her.He was full of rage, roaring at the crowd with no remorse. She knew that the Hulk overtook Bruce, but something was different about him now. She had wondered why he was absent to the team's last mission, but thought nothing of it as Thor was absent as well.
Loki leaned over to Alex inconspicuously. "We have to get off this planet,"
"Agreed." Her mouth barely moved.
"Yes!" Thor roared in triumph.
"Hey!" He then yelled to no one in particular. "We know each other--he's a friend from work."
Now, Alex and Loki looked at each other with eyes widened. There goes their cover.
"Where have you been?" Thor tried speaking to the monstrous form of his team member. "Everybody thought you were dead. So much has happened since I last saw you--I lost my hammer. Like, yesterday, so that's pretty fresh--Loki! Alex! Can you believe it?"
Alex shielded her face awkwardly while Loki tried sipping his drink nonchalantly.
The crowd began to chant for the Hulk, rendering Alex insanely confused. He basked in it, which was incredibly unusual for Bruce. He was obviously well known by these people, which led her to wonder how long he'd been here for.
"Banner. Hey, Banner!" Thor tried to get Bruce's attention, which was masked by the Hulk.
Alex then realized quickly that Bruce was not going to respond.
"No Banner! Only Hulk!" He charged at Thor.
Thor dodged the first few attacks by his team member, but then was thrown back by his force. He slowed down his fall but burying his dagger in the ground, then unsheathing two swords.
"No way this ends well," Alex bit her fingernails nervously.
They commenced in a vicious battle against each other. The Hulk slammed down his weapon onto Thor, who barely dodged it. Thor swung at the Hulk, but all of his shots were blocked.
"Here we go," The Grandmaster took a seat next to Alex and Loki on the plush white couch.
Thor was thrown into the arena wall, where underneath the cement were buried weapons. He took out a hammer, swinging at the Hulk and sending him flying like a baseball. The Hulk laid on the ground, out of breath, as Thor walked over to him slowly.
"What?" The Grandmaster looked in disbelief.
Loki reached down to squeeze Alex's hand, who was now visibly nervous.
"Hey big guy," Thor spoke softly to the Hulk. "Sun's getting real low."
"Jesus Christ," Alex buried her head in her hand.
The Hulk took off his helmet, a scowl visible on his face. As Thor held out his hand carefully, the Hulk mirrored his actions, causing confusion all around the stadium.
"I won't hurt you anymore," Thor assured.
Then, all of the sudden, Thor was dragged up into the air by his feet and slammed into the ground multiple times. Alex cringed at the obvious pain Thor was in, and the crowds' cheers erupted once again.
Loki jumped out of his seat, screaming, "Yes! That's how it feels!"
Alex patted his back awkwardly. "Alright, tiger."

Thor is thrown to the other side of the arena, and the Hulk charged at him once again. They whipped their weapons at each other, blows delivered left and right. The crowd 'ooh'ed and 'ah'ed as they could hear the cracking of bones.
Thor was almost able to deliver a final swing, but the Hulk caught his weapon mid-swing. He threw Thor back, running over to bash his head in with his gigantic fists. Thor was beaten senseless by the Hulk, his head turning from side to side as every blow was delivered.
Then, suddenly, Thor's eyes and hands intensely glowed with white lightning. He lifted his hand up, and the Hulk was thrown into the air. The crowd was astonished as their Champion was knocked to the ground. Thor looked down at his sizzling hands, and ran toward the Hulk.
"Holy fucking shit," Alex breathed.
They met in a thunderous collision, as the crowd began to chant for Thor. The Hulk was not giving in, and was standing up once again from being knocked down. Thor walked menacingly toward his opponent, then suddenly fell over.
Alex glanced over to see the Grandmaster pressing a button on his little remote, controlling Thor's obedience device.
The fight was now over, and the crowd cheered. The Hulk then soared up into the air, to land right on Thor.
"What a show, huh?" The Grandmaster changed his demeanor from concerned to unbothered.
"That was quite entertaining," Alex smiled. "Hey, Grandmaster, is there any way I can talk to the Champion?"
"She's a huge fan," Loki added.
"Of course," He grinned. "His room is third floor, all the way down. Champion's suite."
"Thank you, Grandmaster."
"You lovers run along,"
Alex took Loki's hand, pulling him out of the lounge.
"I'm assuming we're going to go talk about this instead of what we were previously going to do." Loki sighed.
"You betcha."
Once in their room, safe from any prying eyes or ears, Alex turned to Loki.
"I'll go talk to Bruce. He's deep in there somewhere, and I'm sure I'll be able to get him out. I have no clue where Thor is being kept, so we'll play that by ear."
"I've got a plan." Loki simply said.
"Oh, no. No, no, no, no--I was hoping you were going to say you'll stay here and wait for me to return with information from Bruce."
"I will not sit idly by while you have all the fun." He grinned. "I will convince the Grandmaster that I will fetch Thor for him, yes, and once I find the idiot, we will all escape."
"I'm shocked you want to bring Thor with us."
"He is my brother, don't be ridiculous."
She rolled her eyes as far back as they could go. "Promise you'll be careful,"
"Says the one quite literally going into the monster's den."
"He's not a monster. He's Bruce. He's like a part-time monster. But, not willingly. Also, he doesn't get paid to be a monster, either. Wait, do we get paid to be an Avenger? Never mind--I'm going to see Bruce."

Loki was watching her ramble with amused eyes. He planted a kiss on her lips before she went to walk out of their room.
"I'll see you tonight, yeah?"
He nodded, shooing her away. She quickly walked down the hallway to the elevator, stepping in with some citizens. She pressed the '3' button, ignoring the curious looks when she did so. Once she stepped out of the elevator, she understood why. There weren't rooms, just a long, red and white hallway. It led all the way down to a large room with no door.
She was relieved to see that Thor was in the room too, talking to the Hulk, who seemed quite calm.
"Thor, thank God," She breathed. "I thought you had been hurt--and I love the hair."
He scowled. She looked to the Hulk, who was sitting in his make-shift hot tub.
"Hey," She said softly.
"Alex." Was all the big guy said, in his booming voice.
Tears almost formed in her eyes at her lost friend. "Bruce, y-you recognize me?"
"No Bruce!" He growled, hitting the water.
"Sorry, sorry, Hulk," She took a step back in temporary fear. "How did you get here?"
"Was just asking him that." Thor looked impatient.
"Winning." Hulk replied.
Alex looked out the window, where crafts flew throughout the air. There were many wormholes that opened up in the sky, no doubt how the Hulk ended up in this world.
"You mean by cheating?" Thor pointed to his obedience disk. "Were they wearing one of these when you won? How'd you arrive here?"
"Quinjet." Hulk mimed a plane landing in the water.
Alex and Thor exchanged a look. "Where is the Quinjet now?"
Hulk said nothing, but simply stood up and walked out of his hot tub. He was wearing quite literally nothing, and both Alex and Thor turned away when he submerged.
"That's naked. He's very naked. It's in my brain now."
"That's going to cost so much therapy." Alex whispered.
Hulk walked over to the window, pointing. "Quinjet."
Thor and Alex turned to see the familiar Avenger-labeled Quinjet in a massive junkyard.
"Yes! I'm getting us out of here. This is a terrible, awful place. You're gonna love Asgard. It's big. Golden. Shiny."
Alex looked at Thor with a questioning glance, who just shrugged.
"Hulk stay."
"You can't stay here," Alex tried.
"My people need me--we must prevent Ragnarok."
"Ragnarok?" Hulk asked, eating a whole pumpkin while sitting on his bed, now dressed.
"If you help me get back to Asgard, I can help you get back to Earth."
"Earth hate Hulk."
"Earth loves Hulk," Alex spoke to him, inching closer. "They love you. You're one of the Avengers, one of our friends. This is what friends do, they support each other."
"You're Banner's friend."
"I'm not Banner's friend," Thor chimed in. "I prefer you."
Alex rolled her eyes.
"Banner's friend." Hulk reiterated.
"Whatever. I am going to find Loki." Thor went to leave the room, but was zapped as he tried to exit the room.
While the Hulk thought this was hilarious, Alex just buried her head in her hands. The giant geared up, picking up a large weapon in his hands.
"Hulk trains." He said to the pair as he walked out of the room. At the door waiting was a young woman, eyeing both Thor and Alex.
"Hey, big guy," She greeted him.
"Angry girl," He responded, then the pair were gone.
"Thor, what are--Thor?" Alex spoke to the Avenger, who was staring out of the window.
"Heimdall, I know you can see me," He muttered.
"Oh, good Lord." She threw her hands up.
She sat there, waiting for Thor to come to from his vision. Once he did, he looked incredibly startled.
"You guys have to teach me how to like, see into other dimensions and shit. I'm immortal, shouldn't I be able to--"
"Clark, shut up. I need you to tell Loki that Heimdall is alive, and keeping Asgardians hidden from Hela."
"Okay. I'll be back, don't worry," She spoke, giving Thor's shoulder a squeeze when he sat down.

When Loki finally returned to Alex that evening, he wasted no time in climbing into bed with her. She laid her head on his chest, the sound of his slow heartbeat giving her serenity.
"Loki," She finally said.
"Yes, my love?"
"I'm scared," She said. "I'm scared we'll never leave this planet,"
"We will. We always have a way out," He replied, softly running his fingers through her long hair.
"Will you finally tell me what you mean by that?"
He chuckled, his slender fingers going to her neck, picking up the shining gem that rested on it.
"This, darling, is more powerful than you could ever imagine. It can do many things, but the most important thing in this situation is that you can use it to teleport,"
"No way," She sat up, looking down at the glistening rock. "And you gave this to me?"
"You're quite capable of holding onto it. It's important to me, you could say, and so are you. So, I am trusting you to keep it safe," He replied.
"I love you," Was all she said. "So much,"
His lips slid into a smile, which was rare. Loki was one for smirks and mischievous grins, but getting him to genuinely smile was a tough feat.
He pulled her onto him, his lips begging to be touched. She dipped her head down, slowly kissing his neck. Loki exhaled softly, gripping her waist with his large hands. Her hands found his hair, tugging on it to appease his desire.
Exhaustion fell over the two, so they went back to their previous position. He kissed the top of her forehead, which never failed to make Alex's stomach ignite with butterflies.
"Goodnight, my love." He whispered.
"Tomorrow, we'll get the fuck out of here."

Realm || A Game Of Thrones Fanfiction
'I think deep down inside, everyone likes to see themselves sitting on the Iron Throne. Some just refuse to listen to their desire for power. Others give in to it. And others let other people do the hard work for them. But no matter who you are or have become, no matter what your heart desires or how much power you would like to gain; we will all burn if we don't stand strong together.' || This is a Game of Thrones fanfiction. The story takes place somewhere at the start of season 7. This fanfiction does not follow the entire plot of the new season. Some characters are not where they should be according to the actual story. I do not own Game of Thrones, nor the characters. I do own Anthea Lannister and some other characters.||
