《Eris, the Alpha of silence.》Chapter 1

She prided herself in controlling her temper, she's gotten used over the years to covering her aura, trying to avoid the unavoidable.
She was a monster.
I can only guess you all know those stories your parents used to tell you when you were misbehaving, about the monsters that will eat you if you're bad, those stories that used to haunt you as a child and make you think twice about certain actions.
She was all that and so much more. Her actions would put Hades the god of the underworld to shame.
She was always the odd one out but not necessarily in a bad way, she used to be compassionate, merciful, understanding, sympathetic..all the good things you could think of in a person.
In spite of being able to take down full grown Alpha males at a tender age, she never exerted her power, she hid it well, not wanting to bring harm upon anyone, yet here she was now, well known across the supernatural world because of her gruesome actions.
Known as being ruthless, bloodthirsty, vengeful and full of hatred. Yet still a strong and powerful leader. Harsh but fair on her pack members, truthful to them and brutally honest to everyone around her.
Everyone knew of her, of her doings, of her power yet no one has ever seen her and those who did, didn't live to tell the story so no one actually believed, everyone thought of it as just another myth.
Another legend.
Another prophecy.
An in the story people told their children she was a he and they all called him "The silent warrior" and that name belonged and was defined by the fact that no one has ever heard him speak, nor did they hear him come close to them, nor when he went for the kill, hell they didn't even see him come or go because of how diligent and fast he was.

She never wanted to be this way, never thought of being seen like the villain, she used to be full of life, she wanted to make a change in the world, a good one, seeing all the things people call her now despite them thinking of someone else while saying them was unnerving, to them it was a myth, to her, it was her reality.
She couldn't say she's ever regretted doing any of the things she's done. They were all decisions she has had to make. After all what could she do, destroying the place she was kept in, at the time felt like an accomplishment, it still does because it helps her stay sane, knowing that place was gone and no one would go through all the things she's went through yet the casualties and the life of the innocent people who had died together with the place haunt her to this day.
Feeling herself come back to reality she remembered about the meeting she was in, it wasn't like it was an important thing so the fact that she zoned out wasn't such a big deal because she already knew everything they were talking about.
She decided to assess the Alphas sitting around her out of boredom, she already knew that most of them were not worthy of their titles yet the disinterest was slowly creeping out of her and all around her and she wasn't necessarily sure what to do about it because once it reaches the Alphas, all attention would dawn on her and she couldn't be bothered with that. So to keep herself occupied she decided to listen in on what they were saying.
And to say the least, she was bemused by their antics, at this point most of them were gloating about their riches and their status and most important, their place in the food chain.

They were proud creatures which was understandable given their status but this meetings purpose was to settle some problems between two of the Alphas present.
Deciding she's listened enough she made a silent hand gesture towards her Beta, telling him that they are leaving.
The Beta on the other hand knew of his alphas disinterest and wondered why she decided to stay for such a long time despite her not needing to listen to all these things yet he knew he couldn't cross boundaries and question her so he decided to stay quite while following her out of the room, the only exchanged words were a valediction to the Alphas in the room by the Beta as a custom.
