*Ava's POV*
Three days later
This cannot be happening. I refuse to believe this.
"Ava?" I heard Justin call me. Oh God. What am I going to tell Justin? How will he react to this?
"Babe are you okay?" He asked me as he walked into the room.
"Yeah.I'm fine." I said quickly. Justin looked at me and raised his eyebrows. He knows I'm lying.
"Are you sure?" He asked me.
"Yeah I'm positive." I smiled. He smiled and kissed my cheek.
"I'm going to go do a soundcheck. Love you." He said as he walked out of the room.
"Love you to." I smiled. He then left and I pulled out my phone and called Nancy.
"Hey Ava!" Nancy answered.
"Nancy I have something to tell you." I sighed.
"Does Justin need a ass kicking?" She asked me.
"No." I said.
"Then what is it?" She asked.
"Swear to God you won't tell Jimmy or anyone else." I said.
"I swear to God. What is it Ava?" She said. I could tell she was nervous.
"I think I'm pregnant." I said.
"Oh my God." Nancy Said slowly.
"I know! I don't know what to do Nancy!" I said.
"Why do you think you're pregnant?" She asked me.
"Lately I've been having morning sickness." I said.
"When was the last time you and Justin had sex?" She asked me.
"The night of my mom and Jamie's wedding." I answered.
"Did you two use protection?" She asked me.
"No." I slowly answered.
"Ava!" Nancy gasped.
"I'm sorry! Everything just happened so fast." I sighed.
"Have you taken a test yet?" She asked me.
"No." I said.
"Well go buy one. Take it and then call me back with the results." She said.
"Okay." I said. We then said goodbye and hung up. I put on my coat, my hat and my sunglasses. I couldn't risk someone recognizing me.
After I got the test I went back to Justin and I's hotel suite and went into the bathroom and took the test. The box said it would take five minutes to get the results. I got out my phone and called Nancy.
"Are you pregnant?" She asked me.
"I don't know yet. I just took the test. It takes five minutes." I sighed.
"This is so nerve racking." She said.
"What do you think Justin will do if I am pregnant?" I asked her.

"He'll be so excited." She said.
"He will?" I asked.
"Yes! He's always wanted kids." She said.
"But we've only been together for like a month." I sighed.
"You'll make it work. He loves you more than anything in this world Ava." She said. I smiled at the thought of Justin and I having a child.
"Alright Nancy it's been five minutes." I sighed.
"Go check it." She said. I took a deep breath and looked at the test. Oh my God.
"Ava what's it say?" Nancy asked me. I held the test in my hand and stared at it.
"I'm pregnant." I gasped.
"Oh my God!" Nancy gasped.
"I'm pregnant." I smiled. I put the test down and put my hand on my stomach. My baby is inside me. Justin and I are having a child.
"How am I going to tell Justin?" I asked her.
"Just tell him. He'll be happy I promise." She said. I then heard someone come into our hotel suite.
"Ava!" I heard Justin call.
"Nancy he's here I have to go." I whispered. I then hung up the phone. I walked out of the bathroom and saw him.
"Hey baby. Are you feeling better?" He smiled.
"Yeah." I smiled. He walked over to me and kissed me.
"Justin I need to tell you something." I said.
"What is it?" He asked me.
"You might want to sit down." I said. He sat down on our bed with a worried look on his face. I sat next to him.
"What's wrong Ava? You're scaring me." He said.
"I'm pregnant." I said quickly.
"You're what?" He gasped.
"I'm pregnant." I said. He looked at me in shock. I don't think he knows how to respond.
"Are you okay?" I asked him. He looked at me and smiled.
"You're pregnant!" He smiled. He jumped off of the bed and cheered.
"You're pregnant!" He cheered.
"I'm pregnant!" I smiled.
"This is crazy." He smiled.
"I know." I smiled.
"I've always known you and I would be together forever." He smiled. I got off of the bed and stood by him. He got on his knees and touched my stomach with his hands.
"Hey kid I'm your daddy. You are going to have the best life ever. I promise. Your mommy and I already love you so much." He smiled. He then kissed my stomach softly and stood back up.

"I love you." He smiled before kissing me. After we kissed I smiled.
"I love you too." I smiled.
"So now we just have to tell our parents." He said.
"Oh God." I said.
"What? You know they'll be happy." He said.
"Justin we've only been together for a month." I said.
"But I feel like I've known you my whole life." He smiled.
"So do I." I smiled.
"If they aren't happy then to bad because either way we are going to be parents to a amazing baby boy." He smiled.
"A boy? It could be a girl to." I smiled.
"Well I think it's going to be a boy." He smiled.
"We'll just have to see when she is born." I smiled.
"I guess so." He smiled.
"So when should we tell them?" I asked him.
"After we get you checked out by a doctor." He said.
"Justin I don't feel comfortable going to a doctor in a different country." I said.
"We'll ask my wardrobe person's wife Janie for her doctor that travels with her. She's six months pregnant." He said.
"Okay." I smiled.
"I can't believe we're going to have a baby." He smiled. I've never seen him smile so much.
"You're going to be a amazing dad." I smiled.
"And you're going to be a amazing mom." He smiled.
The next day we went to Janie's doctor. The doctor confirmed that I am pregnant. After seeing th doctor we went to our hotel room so we could skype my parents and his parents to tell them the news.
"Let's do your parents first." Justin said. I nodded and we skyped them.
"Hey Ava! Hey Justin!" Mom smiled when she answered.
"Hi mom! How's your honeymoon?" I smiled.
"Amazing!" She smiled. Jamie then appeared on the screen.
"Hey you two!" He smiled.
"Hey Jamie!" We both smiled.
"So Ava and I have something to tell you." Justin said.
"I'm pregnant." I said. Mom and Jamie both were so shocked.
"Please say something." I said.
"Wow." Mom said.
"How long have you two been together?" Jamie asked us.
"A month." Justin answered. Jamie then sighed.
"Please be happy for us." I said.
"Honey we are. We are just a little shocked." Mom said.
"Can I be the baby's grandpa?" Jamie smiled. Justin and I laughed and nodded.
"Of course Jamie." I smiled. Jamie smiled and thanked us.
"Are you two okay with this?" Justin asked.
"Yes." Mom smiled.
"If you are happy we're happy." Jamie smiled.
"Thanks." I smiled.
"Well we have to tell my parents so we'll talk to you guys later." Justin smiled.
"We love you guys! Bye!" I smiled.
"Bye!" Mom and Jamie smiled. We then hung up the Skype and Justin had to make sure his parents were all together. They were so we skyped them.
"Hey guys!" Justin smiled.
"Hey!" The parents smiled. We then told them that we had something to tell them.
"You aren't pregnant are you?" Lynn asked. Justin and I looked at eachother and back at the computer.
"Ding ding ding we have a winner!" Justin smiled. The parents all looked so shocked.
"Well we wish you would've waited till you were together for a longer time, but if you're happy we're happy." Randall smiled.
"Thanks guys." Justin smiled.
"We already told my mom and Jamie." I smiled. We all then said our goodbyes and hung up.
"Nancy already knows but I told her not to tell Jimmy." I said.
"You told Nancy before me?" Justin asked.
"I was scared Justin. I didn't know what to do." I said.
"Why were you scared?" He asked me.
"I didn't know how you would react." I said.
"What do you mean?" He asked me.
"I didn't know if you would be happy or not." I said.
"Of course I would be happy. I'm so happy! I can't wait for us to raise this child that we created together." Justin smiled. He then cupped my face and slowly kissed me.
"I love you so much." He smiled.
"I love you more." I smiled.
"Let's Skype Jimmy and Nancy." He said. We then skyped them and told them the news.
"You're pregnant!" Jimmy smiled.
"Yes!" I laughed.
"Nancy and I call dibs on Godparents!" He smiled. Justin and I laughed at him. He's so excited. We then said goodbye and hung up.
" Our child is going to have a crazy family." I smiled.
"But at least our family will love them as much as we do." He smiled.
"I can't wait to meet our baby." I smiled.
"Neither can I." He smiled. We then kissed and laid in bed together.

Cybernetic Dragon
Idea Seven, or Inter Dimensional Explorer Automaton Unit-7, has had a bit of an accident. Hijacking the egg of a dragon rather than its intended target of a bird egg, it isn't fully in control of its host brain. Rather the two, dragon and cybernetic AI interface, must work together to survive in a hostile world of magic, dungeons, beasts and adventurers. The AI must deal with being a machine from a world of science trying to carry out its mission of exploration, while the dragon, Rex, must deal with being a cyborg living with symbiotic nanotech that sets him apart from other dragons. What adventures await them? Author Note: I tagged this story GameLit because it contains concepts like levels, classes, and dungeon/beast cores. But, it isn't tagged LitRPG because no one has status screens, other than occasionally Idea Seven who likes to organize data into blue boxes. It isn't a natural function of the world to display level ups or skill ups with an announcer voice. I mention this to set expectations, because otherwise I feel like LitRPG fans might be disappointed by my lack of LitRPG elements while others might be turned off thinking I have a lot of LitRPG elements. I think that if you approach the story with an open mind you will appreciate the gradual way in which the main character learns and expands his understanding of how the world works, but the game mechanics aren't meant to take center stage to the actual story.

Artifice: Iysinfyr
Nalulthyn is the young daughter of a duke that is one day asked for a favor. This favor involves the adopted daughter of the duke from a neighboring area. This girl has had a traumatic past and has closed herself off from the world completely and reacts violently when touched by anyone but her personal maid. The duke hopes that a girl close to the age of his adoptive daughter will be what she needs to recover, but things are never as easy as they seem. First is that this adopted daughter is a Terran, a rare being from a different world that has skin and hair as white as snow and an almost alien build. Second is that there is a power to this girl, one that makes her recovery all the more dangerous to Nalulthyn and perhaps beyond. Author's note: This is a soft reboot of Artifice: Tools of the Gods. As I wrote the other story years ago I felt it would be better to do this approach as my writing has changed and improved since then. For now only two characters will return though I might reintroduce others later in the story. Even though this has the gore tag, I don't plan on being excessive with it. Most chapters shouldn't have any. The only reason I have it is to be realistic with the descriptions.

Voidsong (A NaNoWriMo 2018 winner)
Synopsys: The Empire thought humanity died, and forgot all about it. The Empire is mistaken. A Note From the Author: This story was written as a National Novel Writing Month 2018 entrant. As such, its entire 50,000+ word length was written between November 1, 2018 and November 31, 2018. Overall, I would consider this no more than a polished draft. In that vein, the chapters have no names, only numbers. Special thanks to Chronus on youtube for answering my questions on NATO radio procedures! My Apologies to the Finnish Language, which I have abused in (probably) unforgivable ways to create Twisted Empire names. If anyone is interested, break the names up by commas and toss them into your favorite translation program (I used Google Translate, and tried to avoid umlauts and other accents) for some semi bilingual boni. If I got something wrong (and I know I did… somewhere…) let me know over on reddit and I will see what I can do to fix the mistake. Lyrics, where included, are cited in footnotes.
