《My Parents are Gay》Cupid's Arrow

Narrator's POV
It was a beautiful Monday morning, and Peter was up early. He wanted to walk to school today. He had made himself some bagged cereal to eat on the way and taken some mint gum to freshen his breath after. He left Tony and Stephen a note on the counter, telling them he'd gone out early.
A smile spread from ear to ear on Peter's face. The sun was rising up, it was warm and beautiful. He had a pair of headphones on his ears, playing some retro inspiring music. Nothing could ruin this morning. So empowered, he felt like nothing could stop-
"Hiya Spidey-"
"Wah!" Peter jumped up and did a spin kick, knocking whoever had surprised him down to the ground. "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry. Are you-oh wait. Never mind." He said, noticing it was only Wade. He kept walking. "Come on Spidey sense. What's wrong with you?" He asked himself.
"Hot." Wade said, still on the ground rubbing his cheek. "Hey wait up!" He got up and ran over to Peter.
"What do you want Wade?" Peter asked.
"Wow, no "good morning"? No "how are you"?" Wade asked. "No "I love you?"" He whispered into Peter's ear.
Rolling his eyes, Peter shot some web fluid into the air; attaching it to the closet building near by. He took off into the air.
"Oh okay! I'll see you at school then!" Wade shouted from the ground.

"Hey Stephen where's the mi-" Tony looked up from the fridge and turned around, spotting what he was looking for sitting on the counter. "Of course." He went over to the counter and picked up the jug of milk sitting on it. "How am I suppose to have my morning coffee when this kid leaves the milk out to spoil?" He asked turning around to face Stephen who was sipping on some tea as he levitated and red a book of his.
"Tea?" Stephen asked.
"You mean hippie juice? No thanks." Tony pretended to gag. "Can't you turn back the time to where the milk isn't spoiled with your "Eye of Avocado"?" Asked Tony mockingly.
"Nope." Stephen said with a popping p.
"Hm." Tony groaned and turned his back to Stephen. "I bet a real wizard would be able to pull some fresh milk out of his hat." Tony mumbled.

"That's a magician." Stephen said, still sipping his tea and reading. "And no he couldn't. There wouldn't be enough space in the compartment in his hat for a whole jug of milk."
"Stephen shut up!" Tony threw an apple at Stephen. Stephen, knowing that was coming, opened a portal; transporting the apple to hit Tony in the back of the head. "You little..." Tony growled. He grabbed the whole fruit bowl and threw it, only to have that mess hit him right back. Stephen gave a small chuckle. "Excuse me?" Tony looked at Stephen with a little offended expression.
"Hm?" Stephen looked up innocently. His eyes landed on Tony. "What?" He asked, trying his best to hold back a smile.
"You're an asshole." Tony pointed at Stephen.
Stephen closed his book. "Did you just point at me?"
Tony looked at his finger, then back up Stephen. "Yes. I. Did." He said. Stephen floated right over to him. Their faces inches apart. Tony stood up straight, holding his ground. He was ready for any sort of come back from Stephen.
"You're cute when you want attention." He smiled and kissed Tony's nose. Tony eased his stance. "I'll take you to a coffee shop, how about that?"
"That sounds great." Tony said, pulling himself back a little. "But dress like a normal person. You'll attract too much attention." Stephen laughed.
"Alright alright." He set his feet on the ground now.

"Hey Peter!" There was a voice in the crowd of students in the hallway that popped out accompanied by a hand, which Peter wanted to avoid at all costs.
"Come on Ned. Let's go faster." Peter grabbed his friend's arm and pulled him as he walked faster, trying to avoid the owner of the voice.
"Peter!" The voice came again.
"I think someone is trying to call you Pete." Ned said, looking back at the crowd.
"I didn't hear anything." Peter responded, literally almost dragging Ned as he was almost running away from the voice now.
"Peter!"
Ned stopped. "Someone's definitely calling you." He said, still looking back at the crowd. Peter kept pulling at Ned's arm.
"No Ned. Now let's go-"
"Oh, hey Wade." Ned said. Peter stopped.

"Wait, you know Wade?" He asked.
"Hey Ned." Wade suddenly appeared out of the crowd.
"Yeah. We have Cyber Security fifth period. We sit next to each other." Ned explained.
Wade looked down at Peter. "Hey Peter."
"Wade." Peter answered back.
"How do you know Wade?" Ned looked at Peter.
"It's a long story." Wade laughed, winking at Peter.
"One I wish didn't happen." Peter rolled his eyes.
"Oh yes you do." Wade approached Peter. "You're glad you met me." He poked Peter's nose.
Peter slapped his hand away. "Uh, you wish." Peter furrowed his eyebrows and shot a glare at Wade, who had a smile on his face. Their eyes making a connection.
Ned stared at them. He looked at Wade, then a Peter, then at Wade, then at Pater... He placed a hand under his chin and concentrated, hard. Then it clicked. "Oooooooh." Bingo. "I get it now."
Both, Wade and Peter, looked at him. "Hm?"
The minute bell rung. All three of them looked around. The halls were mostly empty, with a few students here and there.
"Better get to class Peter." Wade looked at Peter. "You wouldn't want Daddy getting all upset because you got a detention for your fifth tardy." He winked at Peter.
"Shut up." Peter looked away, a slight tint of red stained his cheeks.
Wade smirked and looked at Ned. "See you in fifth period Ned." He said and walked away.
The school day dragged by, until it was over. Peter was off with Ned to play video games over at his house. He hadn't seen Wade after their little discussion in the hallway, thank goodness for that.
"So how did you actually meet Wade?" Asked Ned as he focused on the tv screen with his hands working on a controller.
Peter was sitting on the floor, doing the exact same. "He tried shooting me on top of the Empire State Building after I had finished fighting Sand Man." He said clicking away at his controller.
"Seems like something Wade would do." Ned laughed, not believing a word Peter had said.
It was quiet between the two, and all that was heard was clicking from the remotes.
"I think he likes you." Ned spoke.
"I'm sorry, what?" Peter looked up at Ned. There was a loud crash sound.
"Peter! We could've gotten that medicine box." Ned whined as they had both been eliminated in their game. He looked at Peter, who was still waiting for an answer. "Sorry, what?"
"Wade." Peter said.
"Oh yeah." Ned said, looking back at the screen and clicking at the controller again; getting ready to start a new game. "Everyone knows Wade is gay." He looked at Peter, who was puzzled. "You didn't?"
"No." Peter said, surprised.
"Man, you really need to pay attention to what goes around school." Ned laughed. "But yeah, he's gay. And I think he might have an eye for you Peter."
"Okay, but I've definitely seen him going on and about with girls. Making goo-goo eyes at them and flirting." Peter said. Ned looked at him, his mouth fell open. "What?" Peter asked.
"You like him too."
"No I don't." Peter denied. Ned shot him a "really?" stare. "W-Well I'm not... I mean, I just... I still haven't quite..." He wasn't against it. His guardians were...ya know, gay. He didn't have anything against Stephen and Tony. He's known that they were a thing for as long as he could remember, but at the same time he wasn't sure how to feel about it either. He didn't like to talk about the subject very much.
"It's okay Peter, I'm your best friend. You can tell me anything, ya know SpiderMan." He put a hand on his friend's shoulder and gave him a soft smile.
Peter blushed a little. "I-I don't know..." Peter rubbed the back of his neck. "He's so...." He wasn't sure how he was feeling. "...Wade." He answered.
"I know." Ned smiled and started their new game.
They began their clicking. "Thanks Ned." Peter said, being grateful that his friend was understanding in the subject that Peter wasn't comfortable talking about this at the moment.
"Don't mention it."

Monolith
If you like my work, donations are greatly appreciated! Monolith is a tale of fantasy, which quickly fades into dark fantasy. We are introduced to members of the Aerys family just before they are torn away from each other and tossed into the fray. They will need to endure and survive the many conflicts of this world at war and forge alliances with past enemies to combat the even darker threat ahead. Monolith will feature grim battles against grotesque beasts and tyrannical lesser gods. Heroes, favourites, and foes may be lost in the strife. Join Reid as he struggles to keep his small settlement safe and protects a secret from his family in the mysterious cellar. Follow Hailey on a journey into the woods to discover the magical world. Will Jon and his young cousins follow in the dark footsteps of their family or will they set out on their own path? Author's Notes: My work is often graphic and mature in nature. I only recommend it for the fans who are not faint of heart. This work will contain swears, violence and occasional sexual dialogue. With that fair warning done, I plan to constantly edit previous chapters as I go back to them, so they are all subject to change over time. Most of the events will remain the same but as I get more time to write I'd like to add details that I couldn't add while constrained for time. Thank you for taking the time to check out Monolith! Really appreciate it. Hope you enjoy it and look forward to the upcoming events!

Dauntless: Origins
Snow white hair, blue eyes, pale. Devil, monster, mutt, failure. This story follows one Tyr Faeron, crown prince, heir primus and mass murderer. A wrathful, angry, and lost young man that has made it his goal to hunt down the men that killed his mother - and he is on the cusp of finishing the promise he'd made before her cairn stones so many years ago. On the surface he is duplicitous, whimsical, and base of cunning - but within the depths beyond the many masks he wears, something is waiting. Waiting for an end, the end he'd come to long for, whether it be to himself or any possible threats in his vicinity. After that long labor of vengeance is completed... Nobody knows, not even him - an arrogant and otherwise solitary individual with nothing in the way of friends - only the brothers of the blackguard who follow him through life as he pursues this mission. He was born a prince, but he'd be called a disappointment - failing to manifest the great power that he was born to before being summarily discarded by his father, a 250 year old 'primus'. That word again... Men who can shatter mountains and level cities, that's what he was supposed to be. Some call them demi-gods, all Tyr sees is a poor excuse for a parent. Time had made him bitter, cruel, and arguably psychotic - seeing only enemies wherever he looks. They'd come for him, too, one day - to wipe the slate clean and make room for another - and it's his conviction to ensure that he dies while taking as many of those rats with him. This is a story about finding acceptance, growth, and understanding - from the point of view of a cold and brutal individual who wears many masks. Of someone who was born to be the greatest emperor the eastern continent has ever seen - but he failed in that. Strong, yes, but only in the context of a man - Tyr's magic is weak. His convictions are weak. He has been made a beast of instinct by loss and a constant confronting of his own impotency in the face of his father. A mythos that stretches across planes, of magic, a pantheon of cruel gods. Of someone who's dedicated his entire mind to the art of killing a man, and none to living a normal childhood or coming to understand friendship, empathy, or compassion. The first five years of his life a mystery, a hole none have ever been willing to fill, leaving him warped and twisted. His formative years gone and what must've been most of his humanity along with it. Now 17, he is on the cusp of leaving the city he'd never been permitted to leave for what might be the first time in his life. Always searching, though he won't know what for, for some time. An episodic that follows experience and symbolism rather than a never ending series of battles - where the conflict lay in constantly searching for wholeness in lieu of great villains or heroes. This is where it all started, the origin, the tale told a million times - and yet it hadn't been, 'reality' is tricky like that. The greatest lie ever told by the tongue that speaks is that any of this was real at all.

Will was a normal guy in his mid twenties, living in small town America. He was relatively aimless. Then he got struck by lightning. Waking up reminded him why falling asleep in strange places had stopped being a pleasant adventure for the next day, years before. Then, the crazy started. Life would never be the same, but he wasn't aimless anymore. Plus, you know, super powers are cool. Warning: There will be swearing and casual conversation about subjects that might have some people clutching their pearls. There will be dirty jokes. There will not be graphic depictions of sexual activity, or harem shenanigans, as I'm making my mother read this. That would be very uncomfortable.
