"Yes, it's time finally let's go," said Arne and started walking outside

"Yes lets go" agreed Freyre, Aidan, and Geir and followed Arne right behind

The moment they stepped out all of them heard a loud announcement and they realized that the evaluation ceremony had already started

They panicked , and looked at each other, and quickly ran to get to the ceremony.

All of them made it to the venue, breathing heavily and trying to ask what did they miss.

They saw Mr. Boran and their classmates and quickly went up to them.

"Sorry sir we're a little late, did we miss anything?" asked Aidan

"No don't worry it's only the introduction but for the people that couldn't meet the evaluators and getting to know about the event, come quickly take a seat" replied Mr. Boran

All of them had a calmed down look on their face

"pufffffff, we got here in time, wait look there" said Freyre in a amazed tone with his wide opened eyes

"So like we just explained how the evaluation works ,We'll show a demonstration of what we mean

Mr. Edith here is a wood magician which is a magic obtained by having the elements of earth and water Mr. Edith if you will

"It's my pleasure

Good morning ladies and gentlemen, it's an honour to have you all here,

I am Mr. Edith and a wood magician. See, magic is all about creativity and imagination, Hey you white haired guy from the second row tell me anything that pops into your mind when you think of magic." Questioned Mr Edith

"A Spear sir" replied Geir

"A spear, okay good choice , please join us here" requested Mr Edith

Geir had an embarrassed look on his face, and he looked at his friends who were embarrassed too, who were whispering "Why him out of everyone here" in an abash tone

Geir walked up to Mr Edith with a shivering walk and seeing everyone around as they laid their eyes on him.

"What's your name boy" asked Mr Edith

"Geir" replied Geir with a anxious look on his face

"Geir is a pretty name, so Geir tell me about the spear that you thought about" continued Mr Edith

As Geir was always fascinated by the idea of a spear he took a deep breath and started explaining his idea of a spear

Mr Edith was conjuring up a spear based on his idea behind his back

"Boy you have strong imagination but let's try to bring your idea into reality and he hands over the spear to Geir, is this something like your idea of a spear"

Geir had his jaw dropped and his eyes wide opened as he held the spear into his hands, he showed the spear to the audience as he tightened his grip on it.

Followed by a round of applause

With a cheery look on his face he went back to his seat.

"So that's what I aimed to show you young kids. Imagination is a powerful thing, Learn to control it and you'll become a master in your element in no time

Now it's time for your mana evaluation

Come here one by one and we'll help you check your mana affinity" announced Mr Edith

Younglings started coming in as the mana evaluation progressed until they noticed Yalgreck was the next,

As he went into the rune tomb, the evaluator asked him not to panic and just continue doing what he is about to do. And the evaluator injected some mana into him and made him feel the flow of mana. And Yalgreck quickly caught up to it and succeeded in first try. The Earth rune shined the brightest that time. And he was evaluated as an earth affinity magician.

The evaluation proceeded

Arne was registered as an air affinity magician,

Aidan as a fire affinity magician, and

Geir was registered as an earth and summoning magician

It was time for Freyre for his evaluation but someone pushed him aside and went on forward

"HEY! What are you doing it's my turn" said Freyre

"..." the kid in the black robes stayed silent

"It's ok let him go first Freyre" said Aidan

"Argh and here I was getting excited about my affinity" continued Freyre

"It's alright dumbass, your turn is next" taunted Arne

The kid in the black robes went in the Rune Tomb and evaluator injected some mana into him, and he could do the flow as well

None of rune shined bright

All the kids looked at him with confusion

But the evaluators were shocked as they saw what really happened

They told the black robed kid about his Element or "Elements". And he stepped aside

Now it was time for Freyre

Finally my turn, said Freyre in a jolly and nervous tone, as he stepped onto the rune tomb he saw that the black robed guy disappeared "What a weirdo" He added

As the evaluator injected some mana into him, he failed to circulate the mana in two attempts. But at the third attempt he succeeded and the runes of water and ancient started glowing up. And he was deemed as an ancient water magician.

Until a third rune started to glow fadely. It glowed faded and the light perished in a moment but it was evident that he had the magic abilities for the Rune Element.

Nobody noticed the spark in the Third Rune

The evaluations kept on going until the dusk and the evaluator sent someone to look for the black robed kid

And He announced that we've noted elements for every one of you

Tomorrow the magic academies will start recruiting so participate in the examination for the academy you want to go in

Now all of you can go home and rest, try to circulate and awaken the mana inside you in your free time, your free to stay in your lounges and can ask anybody for help in the Daigon Kingdom

Everybody started to go home,
