You cried softly,

tears running down your little cheeks as you climbed onto his lap without warning,

wrapping your arms around his shoulders

and burying your head into his chest.

"What's wrong with my little bunny hm?"

He pried your hands away from him to

get a good look at your face,

searching your eyes.

"I was playing my favourite video game and this person was so mean to me online and..."

You sniffled,

before continuing.

"And then they said that I sucked and

that I shouldn't be playing and-"

He told you firmly.

"It's just a stupid game huh?

I told ya not to go on the internet if you

can't handle it baby"

"But you can only play the mini games online"

You breathed out.

"Why are people so mean daddy?"

He wasn't the one you should have been asking,

his intense blue eyes staring back at you

as he thought of something to say.

"I don't know doll.

It's just the way things are hm?"

He ran his hand over your forehead,

smoothing your hair down.

"I don't want to play anymore"

You mumbled into his chest,

clinging onto him for comfort.

An irritated sigh leaving his mouth,

he sucked his teeth in annoyance.

"Why don't ya go find something else

to do sweetheart?

Daddys a little busy right now"

You refused.

He muttered under his breath sarcastically,

running a hand through his hair

as you sulked.
