We walked out of our dorm to the common area. I found the guys from last night sitting casually there. From the expressions of their faces, they are talking about something serious. As soon as they saw us coming they got silent. Ariana's hold on my hand tightened.

"Eva I forget!! they can smell that I'm pregnant" Ariana whispered.

I raised a brow at her but we didn't stoped walking.

Proving Ariana right, Vladimir made a act of sniffing in the air and blows a whistle "Is one of you pregnant!!!" he said.

Everyone is wearing a shocked expression, but Jacob is glaring daggers at my stomach. I was confused why he cares even if I'm pregnant because bruh, he is the one who don't want me. I was pulled out of my thoughts when Ariana's hand was ripped out of mine.

I saw that Trey had taken her hand and now is dragging her away, I instantly tried to follow when Jacob blocked my path.

I narrow my eyes at him " Move away. She does not want to talk to him" I said to him indicating towards Ariana's horrified look as she was dragged outside of the common area.

"They are mates. you might have a grave wish to interfere between mates" Jacob said looking bored as ever.

I met his gaze sternly, our eyes played a thug of war for a while. eventually I huffed my defeat "But she was going to drop and pick me for my first day" I told him.

Vladimir who was quietly watching everything until now suddenly volunteered "Eva let me take her place instead. I'm well known here and can show you around after your classes" He said with a smirk.

I nodded with a smile "why not!!" i said which earned me a glare from Jacob.

"Vladimir, don't sweat yourself. I'll take her" Jacob said still glaring at me.

Vladimir just smirked. he waved at me before he too left the common area.

I was watching his back when suddenly I was pushed on the sofa. my back hits the front of the sofa a little hard. my eyes widen when he bent infront of me caging me between his arms again.

"Are you fucking crazy for God's sake, why are you so weird like that. every time pushing me or caging me. can't you talk like a normal person for once??" I rambled off but he was keenly looking at my face like he didn't heard a word of what I said.

"You should remember five things from now on. first don't look at another man. second you'll do as I say. third mind your language. forth don't let anyone else other than me touch this body of yours. And last but not least. You'll be getting punished for breaking any of these rules." He said threateningly but at the same time seductively.

I faked a laugh . "And why do you think I'll follow any of your rule??" I said to him sarcastically

"Because you are my mate. I own you. your body. your mind and your soul." He said with a smirk before taking my hand and leading me out of the common area.

While I was speechless again.

We walked in silence until we reached a large room.

it's filled with rows of chairs like a lecture hall. guess it's going to be my first class of the day. ugh.

I stood there for while until I spot a empty seat besides a Russian blonde. I was about to strode off to her when I felt something smacked my butt. I yelped in surprise. everyone started stairing at me.

looking at Jacob's smirk, I instantly knew it was him who smacked my ass. "what the hell was that??" I whisper yelled at him.

"Just a reminder that you need to follow your rules" he said loud enough for everyo ne to hear. smirking like an asshole he is.

God!!! This man. my face flushed red as I walked to my intended seat. When I was seated then only he walked off. I heaved a sigh.

"He never acted like this before" A sweet voice said. I looked up to find that Russian blonde smiling at me. when I saw her from afar I thought for a second that she is cute. but from this close, she is breathtakingly beautiful. She have red eyes which glows on her white skin. she have the same pointed ears like Ariana it's just that her ears are pointed on the upper end. she have red pouty lips. she might be in her early twenties. Even if she is beautiful what caught my attention was not her prettiness. it was the pierced two wounds of her neck that had my attention.

"Hey what happened to your neck??' I asked without thinking.

She stared at me for a moment before she realized what I'm talking about. "Don't you know? this is my mating mark" sh said with a shinning smile.

"Your mating mark? Who is your mate?" I asked outta curiosity.

"Umm well nice to meet you too. I'm Darren. and Vladimir jactov is my mate" She said sarcastically in a joking way. She smiled at me as if she finds me amusing.

"Nice to meet you Darren. I'm Eva and oh~~~ Vladimir??? like the shifter Vladimir? the one who looks like a model from magazines??"Eva asked with wide eyes.

Darren just laughed while nodding at her "Yeah the sexy hawk is my mate." Darren said.

Just at that moment, The lecturer came into the class and everyone got quite as if the man's presence alone is intimidating enough to make them behave.

"Hello everyone, As I can see some of you are newbies so I shall introduce myself. I'm Philips Ham. I'll be your Para history teacher for this semester." He said seriously.

Everyone was quite only a single hand raised from the crowd it was a petite brunette. "Mr. Ham, What kind of para are you??'' She asked.

Mr. Ham smiled as if it was a nice question. "What's your name miss?" He asked instead of answering.

"Nora Maclin" The petite brunette answered.

Mr. Ham smiled again. "Miss Maclin, I see that this is your first year as well!! hmm We, Teachers incourage species mingling together so much Miss Nora. But These students are dead set on keeping inside thier race. Even if this academy is the safest place of this world, Still fights inside the academy is not unheard of. So I advise you Miss Nora that if you want to survive here. You should never ask around without knowing who is your race and who is not. But Don't worry we'll also be learning bout how to recognize each species in this class" He explained with a smirk "And as for your question's answer, I'm a wizard" He added.

Everyone around me gasped. like he have said something very awful. What an asshole. how can he scare everyone like that.

I gulped down when I see everyone for the rest of the class didn't make a single noice.
