After William finished reading the books about Mana he decided to go to his room on the way he passed the main hall where he saw maids and butlers being led by Alfred setting up tables and decorations and a platform

"Good afternoon young master what brings you here?"

"Oh nothing I was just heading to my room, is this the preparations for my brother's Awakening Ceremony?"

"Yes it is young master"

William simply just nodded his head and continued walking to his room and when he got to his room he decided to exercise once again and then take a bath and go to bed earlier than usual for the ceremony tomorrow

(Next Day)

*knock knock knock *

"Young Master you need to get up and get dressed for the ceremony today"

Hmm oh no! Crap I overslept I knew I shouldn't have exercised again that night I ended up feeling tired because of it

"Okay I'm up"

"Young Master may I enter"

William quickly got off the bed and fixed himself up "Yes come in"

"Young Master madam has prepared a dress for you for today would you like to see it?"

"Really mom did can you show"

" Unfortunately the madam specifically told me to tell you that you need to first take a bath and then you will get to see it and wear it"

"You don't need to keep so much suspense do you" William made his way to the bathroom grumbling

After William was done with his bath and exited the bathroom he saw a Noble looking white colour dress with the grey family insignia on the left chest and a black shoulder cape being held by a white colour thread on the neck and cape having a silver colour fur at the edges

"Oh my God!! This looks so cool! Mom has good taste"

William quickly rushed to wear the clothes and then looked at himself in the mirror

"HAHAHA, this is one sexy-looking man right here if I have seen one!"

"Err...Young Master are you alright"

"Huh your still here uh yes I'm alright your dismissed"

The maid quickly walked out of William's room with a slight blush on her face

"Was she just now blushing....oh well it's only fair seeing as to how good I look in these clothes"

Somewhere else a woman could be seen elegantly drinking tea and coldly looking at the maid in front of her

"So what did he say about the dress"

"The young master liked it very much and said that his mother has great taste in clothing" completely ignoring the bit about William's narcissistic comments

When the cold-looking woman heard this her cold eyes melted into a warm look filled with love and a small smile broke out

This quiet greatly shocked the maid as this is the first time someone has seen 'The Ice Witch' smile much less not look cold

And for some reason when the maid saw grace smiling her heart nearly skipped a beat

"Okay you're dismissed"

The maid very quickly walked out of there and outside leaned on a wall and just had one thought 'Am I straight or not!!! '

During the evening a lot of Noble carriages started entering the family estate and a lot of people dressed in noble clothes started getting off and entering the hall led by the butlers

When all the guests had gathered and had taken a seat the main doors opened and the people who exited were Albert and Grace followed by James and William

"We would like to welcome everyone present here to my first son's Awakening ceremony hope that everyone will have an enjoyable time here"

" Let's first start off with some food and then we shall get on with the ceremony "

After Albert said that the two side doors burst open and from one side came the butlers led by Alfred carrying a plate of food and from the other side came the maids carrying deserts and they net up in the middle with Alfred in the front and then split up to serve the food to the guests

Which shocked a few people at the discipline of tye our servants

After eating the food was done dad stood up raised his glass and tapped it with a metal spoon to gain everyone's attention

"Okay everybody it is time for the main show James why don't you step onto the platform and absorb the mana in the air"

James nervously walked onto the platform and then sat on it cross-legged and then the entire hall went quiet as everyone waited

After a few minutes, James suddenly exclaimed "I...I can feel it in my body !"

"James lead it to where you want it to be stored"

As dad finished saying that there was a grey glow coming off of James' two wrists and then it slowly retracted until there was a dark black circle visible on his wrists

After everyone looked at it and then applauded some got up and congratulated dad saying stud like 'Congratulations Duke Gray your first son has a great talent just like you had'

Some even with to James and started copying up to him this kept happening and slowly everyone was socializing with each other

Some people even came up to me to try to introduce their daughters to me but I kept kindly rejecting them

And so the Ceremony ended without a hitch

By the time I got to my room, it was already very dark and I decided to start my exercise

Like this, a year slowly passed by and I was 5 years old And my stats were looking good
