《Invader Zim >> Not Just a Defect <<》Chapter 8: Secrets

Tallest Purple slowly woke up, feeling a really bad migraine coming up.
He hissed in pain as he opened his purple eyes, clutching his head in pain.
His eyes widened when he realized he was in one of the dark, completely closed off cells hidden deep inside the Massive.
Purple activated the lights in his PAK, illuminating the small, dark cell.
He suspected this cell used to be one of the rooms for one of the Vortians when they used to help build the Massive. It was one of the rooms that had been converted into a prisoner holding cell.
He saw that there were no windows, and the cell door was completely made of a thick, unbreakable metal that stops prisoners from escaping.
He looked around some more and saw that there was a short bed made for Vortians or Irkens, a rickety old desk and chair, and an old torch looking thing that was attached to the wall.
What had Red done!?
Why would he do this to Purple?
He was crazy!
Purple activated the lasers in his PAK and tried to shoot at the door.
Nothing happened.
He tried a couple of more times, hoping that the metal would start to fatigue, anything to give him a sign of escaping.
Purple was breathing hard, the excessive use of his PAKS lasers tiring him out quickly.
He went over to the door and started to inspect around it for fatigue marks.
He sigh when he didn't find any.
He turned around and went over to the desk, hoping to find something from the previous prisoner.
He saw that there were some papers, mainly letters addressed to the prisoner's family members. The letters were all signed by the same name.
P-777
Purple got angry and screamed.
No one would hear him though, for the metal cell was soundproof. No one knows he's even here, except for Red, that new General, and the other Irken Soldiers who had thrown him in here.
Purple, angered, grabbed the chair and threw it at the wall.
The old chair broke into pieces, one of them accidentally knocking into the torch that was attached to the wall.
The torch moved, almost falling off the wall.
Purple was confused when he heard a strange clicking noise coming from the torch.
He gasped when he saw a secret passage open up next to the bed.
He slowly walked over to it and peeked inside.
It was a secret passage, a hallway leading to who knows where.
Purple turned his head, glancing at the door, expecting someone to burst in and see the secret passage.
Deciding that no one was coming, he slowly went into the passage, walking down the strange, unfamiliar hallway.
He didn't even know this place existed!
He finally came to the end of the hall.
Peeking through, he gasped in shock and wonder when he saw that he was now standing in a large, secret lab.
Everything appeared to be tinted blue, ranging from different shades. He spotted all kinds of machines and empty vats of blue liquid that looked like they were made to hold alien life forms. He spotted some old machines that looked like they hadn't had power in them for decades. He spotted another door, a large metal one. It appeared to be another hidden passageway that lead to somewhere else.
Purple had no idea this was even in here!
He spotted an old looking monitor screen with layers of dust gathering over top of it.

Whoever this room belonged to was long gone. He went over to the monitor and saw that there was a small, blinking red light on the large power box above it.
The words above the small red light said 'Power'.
Looking around for a generator, Purple spotted one on the opposite side of the room.
He went over to it and pulled the lever down.
There was a loud humming noise that was nearly deafening for the purple clad Tallest, but it then died down to a soft, more pleasant hum that was barely audible.
He then started to wonder why this room was supplied with its own power source, separate from the rest of the Massive. Then again, there was a large map of the Massive showing where all the power was being directed and was constantly monitored by at least ten other Irkens at all times.
Whoever this room belonged to, wanted it to stay secret.
Purple went over to the large monitor and pushed the power button.
The small red light turned on, a bright, neon green.
The monitor turned on.
There were a bunch of video files on the desktop, each one labeled by date.
Purple used the mouse and clicked on the first video, sitting down on the old chair. It was a chair designed for a Tallest, which Purple found strange.
The video popped up and filled the entire screen.
"Tallest Miyuki here, and this is day one of my experiments" said Tallest Miyuki, looking at the camera. Tallest Miyuki was the only female Tallest to be known. She was wearing a blue version of the Tallest uniform, and she had curly antenna. She appeared to be younger, for her eyelashes were longer, and her antenna was more curled and raised, as if she was just made into a Tallest.
"I would like to say that I will be revealing that I will attempt to create a new era of Irken Invaders, ones that are smaller and quicker, giving them the advantage of better hiding and the ability to disguise themselves better. They will be lighter on their feet, making them quicker and faster. They will have improved agility and will be more cunning and smarter than today's era of Invaders" explained Tallest Miyuki, smiling proudly.
She held up a large blueprint with an image of the PAK design, which was more sleek and streamlined than they were a long time ago. There was also a variety of weapons and gadgets that would be able to fit inside the PAK. Some of which made it into the final design, while others were scrapped completely or remodeled for better fitting. There was also a pair of spider-like legs, four to be exact, included into the design.
"As you can see from this design, the spider legs that will be inside the PAK are sleek, skinnier, and will be made of a light metal alloy. The joints will also be made of a new technology I have created. They will not be the standard joints that are connected together, for they will be made of magnetic energy from these crystals I have discovered from a planet I had invaded when I was an Invader. These crystals will be floating in between the joints, connecting the parts all together. This will make them more flexible with a much smaller chance of fatigue stress. The spider-like legs is a new feature I would like Irken Invaders to have, for they will have the ability to outrun anything that is chasing them, and they will also double as weapons. They will have the ability to climb up any wall, no matter the material it is. This new feature will be the first of its kind, one that I hope to see in the new era of Irken Invaders" explained Tallest Miyuki.

The recording then ended, leaving Purple stunned.
Tallest Miyuki was the one who created the mechanical spider legs that VERY few Irkens have. He only really knew of two other Irkens who have this feature, and that's Zim and the new Irken General. This feature is rare, and even then, the few who have them don't use them when around the other Irkens.
Purple shook his head.
It must be a coincidence.
But the timeline is just so....perfect!
Tallest Miyuki did design, and have the Massive built.
Purple clicked on the next video.
Tallest Miyuki was talking to the camera about how she wants the new era of Invaders to be smarter, but was interrupted when a short, purple Vortian fell from the ceiling vent in the background behind her.
The Vortian stood up and rubbed his back in pain.
He has purple skin, red eyes, and white horns on his head. He was wearing a black shirt with matching pants and a dark green belt around his waist.
Tallest Miyuki gasped and turned around.
She put the blueprint down on the table and rushed over to the Vortian.
"Are you alright?" she asked, worried.
"Yah, I'm alright" said the Vortian, looking up at her.
"What were you doing in the ceiling vent?" asked Miyuki curiously.
"Hehe...Well...you see....I was looking for my little brother, Lard Nar. He got mad and ran off. Since I helped build the Massive, I thought it would be faster to go through the vents. I figured it would be faster and will give me the upper hand in finding him, but uh....you know..." said the purple Vortian, chuckling nervously and shrugging.
"Oh! Well...it appears you have found my hidden lab. I don't let anyone come in here because I'm trying to create a new era of Irken Invaders" explained Miyuki reluctantly. She seemed hesitant to reveal her research with someone.
"Really!? WOW! That's amazing!" he exclaimed excitedly.
"You're ok with this?" she asked, a little shocked.
"Yah! Maybe I can help?" asked the Vortian.
"Hmmm...maybe. I could use some help with actually building the new PAK. I have the design all figured out, but I probably won't be able to build it all by myself, considering it's smaller and streamlined. I probably won't even be able to fit my hand into the small compartments" said Miyuki, now thinking.
"I did help build the Massive! I also know a thing or two about building weapons as well. I'd love to help!" exclaimed the Vortian, smiling.
"Very well. I'll give you a room nearby, then you can get into the lab through a secret passage you'll be able to open up" said Miyuki, smiling.
The Vortian smiled and nodded.
"WAIT! I STILL HAVE TO FIND MY BROTHER!" shouted the Vortian in alarm. He then jumped up onto one of the machines nearby, using it to jump back up into the vent.
The recording ended.
Purple recognized that Vortian!
That was Prisoner-777!
He was currently being held on Moo-Ping 10, the prison planet. Zim had paid to have him be transferred there, along with a couple of other prisoners.
Purple then remembered that Lard Nar was the leader of The Resisty.
He then turned on the next recording.
With Skoodge
Invader Skoodge was thinking of a plan to escape.
He heard two guards coming.
He quickly finished with the little device he had created.
He had built it by taking some of the tools from his PAK, such as the hand-held communicators and scanner pads.
He snapped the final piece into place and turned it on.
Hearing the voices coming closer, he started sweating nervously as he input the coordinates into the device.
The small teleportation pad he had created with some of the tools from his PAK was small, and only good for one trip, so he had to think.
He wouldn't be able to get far with it, considering he didn't know if it would even get him too far.
He settled on setting the coordinates for the surface of Irk.
He clicked a few buttons on the small device and pushed the small green button.
A couple of beams of electricity came shooting out of the small device, circling him.
Skoodge gasped as he disappeared in a flash of blue light just as the Irken Guards rounded the corner in time to witness him disappear, leaving them to scramble around and panicking.
In the middle of a semi-bussy street up on the surface of Irk, Skoodge appeared, startling the Irkens who were near or walking by.
Skoodge wobbled a bit on his feet, feeling like he was gonna faint from the sudden teleportation.
He shook it off and regained his balance before looking down at the small device.
It was sparking and smoking bad.
Skoodge looked up and spotted a teleportation hub that would take him up to the outer ring that had been built around Irk.
Skoodge tossed the broken device to the ground and ran over to the teleportation hub.
He quickly input the coordinates of his ship, which he had parked near the outer ring like the other Irkens did.
"HEY! THERE HE IS!" shouted one of the guards.
Skoodge, frightened, turned and saw a group of guards, two of which witnessed him use the device, running as fast as they could to catch him.
Skoodge quickly turned back and pushed the enter key.
A beam of blue light surrounded him, teleporting him to the outer ring just in time.
Skoodge found himself teleported into his ship, which was indeed still parked where he left it.
Skoodge started it up and input the coordinates for Earth.
He was pushed back into his seat when he activated the emergency hyper beam that allowed Irken Ships to travel faster than the speed of light.
He had to get to Earth before the Massive so he could warn Zim.
He hadn't been on Earth since he and Zim saved Invader Tenn from Meekrob. After that, Zim had disappeared, vanished into thin air.
He hadn't heard from his friend in a long time, and when he heard Zim was still alive, he was happy.
But then he heard what Tallest Red was planning, he had to warn him.
Invader Skoodge only hoped he would make it on time.
Only he didn't know he was already too late.

Bloody Hell
Alan Maxwell has one exceptional talent. He can read peoples body language and micro expressions so well that, in many cases it's not hard for him to fake being psychic. With enemies on all sides, and friends that will as soon kill each other as his enemies, Alan will have to put his skills to the test in the ultimate game of cat and mouse. ===I came up with this story in response to a question. I once asked someone why there weren't really any Yandere harems. I realize that the answer to that is 'everyone dies' but thats boring so... here we are. A story I came up with explicitly as an excuse to create a harem entirely out of obsessive psychopathic axe murderers. Or in other words - "What happens to Bond girls when they disappear?"As a warning, there are sex scenes. Its tagged. I'll leave an authors note at the top of any chapter that has them if you'd prefer to skip it.

I hope any and all of you who read this fiction enjoy reading it just as much as I enjoy writing it, and please feel free to comment - I recognice that this will need work and will have things like typos - please feel free to point out any obvious things I forget about or miss out, as well as any typos. Also, feel free to lob suggestions my way if you have any - while I may not use them, they could very well inspire me in some way or another and help me improve this fiction, even if just by a little bit.
