Kentarou eventually got cornered by all the warriors following him, Ishigaki was seen as the most adamant among them. Not long into the confrontation, Ishigaki was already blazing with his auric fire.
"Kentarou.. your journey ends now..." Yato once again tried to convince him to stop, "I didn't expect it to end like this. Whoever you are inside, you've hurt so many people already,"
Kentarou just burst into laughter, "Okay hold on there... let me introduce myself properly. My real name is Akira, one of the last surviving Akazaru clan, before the Ookami wipe us out," he then proceeded to tell a little bit of his clan's story before annihilation.
"The Ookami DID NOT wipe them out," Ishigaki replied to him intensely, meanwhile the other warriors including Yato were confused with his sentence. This doesn't feel like Ishigaki at all.
"Oh really?" Akira finally looked closer at Ishigaki, "I think I might've seen you before..." after some moments of remembrance, he finally realized something, "those bright yellow eyes... you must be an Akayama, right?" Ishigaki didn't respond.
"I see... so that's why you defended that damn kingdom so hard... you are their servant afterall, and better yet... I think I know who YOU really are," slowly, the ground and rocks around Akira started to envelop his right arm and formed a giant fist, meanwhile Ishigaki's flame was getting hotter.
His fire was so hot to the point that the other warriors must step back and be guarded by other fire-element jaegers to deflect the heat sideways. Akira then continued, "By any chance... you're not the one Akayama that I know of, are you? … Akayama Natsuki---"
Without any warnings, Ishigaki bolted forward with his flaming auric, causing a minor explosion with his step, separating the warriors even more. But his attack was held in place by Akira himself, who defended with his rocky fist that slowly melted by the heat, forming what looks like a cracked magmatic rock.

With his right hand clashing with Akira's, Ishigaki tried to punch with his left hand. But instead of hitting him, Akira dodged to the side to let Ishigaki strike the ground.
"I never thought I'd meet you again!" Akira uttered as he landed on the nearby building, but seconds after that, the other warriors started trying to land a hit on him. While Akira jumped around dodging the incoming attacks, Yato checked on Ishigaki who's made a fiery crater with his fist alone.
Yato then helped him to stand up, once again his sights were focused on Akira who's slaughtered many of the warriors already. While his target was to eliminate him, Yato on the other hand brainstorms on how to release Kentarou from his ancestor's grasp.
"Are you... not Ishigaki?" Yato asked him in confusion.
Ishigaki looked at him and answered quietly, "Unfortunately I am not, for now... I'll let him be in control again after this is all over," Natsuki lamented her action for a moment, but then hyper-focused on Akira again.

On the other side of the island, Kyuuto was still unconscious from the bleeding he experienced. Rin and Kanata were still there to take care of him, but now came Kazuki who's recovered from his injuries.
After being told of what happened for the last 2 days, Kazuki regretted, "I'm sorry I couldn't help," he said as he sat on a chair near Kyuuto's bed.
"Ishigaki seems to know a lot more than we expected... don't you see that he's acting strange lately?" Rin wondered, "I've always thought that he was kind and reserved,"
"I have no idea," Kanata shook her head, then put her hand on Kyuuto's forehead, "I have no idea at all," she started to question her whole role in this horrible mess.

Kyuuto then opened his eyes to a familiar vision, the white plane he's been before, but rarely went into for months. But there's something different about it now, from the distance, a black mist could be seen lurking around but hardly moving.
Kyuuto walked around hoping to meet Kurouzu in this empty pocket universe until he got interrupted by what sounded like two people chattering. When he turned around, he saw his younger self and his brother training in the far distance. But as soon as he stepped forward to reach that spot, the vision disappeared.
He heard noises again, now sounds like parents having an argument. Once again he turned his head, but found his parents arguing over something unintelligible. His parents then glanced at him, but after he saw what he believed to be his father smiling at him, the vision disappeared.
"Kyuuto," he heard someone calling him loud and clear, again when he turned his head around, finally he met Kurouzu.
