I stood on the railing of the terrace and let the cool wind brush through my blonde hair. Its already been more than a month since my birthday. Today is 10th February. Time just flies. I sighed in frustration.

I felt a presence beside me.

"Hey Leo." I greeted him.

"Hello Princess. May I ask what's the reason for your frustration?" He asked in a sing song way. I sighed again.

"Just a week more Leo. Just a week more. I need to do something quick." I said and jumped off the railing. Not towards the ground! I have no intention of doing a suicide.

"Need any help?" He asked.

"No. I already have someone in mind." I said and left.

Today is Valentine's day and its almost evening but I haven't seen my girlfriend even once the entire day.

I took a deep breath and I caught her scent. Her room. I should've guessed. I smiled just at the thought of her. Her smile, her big eyes, her long silky hair and just everything about her.

I can't believe I got someone so.....her.

I remember the night before her birthday. It took every cell of mine to control myself and not mark her until she's ready. Thank goodness I stopped or else I don't know how things could end up.

It took me five minutes to reach her room but I stood frozen in my tracks when I heard some noises which didn't sound pleasant at all. And those scents. No doubt.

I slammed the door open and came upon the most heartbreaking sight in my entre lifetime. There lay my girlfriend on the bed only in her undergarments with some guy on top of her touching her senselessly. And she was enjoying it. They continued making out as if I wasn't there at all.

"What the f**k is going on in here?!!!" My voice boomed through the entire room and maybe the entire campus but I didn't give a damn. How dare she do something like this. Why would she cheat on me?! I thought she loved me.

"Are you blind? Can't you see that we're about to have the best night of our life? And how dare you burst into my room without knocking?" She said. My eyes widened. Where did the Lucy Heartfilia I know go?

"Why are you doing this? I thought you loved me!" I yelled. I could feel our gang approaching us.

She laughed bitterly.

"Love you? Are you insane? Why the hell will I fall in love with you?" She asked smirking at me.

"Then why did you date me?" I asked. I felt my voice breaking slightly.

"To get attention. I wouldn't have done it if I won against you and became the strongest person in the academy but I lost and to get revenge I made you fall in love with me. I played it nice didn't I? I should be awarded for my drama skills. Haha." She said and laughed at her own joke. I gritted my teeth, my eyes burning in anger. I lit up my hands threw fireballs everywhere. But it had now effect.

"Sweetheart, did you forget that I have the Nullification Alice? Your Alice is useless in front of mine." She said still smirking. I finally let the tears flow down my cheek. I think I saw guilt pass through her eyes but it was gone as soon as it came.

I turned behind and came face to face with the gang. I just walked back to my room and didn't bother sparing them any glance.

Kelly, Elly, Lisa and Levy all entered the room while the guys went behind Jason.

Lucy stared at them with a bored expression.

"What?" She asked looking at her nails.

"Are you leaving or not?" Kelly asked the guy who was actually the new student who joined the academy when they were on their trip. The guy just shrugged and left the room after winking at Lucy. She smiled back.

"How could you do that Lucy?!!" Kelly yelled.

"Why do you even care?" Lucy asked.

"This is not the Lu I know." Levy said. Lisa agreed. Lucy got up from the bed and put on a top which was beside her.

"This is the real me. The one I was before was just to make you'll like me. I had so much fun making a fool of you'll and especially fooling Jason. I mean, did you look at his face! It was priceless!! I had so much fun leading him on and then breaking his heart! It made me feel strong you know? And - " She was cut off when Kelly slapped her hard.

"I can't believe this!! Forget we ever had something called a friendship between us ever!" Kelly said and left the room. Elly just followed after her giving Lucy a stink eye.

Lisa slapped Lucy on her other cheek before leaving as well. The only one that stayed behind was Levy.

"Why did you do this?" She asked.

"I already told you the reason." Lucy responded.

"No you're lying." Levy said.

"And how do you know that?"

"Because I was, I am and I will always be your best friend. I know you wouldn't do something like this. Its just not your nature." She said before leaving the room as well leaving Lucy in the darkness.

Lucy just gave a sad smile.

"And I'm alone, once again."
