The sun was very bright as it peered through the blinds onto the eyelids of Jeffery Just like any normal person, he was pissed, as the blinds have space for sunlight to pass through even if it is closed.
He twisted and turned on the bed that is enough is to fit two people trying to find a spot where the sun does not reach. Unfortunately for him, the window was in the exact position that would allow the sunlight to cover the whole bed.
He goes through this same struggle everyday, just that during the week days he is fighting his alarm clock instead of the sunlight, to give him 5 more minutes, of rest.Just to have his hopes crushed by the same loud ringing a few seconds later.
Though he was very pissed every morning, weather week days or weekend he still enjoyed waking up, due to the fact, that he would get go on novelupdates to get the new chapters of his favorite novels.
He enjoyed reading xianxia the most, just because, there is something that just draws him in when reading about a mortal becoming and immortal and dominating over his peers. He also enjoyed slice of life typed stories about immortal cultivators living among the modern world.
Just like any normal person though, he had some novels that he likes to just "moon walk" away from. The way he identifies such novels is through the tags. Here are some examples.
If he sees, "Gender Bender", he immediately, goes back, same thing for "yaoi", and "female protagonist". Lately hes also been avoiding "Shounan Ai" , which he did not know about in the beginning and found out the hard way when he was reading a novel about the time travel to the past of a handsome protagonist.

Like any straight 17 years old male , he was expecting the handsome protagonist to go and conquer the beauties of the past and become a complete bad ass at it.While he did get his wish of the protagonist being a bad-ass, the protagonist also fell in love with a man that he met while hunting.
Thus, he went back to the novel page to see if there was any "Yaoi" tag, but there wasn't, he proceeded to scroll down to the comment section and rant about how he was tricked and how he wants his money back, even though he was just like another other leech reading for free.
When someone saw his comment, they replied to it and explained that "Shounan AI" was another name for "Yaoi" thus he decided to avoid that tag too and vowed to never be tricked again.

As the expedition travels south around Cape Horn into the Pacific Ocean, the crew finds the monster after a long search and then attack it, but the ship is damaged with the three main protagonists thrown into the water. Two Existentialists | S.R.
"How many existentialists does it take to screw a lightbulb?" Spencer asked with a small laugh. Once again the room was silent. You faintly heard Agent Rossi mutter, "Don't.""2. One to change the light bulb and one to observe how it symbolizes an incandescent beacon of subjectivity in a netherworld of cosmic nothingness," he said. The room was silent still, until you laughed. His eyes looked up at yours in confusion. "Wouldn't they sit in the dark and hope that the bulb decided to light again? An existentialist would never change the bulb. He would allow the darkness to exist," you questioned.-#1 #spencerreid#1 #mgg#1 emilyprentiss
