"You don't think she is controlling everyone, do you?" Twilight asked. Pinkie shrugged but Fluttershy nodded.
"We can ask the villagers." Applejack said. Rainbow nodded.
"Yeah, hey, there is one now." Rainbow said, looking up. Everyone did and when they did, Thunder landed.
"Hey there newbies. Where are Sombra and (y/n)?" Thunder asked. Rainbow walked right up to his face.
"OK slick! What did (y/n) do to ya?" Rainbow yelled rudely. Thunders ears flattened.
"Could you back up, I have a marefriend and what do you mean. (y/n) has only done the best for our town. Now if you excuse me, I have to clear the clouds for my date tonight." Thunder said and flew off, dissapering into the cloudless sky.
"Well, that was helpful." Rainbow said. They started to walk, seeing Steel and Scarlet walk out of a building. They all walked over.
"Hey!" Rainbow yelled. They stopped.
"Rainbow, let me. Excuse me, can we help you?" Applejack asked. Scarlet and Steel looked at each other before looking back at them.
"Um, help us with what?" Scarlet asked.
"With what ever she has done to you and this town darling." Rarity said. Steel looked confused.
"I'm confused. You want to help our town prosper? You can talk to them about that, they are our mayors and have done everything for us. We can get them for you if you like. I am wondering why they are not with you, maybe (y/n) just isn't ready to see you guys yet and is lying down. Wait here." Steel said and he and Scarlet left.
"OK, now what?" Rainbow asked. Twilight looked around and saw Caramel in a shop. They all walked in and Caramel looked, smiling.

"Welcome to my shop. I have everything you need here. What can I get you?" Caramel asked. Fluttershy took a step forward and remove her muzzle.
"I'm very sorry to talk so much, I never do but we have to ask you a question. Is (y/n) or Sombra harming you if so..." Fluttershy said before putting back on her muzzle. Caramel looked shocked then laughed.
"Harming us? Sweetie, she and Sombra have done this town good. See these shelves, Sombra and Steel made them. See the jars up above, when I hurt my wing a week ago, (y/n) helped me stock them. They haven't done anything but make us happy." Caramel said with a smile. Fluttershy looked back and walked out, followed but everyone. Caramel looked shocked.
"Well goodbye to you too." He said before flying out of the store.
Twilight and everyone sat down, but looked and saw Fruit and Honey walking and laughing.
"Hey! You two!" Twilight called. Fruit and Honey looked before walking over.
"Hey there. How do you like the town?" Honey asked.
"Can we ask you ponies a question?" Twilight asked. Both pony smiled.
"Sure." They said together.
"What have Sombra and (y/n) done here?" Twilight asked. Fruit's smile brightened.
"A shorter list is what haven't they done! They have helped us prosper and even got us on a map. Sombra and (y/n) have helped everyone with there work also." Fruit said. Twilight sighed and Fruit looked confused.
"You mean (y/n) hasn't said you name and made you do things?" Applejack asked. Honey started to laugh.
"Are you kidding us? (y/n) does it all the time. Last week I was a pirate." Honey said laughing more. Fruit also laughed.
"And I was a lizard." Fruit said. Applejack looked shocked. Twilight stood.
"What is wrong with you? That's not funny!" Twilight yelled. Honey and Fruit stopped laughing.
"You guys are idiots! (y/n) and Sombra are evil!" Twilight yelled again. Honey and Fruit looked at each other before running away. Twilight sat back down.
"They are up to something." Applejack said. Fluttershy nodded but then a shadow was cased over the six of them.

Gamble
My name is Vak Tychus. Aside from the, regrettably striking name, there were very few things I'd judge, that made me - me. The name had to do with chance or fate. My last name was Latin, derived from the Latinized name Eutychus which was the combination of two Greek words corresponding to "good" and "luck, chance, and fortune." Now that you know why I'm so unhealthily and exceedingly prone to gambling I can begin to teach you why exactly I love it so much. There's a handful of things you'd have to know to really appreciate how to gamble. You'd be surprised at how much you can learn in two decades supposing you stuck with it your entire life. Although, there are some stark differences between betting a handful of cash and your life against monstrous creatures intent on your blood. Well, you learn a thing or two, if you can believe it. Here, in fact, we can start with the first one: Taking a risk. Try it now and start reading.

The Infinite Labyrinth
(Story complete - Book 1 "Shanghaied", 2 "Shortcuts", 3 "Secrets" and 4 "Sanctions") It is the 19th century, and war smoulders between England and France. Any hope for a quick end to Napoleon's rampage across Europe ended when the Great Gates opened in 1800. For a fortunate few, the strange world of the Infinite Labyrinth offers opportunities, strange descriptors popping in their minds, informing them of growth, and status beyond that of a mere mortal. The materials and power crystal they bring back foster a new age, both military and civilian. Aether-powered Skyships prowl the skies, as all the great nations blessed by the Gates try to turn the blessings of the Labyrinth into immediate advantages. But for Jonas, an apprentice leatherworker, his friend Ira, and so many Londoners, the fabled ones that walk the Labyrinth are distant heroes, seen from afar. They fell short when their Potential was measured, and they fill their mundane lives with distant dreams. One man wants to break the stalemate. The Tyrant of the Dominion of France, Napoleon Bonaparte, has a plan. Eighteen years after the world changed, he will force it to change again. And when civilians are caught in the fallout, the unthinkable happens. Six people, unqualified, forbidden to ever enter the Labyrinth, find themselves stranded in a distant zone, forcefully turned into Professionals. They know little of what that means, but they have to figure out the rules that are now their lot, for they have little hope to escape their predicament otherwise. They need to understand what the descriptors in their minds mean, what each of the strange piece of gear waiting in treasure chests behind terrible guardians can bring them. They have to become Professionals on their own and rejoin the Empire. They will figure out their new lives one way or another. But will there be an Empire waiting for them when the Gates re-open? Caught in a clash of empires and high tiers, they will do what little they can. They will step up and do their best. One way or another. The Infinite Labyrinth is a slice-of-life litRPG adventure set in a real historical setting. It's a hard, crunchy litrpg. Expect blue boxes everywhere, and the system itself is very mathy. It started life as a serial. I prepared some proper worldbuilding, with enough details and background for lots of different potential story arcs, but as I wrote, I realized the main story needs to have a definitive end. So, there are four books in total, for a bit under 1500 pages, plus additional side stories, and even maybe a sequel one day. The Gore tag was added as a precaution because there are a few scenes with some light gore.
