them.
But listening to their conversation, it seems that everyone has lost their memory.
Can't remember anything but their names.
"That is to say, they don't know how to travel by themselves now!"
After careful observation, Anno found that these people in modern clothes counted himself, and there were a total of fifteen people.
Eight men and seven women!
At this time, they were walking around constantly, rummaging through the ruins.
Outside the church, there is a dense forest, and from time to time there will be a few eerie crow-like cries.
"Hey, what is this?" Anno suddenly found something similar to a panel in his mind.
Name: Anno.
Race: Human
Level: 0
Experience: 0/50
Occupation: none
Magic: 10/10
Skills: none
Talent: Sacrifice Spirit! [Note: Killing monsters can get monster souls, sacrificing monster souls can summon monsters to assist in combat, and consuming monster souls can learn monster skills! ]
"Fuck!" Anno was stunned.
Not because of the panel in his mind, but because he just learned that there are monsters in this world!
Anno's eyes widened, and he immediately got up to check the surrounding situation.

Suddenly, Anno's eyes narrowed, and he walked quickly to a collapsed wall, crouched down, and checked.
On this rock wall, there are many nicks from shallow to deep.
It looks like it was caused by a sharp weapon.
Looking elsewhere, Anno found that there was more than one nick.
"There won't be monsters here, right? I'm a proper waste right now! What about the novice protection period?" Anno licked his lips, looking a little nervous.
Seeing a sharp stone the size of a palm not far away, Anno immediately walked over to pick it up and put it in his trench coat pocket.
Some people with amnesia gathered around to discuss, and some turned to look at the ruins.
They don't have a sense of crisis, and they don't seem to know that there are monsters in this world.
"Could it be that they not only lost their memories but also have no panels and talents?"
Anno didn't feel happy in his heart, but a little bitter.
If this is in danger, not one of a dozen people can beat it!
At this moment, a thin man stepped on the gravel and the collapsed wall, climbed to the broken wall more than four meters high, looked into the distance, and discovered a town.
He immediately shouted to the crowd walking below in surprise: "Hey, everyone! Go in that direction and walk through the forest, it seems that people are living there!"
"Whoo~!"
A cracking sound came.
The lean man only felt a dark shadow pass by before his eyes, and he turned his head suspiciously and looked down.
After an arrow collided with the stone wall, it bounced back to the ground and rolled a few times.
The lean man hadn't figured out what was going on when another arrow shot.
This time he was not so lucky, the arrow pierced his throat!
Anno and the others looked at the lean man who fell from above his head was broken, and their breathing could not help but be rapid.
Several women saw the blood flowing next to the lean man's body, and squatted on the ground, hugging their heads and screaming.

"Je Je Je..."
Along with a series of evil laughter, five green-skinned, short, and ugly creatures with sharp ears and sharp teeth, holding machetes, daggers, and other weapons, climbed up from the ruins.
"What the hell is this?"
A man who was only a few meters away from these creatures turned around and wanted to run when he saw the other's appearance.
But as soon as he lifted his leg, a green-skinned creature threw a dagger, hitting his calf.
The man only felt a tingling pain in his calf, and his body fell forward suddenly.
"Ah~, help me, help me!" The man who fell saw a dagger stuck in his leg but felt powerless, and hurriedly called for help from the person behind him.
Anno noticed that a burly young man with a short head in the crowd stepped up to rescue him but stopped the next moment.
After the man fell to the ground, five green-skinned creatures rushed up almost in no particular order.
They smashed the man's head with the mallet in their hands, and stabbed the man again and again with their weapons!
One even opened its mouth and bit the man's face, tearing off a large piece of meat!
The man only screamed and died.
The green-skinned creature kept chewing the flesh and blood in its mouth, making swallowing sounds.
"Ah~!"
Some people in the crowd could not help screaming, and everyone turned around and fled in panic.
Anno naturally wouldn't stay here stupidly, he turned and ran away before anyone screamed.
As he ran, Anno said to himself, "Goblin! It's not wrong, this is a goblin! Is this a fucking monster from another world?"
These goblins looked small, but they were no slower than Anno and the others.
And more dexterous, more powerful, with sharp weapons in hand.
Anno knew how bad his situation was. If he didn't escape, he could only wait to die.
"Je Je!"
An inexplicable cry from the goblins came from behind, and then Anno heard a series of screams.
"Help me!"
"Go away, don't come near me!"
He doesn't have to look back to know that someone has been caught up.
At this time, those who run away can't wait to have two more legs!
The area of the church is not large, only a few hundred square meters.
Anno and the others soon came to the other side, ready to flee.
In a short period, a man was killed.
Another woman was dragged to the ground by two ugly goblins, and her clothes had been torn clean.
It seemed that the goblin was going to invade this girl.
"No, please, no no no... ah~!"
Hearing the desperate scream of the girl, the hearts of those who were still alive trembled.
"Beast!"
Finally, the sturdy young man who had been preparing to save people couldn't bear it any longer and rushed over with a roar.
The three goblins that caught up ignored the burly young man who rushed over. They went straight to Anno and the others.
Perhaps they felt that this strong young man was not the opponent of the two companions at all.
"What are you doing, run!"
When Anno was about to climb over the low wall outside the ruins, he found a girl still stunned in a blue dress standing beside him.
The girl woke up suddenly and followed Anno over the low wall with a sad face.
Anno was about to continue running but found that there were still a few goblins outside the ruins.
The moment he saw Anno out of the church, a goblin with a bow and arrow immediately shot an arrow.
Anno don't know if he was unlucky or not, and the first arrow hit him.
The arrow into the left forearm, but did not penetrate.
It was the first time in his life that he suffered such pain, and Anno couldn't help crying out in pain.
Looking at the goblins who were bending their bows and arrows again, Anno thought that he was done.

Small Chests Are Fine Too
It is an undeniable fact that good things come in small packages. More often than not, it is necessary to trim the fat in order to bring what really matters to the forefront. Having extra bulk may seem like a good idea, but in reality it is merely a crutch that will one day become a hindrance, as it is no substitute for personality nor ability. Indeed, often times it is the small things in life that brighten up our daily lives and constantly remind us exactly why we do the things we do. However, it is important to keep an open mind, for while bigger is not always better, there are also times when it is. This holds especially true when it comes to hopes and dreams, which have been known to require a suitably large container from time to time. And while dreaming big could potentially lead to massive dissapointment, one will never truly reach fulfilment if they think too small. A truth that one small woman with meager aspirations is about to find out. DISCLAIMER: This is a spin-off/side story of my main series, Everybody Loves Large Chests, which is also mandatory reading to understand this one. It runs parallel to the main plot, branching off from the chapter titled Upheaval 2, so there will be spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached that point.

Sunchasers
As Arthur opens his eyes, he finds himself in an unknown place, smack-dab in the middle of nowhere, without anything to help him survive save for a set of pyjamas and little knowledge of outdoors survival. Follow his steps as he tries to figure out where he is, and what will become of him. Sunchasers is a Fantasy novel with a sprinkle of lightweight sort of LitRPG (i.e. without Classes or Stats). While the first ten or so chapters of Book I are about Arthur's lonesome survival, the rest of the story focuses more on exploration and the protagonist will come in contact with other people quite often. The novel is being written in British English and using the metrics system. (I do not own the Cover) Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoy this journey! I have a Discord Server, Join Here!
