"Sir, do you want Jean to fight with the new star? It costs a lot of money," the host asked his boss.
He didn't expect his boss to contact him again.
"He's been playing for nine games already; someone has to stop him; he's starting to get arrogant."
"Alright, I see," said the host hastily.
After the call ended, he quickly picked up his speaker:
"To thank all the guests for the support, our arena temporarily adjusted the appearance and decided to bring in star Jean."
"OUIIIIIII" The audience cried out in excitement; John was the symbol of this arena. He had never lost.
Its popularity was so great that its appearance increased the price of tickets by 200,000 Berry.
"Jean: the hero of the arena, he has not lost any match, he has 199 victories to his credit, and holds the record," cried the host with all his might, "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN .... THE SUPERSTAR JEANS."
"JEAN! JEAN! JEAN"
"Jean marries me!"
"I love you Jean #nohomo"
"me #homo"
"Huh? What did you say?" said a spectator looking at the one who said he was gay.
"Sorry?"
..
The audience was so excited that many even stood up and clapped their hands.
The door opened, and Jean, who had received the manager's instructions, went to the arena.
His height was only 2 meters; compared to other gladiators, he looked much less fierce.
However, in this world, strength had nothing to do with the individual's appearance (Luffy pre-elipse looks harmless).
"Boy, well done, but I'm going to have to stop your ascent, too bad the boss of this Colosseum doesn't like your arrogance," said Jean, smiling.
'Another arrogant guy ...' thought Joz.
'Why do all the gladiators in this arena have oversized egos?'

Joz transformed his whole body except his head into a diamond and was fighting (boxing guard).
[Ding! the quest 'Chi ni ueta has been activated, reward: random]
[Chi ni ueta: in less than an hour, you must kill as many people as possible, the more you kill, the more generous the rewards]
Joz had a smile straight away after reading the mission.
He looked at the world around him with greed and bloodlust.
He would finally release all the accumulated anger.
Joz wasted no second and rushed over to Jean.
As the hero of the Colosseum, Jean had a lot of experience and reacted directly.
Both individuals had decided to strike their fists at the same time.
Contrary to what he thought, Jean's arm had not directly broken like the other gladiators.
Jean had seen that he had resisted and immediately recovered the arrogance of his rank, he doubted deep down: 'can I resist diamonds?'
But if he had managed to resist, it was just because Joz was not in control of his fruit well. Joz could have focused his diamond right in his fist for more damage but preferred to spread the diamond evenly on his body.
However, the next moment, Jean counter-attacked but did no damage to Joz. The resistance of this one was much too high. His face suddenly darkened. If he couldn't do damage to Joz, he was bound to end up losing.
Joz let himself get hit, and he knew very few people in the world could damage him, so he only focused on attacking.
He wasn't so stupid that he didn't realize that they would do more damage if he concentrated his diamond in his fists. It's just that he wasn't sure of Jean's strength. He (Jean) might be arrogant, and he was nonetheless a seasoned fighter.

Before Jean even reacted, Joz slapped his face. Jean felt like a mountain hit him.
"NOON" cried Jean.
BOOOOOM
Jean's head burst like a watermelon. There were pieces of brains, blood, eye flesh, etc ... on the floor.
[Ding! The kettō mission is complete. You have received the skill 'Boost' and ten system points]
[Boost: A skill that can improve the damage of the intended attack by 10 to 30%. By breaking this card, you learn the skill]
The reward for this quest was exciting.
Unlike potions, skill cards are only visible to Joz unless he wishes to show them.
Joz smashed the skill card, and light pierced his forehead into his brain. With this, an influx of information about this skill came.
With this skill, he will become even stronger.

Grey [HIATUS]
I was originally fueled by anger and disdain to write this and looking back, most of what I wrote for this story was unplanned and a bit trashy. I kinda stopped having ideas for this, so I stopped in the end. If you're looking at this right now, you probably shouldn't read this because it's only 12 crappy chapters in and yeah... Sorry to the people who might've liked this. (Maybe one day I'll continue this, but for now, I have other plans) Grey, a prince, is unsure about what to do when he starts running away from an enemy beast tamer. He's unsure on what to do now that his father, the king, is dead. In the forest alone, he'll discover a small companion and a rogue. Together will they figure a way to take back Grey's kingdom? Or will they just die in vain? Let's be honest here, most of you probably like the fox aspect of the story the most. (BTW the cover design is made by me. Terrible, I know) I'm kind of done with writing bs descriptions that I might change in the future, plus I'm not very good with being thoughtful with quotes and stuff like that. I just write what pops into my mind, which is usually stupid things. So the description may or may not be accurate so I've changed it to being very vague.
