" It feels like it was just yesterday when this lavender dawn greeted my hazel eyes ; those marsh mellow clouds were forever so innocent , in contrast to the audacious ink that spilled form my veins onto those pale parchments .Yes , it just feels like yesterday when my hands lingered on the keyboard ; forever uncertain what the fate of my words would be but that uncertainty was as ephemeral as those fluttering dandelions on a tempest. The tremble in my heart didn't remain when my vision was graced with you. "

The poems that I had kept hidden underneath my pillow found their way to your hands. The fear of them being not awe-striking kept me up at nights but then the screens flashed with your wholesome words telling me that all those sleepless nights and crumpled pages were a beauty ; a beauty you made me realize existed ; and for this epiphany I owe you ; for this serendipity I love you.

• AU REVOIR •

"Days passed in a blur ; weeks melted into months ; I stood here watching when the numerals changed from December 01 , 2020 to February 26 , 2021. Twenty six poems that I etched across this canvas on Twenty six different days knitted together by Twenty six English alphabets. It still feels like a dream to have these pieces read by you but I am ever so thankful that you accompanied me in this journey down wallowing winters ; through scarlet fires ; wearing sapphire jewels and dancing to a piano's blues. I am ever so grateful that you stuck with me till the very last ; I am so very grateful that made me proud of my heart. This day of February marks the end of this journey ; end of this and maybe from another sky the start of a new one."
