"A devil may wander around in your realm but they have to use the invisible mode. As Alfi was still a baby and he had no idea who he was, he was cursed by the ruler of your realm, God." Belphie clears her throat. "I am sure that you do know why we are so despicable, right?"

Varz just nods.

"After Adam's ejection, I ran away with Lilith and God applies that any devil lives with humans, they will be Starless, the one hated by the world. That's why he always has fardel. I don't think I have to elaborate every adversity he has gone through as you have seen it yourself, right?"

Varz then recalls every time Alfi has to go through so much diversity like the time he was defeated by the Fatal Six and the time he was sent to Supranatural Realm. He also realizes that he almost killed Alfi on their first encounter. He used to hate Alfi, but as time went by, he has been close to him.
