Chapter 5: Information

Riley sits on his bed with nothing to do, bored somehow even though he is living in what many could say is the perfect world. Riley sits and thinks about how he got here and why. He contemplates him every decision up to this point not knowing what to do next and then..

"Hey Bracelet" he shouts. the bracelet starts to glow signifying that it's turning on.

{yes}

"Can you explain to me what this world is about? What makes it different?" He asks to the robotic voice

{this world is 5x bigger than Earth and has the same countries as Earth but an extra one called Learion, that is where you are right now and the Dexton Academy is located near the center of the Earth with a protective bubble around it keeping it safe from the core's heat. The academy can only 3000 students per year. That is all I can give you} the robotic voice explains

"huh I can't believe I didn't read the whole book. this whole this would have been way easier to process" he says

"We'll I should train my body first since I need to become stronger to get into the next level in the academy," he says to himself

"is there a calendar around here?"

{yes, right here} the robotic voice says while showing Riley a calendar that has nothing planned on it

"this kid really had nothing to do" he says smugly

His vision suddenly becomes blurry. He gets up from the bed scratching his eyes thinking something is wrong.

Riley continues to panic as he starts to see clearly again but something is strange. He is staring at his wall but he doesn't see the wall he sees the other side of that wall.

"how do I stop myself from looking through stuff!" he says panicked

{I will teach you now close your eyes and keep it close for a little longer}

"How is this helping me?" he asks

{you eyelids are the only thing you cannot see through, now hold it and then open} the robotic voice explains

Riley opens and sees the wall as normal

{congratulations, you learned 'how to control your x-ray vision 101'. should I launch some confetti for your achievement?}

"um no" Riley replies
