《Soul Summoner in Isekai (LitRPG & System)》44. The real way summoners fight

"Hey, did I read it right? The God-forsaken actually threw Paul out like garbage!"
"Idiot, the point to focus on now is how a God-forsaken person can make magic!"
"That's right, that's magic!"
The magician tutor excitedly sat up from his seat and said with an unbelievable face, "But Anno is a god forsaken. When he came to the Mage Tower to worship the God of Magic, I witnessed the whole thing.
He obviously doesn't have any ability to practice magic why did he use magic today?"
The magician tutor's tone was full of incomprehension, he could not wait to rush up to the stage right now and ask Anno what was going on.
There was no way a person who had been abandoned by the God of Magicians could have learned magic.
This is the rule!
Otherwise, everyone wouldn't have decided that Anno didn't have any cultivation talent after learning that he was a god-forsaken.
Anno looked at the reactions of the people on the stage and knew it was time for him to show his presence.
"This is not a magician's power, but a summoner's power! Moreover, this is only a part of the summoner's power!"
"Summoner?" The magician mentor grabbed his long white beard and frowned, "What exactly is a summoner?"
He has lived for sixty years, experienced a lot, and never seen nor heard of a summoner!
The surrounding audience also looked at Anno differently at this time.
Previously, everyone thought he was God-forsaken, thinking that he was purely arrogant and arrogant for refusing the kindness of the tutors and bringing two level 0 trainee warriors to fight with the three of Rhodes.
But Anno showed with his strength that he really didn't need the help of others.
However, since Anno had released magic, it meant that the summoner he was talking about should be as brittle a profession as a magician.
"As long as I don't let him release his magic, I have a chance to win!"
Pete blasted the Shore and bande away and immediately rushed towards Anno.
The surrounding audience ignored Shore, who kept coughing up blood, and their gazes all coalesced on Anno and Pete.
The crowd's thoughts coincided with Pete's.
A profession that can use magic must not be able to compete with a warrior profession in close combat.
This is why at the beginning of the fight, Rhodes and Pete rushed out, while Paul, who is a trainee magician, stayed in place to release magic.

If Anno was approached by Pete, a level 5 trainee warrior, the fight would probably be over.
"Oh no, why isn't Anno moving!"
Mark, who was the referee, saw Anno standing still and couldn't help but worry about Anno in his heart.
Everyone else also looked at Anno in confusion, not understanding why the latter did not dodge.
"Oh, being close to me, you've already lost!"
Pete came to Anno's side and threw a punch with his left hand.
Although Anno had a cloudy expression on his face, his attention was always on Pete, and [Low-Level Perception] was also turned on at the first opportunity.
Although he is now level 5, his opponent is also a level 5 fighter.
In terms of strength, he didn't have much of an advantage!
Bang!
Fist and fist collided.
Both of them took a step backward at the same time!
"Is this the kind of power a brittle-skinned profession can fucking have?"
Pete felt the pain coming from his non-stop trembling fist and growled loudly in his heart.
It wasn't like he hadn't fought people from other professions.
The warrior and knight majored in the physical body, and their strength was far stronger than the other four professions.
But this guy who can put magic was able to equal him in terms of strength.
What does this mean?
"Could it be that this so-called summoner is also very strong in melee combat?"
Pete guessed in his mind but didn't want to admit it.
"I don't believe it, you can beat me in melee combat!"
Pete roared to cheer himself up and slashed at Anno with his short sword in his hand.
Anno also reacted quickly, sidestepped to avoid the opponent's attack, and then backhanded a sword thrust.
Seeing this, Pete immediately blocked it with his short sword.
Clang!
The swords clashed and a few sparks appeared.
After the two people wrestled with each other, they were kicked out at the same time.
Both sides took a few steps back one after another.
But as everyone saw, Pete took two steps back, but Anno took four!
Pete also noticed his opponent's situation, and a glint of light flashed in his eyes.
"This guy is not as good as me in close combat!"
After having confidence in his heart, Pete's next attack was even fiercer.
For a moment, Anno only had to panic and fight.
This was still the case after opening [Low-Level Perception], if the skill was not opened, Anno felt that she might be even more wretched.

"Not bad for a level 5 warrior profession, very strong!"
Anno's breath was somewhat disordered when she separated from Pete again.
The opposite side of Pete wasn't much better, and his constantly heaving chest indicated that his stamina was also depleted.
But Pete felt that if the fight continued, it would be him who would win!
Just as he was about to attack again, Anno suddenly spoke up.
"I was thinking that if I could defeat you in melee combat, I would try not to reveal my bottom card. But now it seems that the bottom card can't be hidden!"
Anno's words made Pete's foot back out.
"This guy actually has a reserve card!"
This was not only Pete's thought but also the suspicion of everyone on the stage.
"It can't be stalling for time and releasing magic, right!"
Pete kept an eye out and stayed at a range of three meters with Anno.
As soon as Anno made a move to release that magic just now, he would immediately attack!
Three meters.
Enough for him to get in front of Anno before she releases his magic.
Anno saw Pete's movement and knew what the other party was thinking.
But he didn't care, instead, he asked with a calm face, "Do you want to know what is the real fighting style of a summoner?"
"The real way of fighting?"
Pete's heart was astonished.
Could it be that after fighting for so long, Anno hadn't used her true fighting style yet?
"Don't ...... don't joke about it."
Pete laughed somewhat unnaturally, "Combat styles are nothing but melee and long-range, and you've used them all just now."
"Oh, yeah?"
Anno revealed a smile that sent chills down Pete's spine.
Then, Pete heard Anno ask him, "Have you ever fought a Slime?"
"Slime? Of course, I've fought this thing!"
"What about goblins?"
"Goblins are swarming magical creatures, and there is no shortage of existences that exceed level 6, so the average professional will not easily provoke the goblins.
But not long ago, I was fortunate to follow a member of the group, hunting a level 5 goblin!
Pete speaks with pride.
Goblins are very common around, but also very ferocious magic creatures.
When an average trainee professional encounters a group of goblins, he will likely lose his life.
"Really? then let me try, whether Mr. Pitt is bragging or not!"
"Try? How can you try?"
Doubt flashed in Pete's eyes.
The audience below the stage was also baffled.
Hunting goblins, how do you try such a thing?
Is it possible to go out of town now to search for a single goblin in the forest?
Mark and a group of professional instructors have frowned.
They had a hunch that what Anno was doing next was likely to demonstrate the true power of the Summoner profession.
And this power would most likely overturn their perceptions!
"My most loyal slaves, your master is calling you!"
Anno saw enough padding and directly summoned four level 5 Slimes on the competition stage!
When the four half-meter diameter Slimes appeared in front of Anno, everyone couldn't help but stand up from their seats.
"It's slimes! Slimes have actually appeared on the stage!"
"What's going on, how can monsters appear in the city?"
If it wasn't for the fact that Anno had summoned a weak Slime, everyone would have been ready to pull out their weapons and prepare for battle.
Anno, to avoid misunderstanding, said loudly after summoning the Slimes: "These slimes are all my summons, in layman's terms, they are pets."
Seeing everyone's expression of disbelief, Anno walked to the slimes and stroked them.
The slimes also meekly clung to Anno, without the appearance of grassland monsters at all.
Anno looked at the dumbfounded Pete and laughed: "Using summoned objects to fight is the real way a summoner fights!"
"Summoner! Summoner!"
Several instructors kept repeating these two words, their tone filled with wonder, "Isn't this similar to a hunter's pet?"
Walton and Mark shook their heads at the same time.
The former explained, "Hunters can't tame monsters, and they can't summon pets out of thin air."
"Then, in that case, is there a seventh profession available for human cultivation in this world called summoner?"
"Of course ...... there isn't!" Anno spat in his heart.
Summoner, it was just a lie that he made up for his [Sacrificial Spirit].
He turned his gaze to Pete and summoned a goblin at the latter's desperate gaze.
"Come on~, the battle is just starting now!"

I Was Reincarnated as Someone's Mana??
My name is Magnus Karlsson, and by a series of rather unfortunate events that I had absolutely no say in, I was killed and reincarnated. In this story, you will follow Magnus as he tries his very best to survive in a world that's been thrown into chaos, together with the man whose mana he is, Allan Woodsworth. Well, not a man per se, more of a little boy who has no idea what the fuck is going on, but, you know... I'm sure it'll be fine. Nothing bad will happen to the pair. Nope. No abandoned kids here. Anyhow. The world that Magnus has been thrown into is one perversed by the will of a great mage who, three thousand years ago, decided that it would be a great idea to infuse all the people of the earth with so-called "orbs". These magical crystals allow their handler to control and generate mana, which they can then use to become mages. Most barely use them, since the mana cost of doing such a little thing as a fireball spell is absolutely ridiculous. Said mage, Theodore Cromwell, Magnus used his resources to infuse not only humans with orbs, but animals as well, giving rise to what the mage community calls "horrid perversions of nature", but what the common folk calls "monsters". Orbs can be used for much, and it is through orbs that people keep track on their level of mana and such, and destroying the orb of a monster is A, the only way to kill it and B, a good way to absorb extra mana and raise ones level. It is such an orb that Magnus has been tranformed into. ------ To those that care, I'm very sorry about the title, it's just that, well, it's very good to be blunt about isekais like this since people such as myself search precisely for this, so having super-serious names like "The Magnus of the World of Orbs" would turn people wanting a simple and fun isekai off. I hope you give this story a fair chance! ------ Edit: IWRASM now has a deviantart page!!! https://www.deviantart.com/thefunartcorner
