《The Tale of a RunAway (Peterpan x reader)》Time on the Jolly Roger

I walked in with my hands constrained behind my back. Hook sat behind a desk in a huge chair. The whole place was a mess. Empty liqueur bottles scattered the floor along with paper, inkwells ect."Don't be afraid, take a seat" hook said while looking down at something. Two chairs sat infront of the desk so i walked to one and smee pulled it out so i could sit down.
Hook looked up from a map and different sheets of aged paper. "Welcome to The Jolly Roger my dear" he started. "You'll be staying here for a whil-" i shook my head at him. "No?" he stared at me like i just gravely offended him. "It's not like you have a say in this" he huffed. I would have gave him a certain sign with my hand if i could have.He contuied to speak "Do you know why you are here?" he said and tried to make eye contact, I didn't let him. I shook my head again and only stared out the huge window that sat behind him.
"You my dear are going to be bait so i can finally get my hands on that BLASTED PETER PAN!". This for some reason startled me and i flinched backward. I decided to try and play dumb. I make a muffled "tsk" sound and shrugged my shoulders. "You don't think he'll come?" hook said raising an eyebrow. I shake my head and he soon chuckles, "I've been watching you two all day". Creep.
"He'll be here" he said with an evil grin.
He stroked his chin as he thought. "But the real question is" he said said and looked over at me. I could hear smee messing with what sounded like a chest. "What to do with you until he gets here". I speak muffled words at him and he only shakes his head. He stood up and walks toward me.

I stood up as well and backed away from him. I saw smee eyeing a bottle before looking over at hook. I tripped on a stack of books and fell backwards.I fell on my butt crunching my forearm and wrists between the wall. A bruise bloomed along that area and hook stood above me.
The bandana had loosend from the movement and i shouted "GET AWAY FROM ME". He only chuckled and swiped his hook. It didn't tear skin but it tore a hole in my shirt and he lifted me up off the ground. "Watch your tone. I'm the captin of this ship!!".
I saw smee noding in the back ground and i rolled my eyes. He dropped me and grumbled "How did a girl like you get into neverland so easily" it didn't seem like he wanted me to answer as he walked back to his desk. Before i could speak he spoke to smee "Mister Smee, throw her in the cellar". Smee walked over and grabbed hold of the rope and pulled me toward the door. Before i left the office i looked over toward hook and said "Get the young Lad Mister Smee" in a deep mocking voice. Smee stopped to chuckle and Hook looked at me in recognition.
"You're the Lad who stowed away!" he seemed ticked off with these suprises today. He made a tsk sound and tapped his hook on the desk. "Runway does suit you well." "You won't like what we do to run aways on my ship". I gulped and mister smee nervously tugged me out of the room.
"Now you've go-ne and do-ne it" smee said and pulled me along the deck. The pirates on the boat all stared for a moment as smee dragged me along. Many of them played with knives and sung about leaving this island. Strange. I was shoved down the stairs and toward the end of the ship. A cell was seat up there and smee opened the door.

"You've caused en-ough troubl-e" he said "get-t along". I entered the cell and he shut it. "Can you please untie me?". He shook his head and stammered "Captins orders". With that he had walked off.
I was left alone to ponder on what to do. The sway of the boat was probably the only good thing about this cell. Despite low window this corner of the boat was awful. The floor was a rough wood and gave my legs splinters when ever i tried to sit down. A thing of hay layed off to the side but it was so infested with bugs and rats it was not worth the time of day. A bucket that smelt so bad sat in another corner and i didnt go near it. I knew what it was for.
It didn't help at all when mister smee came back hours later with a tray of what was spossed to be food. "Dinner is served" he said and slide it in.I clear my throat as he turns to leave. He looks back at me and i turn around showing my restriction. "Come over to the bars and i'll untie them for now". Smee was a man of his word amd untied my hands.
It was a huge relief to move them again. My arms had huge brusies from the rope amd hitting the wall and throbbed like all hell. "Now eat up" smee said and walked off. I stare down at the "food" and curl my nose. The rats in the corner looked like a better meal. Deciding i was not gonna kill my body with this i began to throw chunks into the water for the fish. If they even wanted to eat that slop.
I herd ticking and the thrash of water as i tossed more food in. The window was to small to for me but big enough for my head to poke through. I toss another chunk out and decide against looking out. I neared the end of my supply of food and the ticking contuied.
There was a splash of water and a growl and i saw the head of a crocodile prop it self on the window ceil. I flinched back as it stared at me through the window. It snapped its teeth at the last bits of food and i tossed it to it. They ate and seemed to be happy with that. They flashed their teeth at me and slide back into the water.
The ticking sound fades but stopped near the side. I could still hear the tick tock and then loud yells and things being knocked over. I guess the crew wasn't to found of the crocodile.
Smee kept his word and had retied my hands behind my back.
As I watched him leave I felt the cool breeze of the night flurry through the window. I walk over with my hands behind my back and sigh. I could see the island from here. The night sky danced with the rim of the trees and the fading rainbows.
My home was in sight but not in grasp. This sucked and I began to think of ways to try and escape. I look back over at the iron bars and door that keep me from my freedom.
My determination increased as I longed to be back with the boys. I began to kick at the bars. Hoping that it would achieve something. All it got was loud thuds and groaning threats from sleeping pirates.
I sigh in lose and weariness knowing it was pointless. I slide down onto my knees and curl up against the wall.
Closing my eyes I listen to the ocean as it rushed along.
Soon I fall asleep knowing tomorrow would either make or break my chances of hope.

Elaine is ripped from this world to Pallos, a land of unlimited possibilities made real by a grand System governing classes, skills, and magic. An ideal society? What is this, a fantasy novel? Hey! Beneath the Dragoneye Moons is my first writing effort, so please be kind, but don’t hesitate to point out the flaws. The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

Techno-Heretic
Eli is an ancient man sentenced to death for the crime of surpassing the sacred number of 32.8, which is the allowed percentage of increased mental ability from the use of AI chips. As he journeys through death and into a world of fantasy and magic, he finds himself approaching never before seen heights of magical power and ability. Powers that will shape the world and would see him go down in legends for generations ever after. But just because someone acquires magical abilities, that doesn't mean magic is suddenly the most important thing in their life. Some people aren't looking to be all-powerful gods, have the world bow at their feet, or spend their days obsessing over accumulating ever more power. Some people just want acceptance, stability, and the warmth of their loved ones to drive away the cold loneliness of the night. And in a world where magic is the bedrock of society, where magic is what determines who is preferred for siring children, where people with high magical ability are destined to live in great luxury and those without magic simply live to make due, this difference in values and perspective could not have a starker contrast. As Eli and the people around him navigate the misconceptions and deceptions of this world, he will represent a great and magnificent future for the human race. One where humanity will stand above the elves, dwarves, orcs, fairies, and all the horrors of the world. Sadly, men's tools are as fallible as the people who make them, and in a society where the potential of an individual is determined solely through their magical level, this seed of promise may yet turn venomous. The Many Blades of Wuxia
Hundreds of years after the Heretic wars ended, life has returned to its blissful ignorant state that only peace could bring. Whilst the never-ending war between Man, Beast and Mutant rages on, most are not even aware of a war that happened between men. Its prophecies shattered, their remnants surviving only in obscure bard tales. One is about to grow. On the cracked face of the world, Essence storms and Beast Waves keep the citizenry locked atop the Emperor city of Qaelang. Knowledge of the past is as rare as the metals that flow into the hands of Sacred Artists and at the root of it all are whispers of a malignant force, ancient and terrible. Holding humanity back from achieving greatness, but hiding too are secrets best left untouched. Balance, discipline and order have held Qaelang secure since time immemorial, the powers within claiming to adhere to them. None are more fearful of change than the ones with the most to lose, but change is coming. Blade of Wuxia is a long character-focused epic fantasy with progression and growth. It's about a boy's quest to become powerful enough to save those he cares most for and give them a better life. It's set in a world of hidden pasts and uncovering them will set him on a path that shakes the Empire. As this is a rewrite that took on a wildly different spin, reviews are most welcome and help me do better. What can the reader expect? A Wuxia society set in a High fantasy world. People are only doing what they know and may have mistaken beliefs. A clever resourceful protagonist with human flaws A far-reaching hidden fantasy world, rich in history. Multiple points of view are used to follow the story to its natural conclusions, not every NPC has all the answers, but there is one MC in this book. Progression will take time and sometimes even unknowingly. MC is not trained in the ways and knowledge must be tempered against experimentation. Release Schedule. 2 chapters a week, family and work permitting. Only if I'm happy with the chapter will I release it. That being said I am open to revision should an articulated critical response show merit. This story is not completed yet but I do have a general idea of what the end looks like for both MC's (yes both) Ultimately feedback will be most influential on the progression of release as it's you guys I'm looking to entertain. Expected Changes None really, I'm writing as I go and have a path planned for 6 books Chapter release rate might change if we take off and feedback starts flowing, but for now, it is just about making sure Arcs flow smoothly onto the next. Cover, yes absolutely! If there is enough interest I will open a Patreon account and use the first proceeds to commission an EPIC cover and hopefully a few scary artworks of our brave Cultivators and the foes they face.
