《Supreme Empire》*hidden*

Everyone in the hall was left shocked when they saw William's potential as a mage because that colour symbolises the meaning that he has the same potential as the current emperor he has a higher potential than the current prince or the title he goes by now the crown prince
'Well that's a nice reaction' William thought
William's dad saw the reactions based on the faces they were making and also the fact that the emperor is also here he decided to cut short the event
"Thank you, everyone, for visiting our ceremony but I believe William will be quite tired after his awakening so I think it's best that we cut this ceremony short, our families butler may escort you to your carriage" Williams das quickly said without giving anyone time to retort
The first one to stand up and leave was the emperor who was soon followed by the other nobles that came to attend this ceremony
In a royal-looking carriage, the emperor could be seen talking to himself?
After he finished speaking nothing happened but if one were to notice really close they can see a shadow that looked out of place was now gone
William hadn't said a thing after the ceremony was over he was congratulated enthusiastically by his mom and dad but was also warned about being careful as him he has a talent that can threaten the emperor's position also because he is also connected with the royal family
William just nodded and went back to his room he also noticed how his brother was looking very suspicious
William went into his room calmly and then quickly rushed over to a mirror after locking his romano undressed his top to look at the mark on his chest
It was a black sword mark! William asked the system what his potential is as a swordsman

[Your potential as a warrior is grey]
William started feeling really excited as both his potentials were above light grey but then he soon remembered what the system had said before about the other races and quickly calmed down
"Emma is there a power level higher than light grey?"
[William all I will say is the next rank is called the legendary rank and the colour used to symbolise it is white]
After William's heard that he fell into deep thought and then asked Emma "what exactly is potential?"
[It means having or showing the capacity to develop into something in the future]
"If that's the case potential acts like a blockade of sorts doesn't it?"
[In a sense you are not wrong]
"Then what if I were to break this potential barrier won't that let me have infinite ability to grow?"
[...]
Although Emma didn't say anything William knew that he was on to something here, but first, he needs to get to the peak of rare rank to have thoughts of surpassing his potential he sat down on his bed and carefully took in the mana in the air into his body and circulate it following the path of a warrior he noticed how unstable his mana was going through his pathways but he couldn't do much about it he tried to straighten it out but nothing happened he slowly led the mana through his path and imbued his muscles with mana in the process making it much stronger and then finally leading it to his heart where he stored it
William slowly opened his eyes and breathed out a lot of hot air from his mouth "I understand how this mana works now it imbues the muscles with mana making it stronger and then is stored in the heart which can be used if the person needs a burst of strength and he also noticed the fact that the mana travelling was unstable and didn't quite follow exactly as he wanted although he felt that it was a bit difficult he noticed how a lot of mana was getting lost in the process, be remembered how in a novel he had once read the main character had this same problem and when he fixed it that Mc potential was boosted quite exponentially remembering that William felt as if he had the hope to maybe use it as a way to break through his potential barrier

William decided to close his eyes and do the same process but this time he used the mage pathway but this was quite simple compared to the warrior pathway as this just involved absorbing the mana and making it flow through the pathway and gather in his wrists making William realize that mages below the warrior rank are just useless long range but even the mage pathway let's some mana go to the muscles so it can be enhanced but compared to warriors path this is nothing
" I wonder how does one actually use a magical element to outwardly produce a spell"
Unfortunately, no one could answer his question
William just kept repeating the process following the mage pathway hoping to find something and after a few hours did he finally realize something
"What if I use the magic just on my palm not to project it long-range but just use it on my palms this does seem interesting maybe I can imbue objects using just pure mana without elements" William quickly got off the bed and took a glass cup from his table and tried to move his mana from his right wrist to his palms in which he succeeded but when he tried to move the mana outward he failed as it felt like there was a wall blocking his advanced but he felt that he would be able to do it if there was more force
William kept cultivating his mage path and doing spars while also talking to his parents as often as he could
Soon 4 months passed by and William is ready to try to bring the mana out of his palms

NOTE: The story will be slow for many of the chapters and the time will also match it, ex: goes by day by day. The time mostly will be used for introducing and adding to characters. It won't pick up until somewhere in the twenties but there will be action and events earlier on such as the missions. Just a fair warning. Order of Phantasmal Architects
