Able Drake-
I woke up ready to set in the request at the blacksmith for my gun and bullets, I first made sure my list had everything on it.
I had forgotten to put the extractor on the list, the thing that makes sure that the bullets don't get stuk and easy to take out the bullet husks of the gun.
I met with Osgar and asked him "When will I be talking with the blacksmith and carpenter?"And he said "When ever you want, they are the drake house's personal blacksmith and carpenter after all" I then said "That's good, do you think the blacksmith can teach me their ways?" Osgar said "They would probably do that but only really the basics, you can't excpect someone to teach you their secrets" I then said "Yeah, I have no problem with that. Now lead me to where the blacksmith is currently residing."
Then I walked with Osgar towards the smithy.
When I arrived at the smithy I heard the clanking of metal against metal. There were a good amount of people in the proccess of making 'things', I didn't look at what was made because I didn't care. Osgar said "follow me to the current chief blacksmith" After that we walked to a different part of the smithy, where those who. To me, looked more skilled. We walked towards a man in his 40s instructing other blacksmiths, when he saw me he made a weird forced smile. and said "What can I do for you" I told him "Two things" I put up my fist and I put up my index finger "First, I want a blacksmith to make a prototype weapon for my personal use. It doesn't matter if you or someone else does it if their just not a novice, idiot, someone that lacks precision or someone who will purposely do a bad job or not do it. You think you can do that?" he nodded, I then put up my middle finger next to my index finger and said "Second, I want to gain the blacksmithing skill. No I don't want secret techniqes, I just want the skill" He then said "That is acceptable, what do you want made?"
I took out a roll of paper, I unrolled it and said "Everything I want made is on this piece of paper with measurements in icarusion measurements" (note: icarusion measurements is the measurement system of icarus, but I'll still say all the measurements in metric).
The man said "It's good that one of you joung masters of the drake house did the proper procedures on asking for what they want, you wouldn't believe how many people just walk in asking for a sword. When we ask for the specifics they all freeze up, it's good that you know what you want. Name's Njal kiddo." Then a beast walked over it was like a mass of metallic cubes that shifted on joints, it was like one of those shapeshifter stopmotion things with cubes that could be melded together at will viseversa. It looked hella cool, to me at least. should get one of those as a non blood beast pet. Which were pretty common in nobillity.

Njal said "I'll look at what blacksmiths that have the skills to make what you want are free to make it. I'll give you a decent appentice to teach you some basic blacksmithing, just come in and ask if you want to make something kid, why? Because I like ya fer not being an asshole." he then looked around and said "Get Severin! I got something to do fer im." He then turned to me and said "Kid, the person who's gonna teach ya is called Severin. He's errogant about the craft, but he's a good kid at hart so give im some slack. It's gonna take some time to find a blacksmith needed to make the parts, so you'll have to wait fer a while."
After a minute or so of waiting a 16-17 jear old teen which I belived was Severin walked over and said "What's ja need me to do boss?" To Njal, when he looked at me he had distain in his eyes. I didn't really pay it much mind, he's just some trash on the road side why should I care what he thinks of me?
Njal said to Severin "I want ja to teach this kid." He pointed at me "Tha basics. And don't try anythin to sabotoge the kiddo, he's one of the better ones."
Severin said dejectedly "Yes boss, but are you sure?" While not hiding the disdain towards me.
Njal said in annoyance "Yes, when I said somethan I mean it."
Severin then said "Fine, I won't do anythin" While having irritated undertones.
Njal was happy with that and walked away with Osgar, but then he turned around and said "I'm serious about not trying anything." In a serious tone. Then continued walking away
After Njal wan no longer around Severin said to me "I don't know how you got Njal's approval, but don't expect me to do anything for someone like you. Who disrespects the craft, thinking it would be easy to learn. Well I'll help you, but only at the bare minimum." He made a smug face while saying it, but I didn't really care.
I told him "If you're going to do what is asked then lets just start, time waits for no man after all." After a couple of seconds I started to look around and said "So where are you going to teach me 'the minimum'?"
At that Severin said "You'll learn it in one of the vacant forges, how about that one." He randomly pointed at a random forge without someone using it, he had a bored but serious face on
I said "Sure." And I waited for him to go forward to make sure that there weren't any tricks. After a second Severin started walking towards the forge, when I got close I started looking at it with slight intrest. It was a dark red brick color, it was pretty large being a 6m thick, 5m long and 7m high. There were some hammers of different sizes on a rack, it looked like it was made of naturally black wood.
Severin said "Pick up a hammer while I'm firing up the forge" And he walked to the forge and started doing something. I looked at the hammers on the rack and there were 6 of them, all of them different sizes. From left to right, it was big to small. I chose the 3rd smallest, I thought it had a good weight for my strength stat.

After Severin was done the forge was set a light, he saw my hammer and said "That's a bigger hammer then I thought you could handle."
Well I was stronger then I looked through the goliath style giving me a permanent boost to strength.
Severin then said "First we've got to wait for the forge to heat up so just wait for a couple minutes."
20 minutes later-
Severin said "The forge is heated up." he walked towards the forge and said "Come on! I don't have all day!"
I calmly walked towards him and I said "How do we start?"
Severin said "First we need the basics, a forge that's heated up, a metal, a hammer to change the metal's structures and some human muscle to get that sweet power." he turned around and then continued "For the metal were doing iron, it's a classic and you seem to have the strength nessacery to mold the stuff. We usually use tin to first gain the skill for newbies." he then walked towards a couple piles of ingots and picked up one from the gray pile, after he again turned around and said "This is iron." and showed the ingot to me. after a couple of seconds he then said "you are going to make a basic dagger, without any ornamants" I nodded disintrestedly
Severin walked around telling me about the process "First you need to pick up the bar up with tongs and put it in the forge, just to be sure. Don't put the tongs in with it, yes some bigginers make that mistake. Then wait for the ingot to warm up, you can basically tell that it is ready when it's red or white through heat." He picked up the tongs next to the forge's opening and threw it to me and said "Catch midget!"
I easily caught the tongs, and I said "So what I need to do is put the ingot in the forge?" Severin nodded. After I saw that I picked up a iron ingot with the tongs and put it in the opening inside the forge with the coal.
After the ingot was heated up Severin said "Take out the ingot with the tongs and put it on that anvil." he pointed at an anvil close to the forge.
I said "Sure." I took out the ingot with the tongs and put the Ingot on the anvil
Severin then said "Now that the ingot is on the anvil, pick it up again but use the tongs to keep the ingot stable against the anvil and start hammering the ingot into a longer and thiner form" After that I, well started to hammer the ingot, after a 1 or 2 minutes the ingot cooled down. I put it inside the forge again waiting for it to warm up, I noticed that Severin was just sitting on a stool and looking elsewere. Even talking to other blacksmiths, I thought 'He must be going with the 'do the minimum necessary to not have your boss be angry' strategy, what a petty teenager. But its respectable, even I did it when I was at the joung age of 24'
Continuing my uncharacteristic tolerant mindset as to not kill him while he still has use.
After a couple of sessions forging the ingot, the part where the wood handle will be put on started to take form. It was a bit shody, but I would fix that after the outline of the blade was made.
After another around 32 forging sessions the blade started to really started to get some edges.
After I got the handle and blade done Severin said "First I'm going to turn forge, after that you're going sharpen the blade then your dagger will be finished enough to gain the skill."
After some time the forge was turned off we walked to another part of the smithy it was right next to the forges, when we arrived Severin said "This should be self explanitory but but to sharpen the blade you need something else to grind it on, introducing a grinding wheel. If you step on the foot shaped pad next to the wheel, the wheel will spin. To make the most of your time use some water to make it easier to sharpen it."
I quickly tried to sharpen all the blade of the dagger, It made a screeching sound and was difficult to keep it on the wheel. but after an hour of hard work I got it to what I thought as an acceptable quality.
Then I tried to get the part the handle would be in a good circular/cylindrical form for higher quality. The time it took was not even close to the time spent on the blade
But I didn't get the skill because the weapon needed to be finished. but that is will be done at the carpenter's workshop, Which I'll make the handle at.
When I was done and started looking for Njal, when I found him he said "I found someone open to make your prototype and he has taken the oath that you asked for, but it will take a couple of days or weeks. Ya know what we'll just delliver the parts to your room." I nodded at him
Osgar then made the suggestion "We should get going towards the carpenter's workshop."
In reaction to him I said "We should." and I walked towards the exit then through walls towards the capenter's workshop.

The Calculator - Supervillainess Time Loop
What makes a terrifying villain? Is it ruthlessness? Is it how powerful they are and how many buildings they can down in one blow? Is it how hard they are to kill, contain, or get rid of in any manner? Is it their knowledge of a hero’s true identity in a world where secrets must be kept? Or is it perhaps how they seem to be perfect in all their actions, defeating the hero at every step of the way throughout to the last one, only to humiliate them one last time before declaring themselves the winner in the grand scheme of things? Isabella Blair is perfect. She knows all your moves before you even make them. All your ambushes are faced with traps and she dodges all your blows like it’s child’s play. Catching her is impossible because she’s always ten steps ahead of you. She says she calculated everything, but she messes up in every fight. She loses far more than she wins, sometimes a hundred times for just one small victory. Yet, she is perfect. How is that possible, you may ask. That’s because she has the uncanny ability to return to the past whenever she makes a mistake. All that’s left in the end can only be what’s perfect if all the realities in which you’ve lost are gone, after all. And that makes for one hell of a terrifying profile. Tanka and Haiku
Overview TankaThe tanka poem is very similar to haiku but tanka poems have more syllables and it uses simile, metaphor and personifacation. There are five lines in a Tanka poem. Tanka poems are written about nature, seasons, love, sadness and other strong emotions. This form of poetry dates back almost 1200 years ago.HaikuHaiku poetry hails from Japan and uses strict syllable guidelines rather than focusing on meter or rhyme. Because the poem is short only three lines with 17 total syllables writers must choose words carefully to create meaning. Haiku poetry is typically simplistic, but its meaning can have great depth. Source : Wikipedia You can share my poem but dont copy, Piglarism is a crime. Enjoy reading po. 💕😊💕Ms. Eryl
