*stands up*
Shane.
Blakk tossed a red cylinder to John Bull. He stared at the ghouk as it snarled. He threw the ghoul shell back to Blakk.
*leans forward* *holds out the ghoul*
Blakk tossed the ghoul shell to John Bull again and left. The finals started.
The crowd cheered loudly. Pronto, Trixie and Kord found an empty spot and stood there to watch the match.
Eli fired an Arachnet and John Bull fired a Hop Rock, which defeated Eli's Arachnet and headed for him. Eli jumped aside as the Hop Rock blasted a huge rock. The crowd gasped.
John Bull shot another Hop Rock, which missed Eli on the ground. Eli kneeled on one knee and fired a Hop Rock as well. John Bull dodged and fired again. Eli climbed a rock and jumped off to dodge. He then fired a Polero, which tied John Bull's legs and tripped him, causing him to release the trigger of his blaster and fire at the cavern ceiling. The crowd cheered for Eli and John Bull stood up, firing a Rammstone. Eli jumped over the Rammstone and shot Joules, who shocked John Bull. He fell to the ground and Eli used his Rammstone to punch John Bull backwards, against the wall.
John Bull looked over at Blakk, who nodded discreetly. He stared hesitantly at the ghoul on his belt, whose looks scared the Rammstone slug beside it. The ghoul screeched when John Bull took him off the belt. Eli took Burpy, who was exhilarated, off his shoulder.
*aims*
Eli fired Burpy and John Bull fired the Tempesto ghoul. They collided and created a flame tornado. Burpy changed back into a slug and flew back to Eli, who had fallen from the the force of the tornado. The crowd gasped when the Tempesto dropped back down on the ground as a ghoul. Eli grunted in pain.

*crowd sighs*
*snorts*
The ghoul snarled and hopped back to him.
John Bull's slugs were intimidated by the ghoul and hopped out of the shells and away.
Blakk smiled slyly and turned to leave the cavern. Pronto, Trixie and Kord looked at each other nervously.

Though it's a standard novel with Reincarnation and Cultivation 'The Inheritor' is not a HAREM and it'll have Romance. The action might take the back seat in the first part of the book. About the Author This is my first novel or any attempt to write something so I'm pretty much a newbie trying to pen down the fantasies rolling in my mind. English isn't my First language so brace yourself for some grammatic potholes. But I'm genuinely working on improving my English but it won't be happening overnight as it's a process, I guess. (for the time being, I'm trying to make it readable with some Grammar checking software) Moreover, I wish to improve my writing skills as the story grows and readers help in spotting mistakes or critics might turn it into a reality.
