Spider Physiology: Jacob Davis has gained the proportionate abilities of a spider after being bitten by a spider which had been genetically modified with a Proto Oz formula and Cross-Species DNA integration,

Superhuman Strength: Jacob possesses superhuman strength, making him capable of lifting at least 15 tons at his current age. His physical strength also extends into his legs, enabling him to be able to jump to a height of several stories in a single bound. He has to pull his punches and kicks, otherwise, his blows would prove fatal to a normal human. Like Peter Parker of Earth-616, in times of great duress, he sometimes displays far greater feats of strength.

Superhuman Speed: Jacob possesses the proportionate speed of an enhanced spider; therefore, he can run and move at speeds that are beyond the physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Spider-Man's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him. At his peak, Spider-Man can physically exert himself for at least 12 hours before the build-up of fatigue toxins in his blood begins to impair him.

Superhuman Durability: Jacobs' body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is also more resistant to impact forces than most humans. He can withstand great impacts, such as being thrown through a brick wall, that would severely injure or kill a normal human.

Enhanced Immune System: Due to his accelerated metabolism, and Electrogensis Scarlet Spider has a higher tolerance for diseases than normal humans, and he can recover from the effects of dangerous illnesses quite easily. His resistance and recovery time to toxins and diseases make him practically incapable of being poisoned. Scarlet Spider's unique physiology even allowed him high tolerences for Alcohol, making him unable to get drunk.

Superhuman Agility: Jacobs' agility, balance, flexibility, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of an Olympic-level gymnast.

Superhuman Equilibrium: Jacob possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.

Superhuman Reflexes: Scarlet Spider's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about 100 times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack.

Wall-Crawling: Jacob can cling to any surface using just his fingertips and feet. The extent to how much pressure he can stick to walls is thus far unknown, except that he can be handle of easily lifting his own weight.

Spider-Sense: When danger is present, Jacob feels a buzzing sensation in his head as a sort of early warning system, allowing him to react accordingly. His spider-sense offers him near complete awareness of his surroundings, and in conjunction with his reflexes, allows him to instinctively dodge or counter nearly all attacks. His spider-sense seems to be greatly enhanced compared to that of Peter Parker or Miles Morales yet more accurate, and acute compared to thoes of Cindy Moon earth-616. without the drawbacks

Organic Webbing Generation: Jacob has the ability to organically produce his own webbing from glands within his forearms, possibly limited by his body's health and nutrition. These organic webs have many of the same properties as Spider-Man's artificial webbing but can also be woven into clothing. He releases her organic webbing through his wrists.

Venom Blasts: Jacob is able to generate and manipulate a form of bioelectricity that his body produces and can utilize the energy for multiple purposes through a special organ in his body that developed through the alchemical transformation by being bitten by a spider. Jacob has learned to discharge the energy from his hands in controlled bursts of what he copies the name of "Venom Blasts" from Miles Moralles of Earth-1610. These energy projections vary in power and can affect the nervous system in humans and destroy technology. Depending on the intensity of the Venom Blast, some opponents have been simply dazed, where others have been completely incapacitated.

Spider-Camouflage: Jacob, including his clothing, can blend into his surroundings, allowing him to sneak up on his enemies or, in some cases, flee from them. The resulting effect closely resembles that of invisibility.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Jacob is able to regenerate his injuries at a much faster rate than normal humans can. This was first displayed when his first villain fight it took only a couple of hours sleep to completely heal from a rib fracture.

High Adaptability: Jacob, due to his wishes by a cosmic entity, His body is highly capable of accepting modifications, and can adapt/augment themselves through experimenting/experiencing various stimuli (environments, dangers, concepts, etc.).

Immortality (allegedly): Norman Osborn believed immortality to be a side effect of the Oz formula, because Jacobs' body was altered by the Oz formula, he could also have such a power in theory.

Abilities:

Gifted Intellect: Jacob Davis possesses a natural talent for science, and the Arts standing out as a top student in high school. In addition, Jacob's IQ scores were off the charts. Being at the range of 200+

Expert knowledge in Electric Engineering: With his knowledge and expertise in mechanics, robotics and engineering Jacob has been able to use his amazing intellect and resources at his home to create many inventions such as L.I.N.K.

Master Acrobat: Thanks to his great strength and phenomenal equilibrium, Parker is an excellent athlete, excelling in all gymnastic fields and being able to perform every acrobatic stunt ever performed, including others that can never be performed by even an Olympic acrobat.
