"Uwaa!! Sugoi!!" exclaim Sophie with eagerness. At this, I just chuckled. Even Yusuke and Mirai seems so delightful. And Yoichi just giggles softly.
I'm not sure if he understands but... nahhh, there's no way.
Before that, I looked at Sophie and pat her slightly. "hai hai. Now don't get too overexcited ok? And this includes you Yusuke. But still, just go and have fun"
"Alright!" Sophie reply excitedly.
"Pawty. Pawty!" Mirai shout, slightly jumping, wait...
"Yusuke, take a hold of her. It seems that she was about to float... Again."
"Oh! Miraii.." Yusuke quickly holds Mirai, in attempt to not let her fly too far. I looked around and saw Sumire and Koko walked toward us. We exchange smile.
"You guys are as close as ever" Sumire note.
"Haha, well, what can I say..." I just reply.
"Oh, are you going to dance with Koko tonight Sumire..."
"Yeah well, huhu hear me out Amy-san. We can't see them anywhere here... Huhu I wanted to dance with them.."
At this, I just sweatdropped. Of course, I forgot that you are a fangirl. I shot a look at Koko, and raise my eyebrows slightly.
"Koko how about you give Sumire a chance to dance tonight"
At this, Koko just shook his head with his typical smile, saying along the line "no way, no way"
Sigh.. seriously Koko. You need to be proactive if you want Sumire... well, I doubt he truly understands his feeling now. I just looked at Sumire and say,
"Well, maybe they are tired? It's better for us to give them space for them to rest. Don't you think so Sumire?"
"I... I see! Yes absolutely. As a true fan, we must give them space too!"
Haha, good. now, please give us some space too - Yusuke says as he telepath directly to me in which I just silently snicker.

Oh boy! Yusuke has started to get annoyed. Alright enough laughing.
"Hai, hai. Oh look, Sophie already went to the dessert table. There's a lot of variety today. Yusuke, you can go now and just meet up with others. You need to engage with others too. Just leave Mirai and yoi-chan to me."
"But..."
"No but from you mister. Issokay. I'm tired anyway. I will rest under the tree there with them. If you feel tired, we can change later."
Yusuke, albeit reluctant, slowly nod as he was pulled away by his friend. I just waved goodbye to Koko and Sumire while heading towards the tree. There I just sit down and played some hands-on game with Mirai.
Hmm, they shouldn't make it compulsory for everyone to attend. I kinda pity Mirai and yoi-chan. There are too many people here anyway.
Oh well, it's good training for them to slowly emerge to the public anyway. Oh! At what letter i stop with Mirai?
And she trailed off, playing games with Mirai and occasionally with Yoi-chan.
A boy with light blond hair walked into the hall while carrying a bunny. He is alone today, as the black cat does not show up with him. He walked into the hall and observe the festivities until he saw the person he is looking for. That person is currently cooing with a baby and played around with a toddler under one of the big trees. Decided, he walked there as fast as he could while avoiding any of the fangirls. While heading there, he can't help but listen to whispers around him, all pointed out to the person he is currently heading to; something about an angel, a field of flower and invite to dance. He decided to tune out all those whispers as for some reason it makes him a bit uncomfortable. When he is near enough, he composed himself before calling out the said person's name.

"Umm...amy-san?"
"Oh? Hello Ruka-kun! What are you doing here?"
"Ohh well, may I join you?"
"Hmm? Yeah sure why not? There's space beside Mirai, c'mon and seat."
"Thank you..."
"Oh, mirai, say hi to ruka-kun."
"Hi, Ruka-nii!" Mirai says as she waves her hand.
"Aww, aren't you a smart child Mirai?"
"Yes! I am smart!" they all smiled warmly at Mirai's giggle.
"Oh, and Ruka. This is Yoichi. We called him yoi-chan"
"Oh.. so this is the rumored baby brother? We haven't seen him as neither of you bring him around.."
"Well, he is still a baby, so most of the time we left him at nursery."
"I see.."
Then, they went quiet. Not sure how to continue. Personally, Amy did not know how to talk to Ruka, as they almost never talked to each other. Amy felt that there is no reason for her to talk to Ruka, she is, after all, prefer not to engage with people that will draw attention to them. Tonight was the only exception as she did it out of politeness... Hmm, whatever.
"Umm, Amy-san, do you perhaps wanted to dance, or maybe walked around for a bit? I... can take care of them for you if you want."
"Hmm? Ah, I can't possibly trouble you with this. Rather, shouldn't you go out there and have fun?"
He just looked down and murmur something about Natsume not here, which kinda remind Amy about a scene between Ruka and Natsume, where he promised not to have fun or smile something if Natsume is going to suffer.
Darn that stupid promise. And curse this school for pushing a child that kind of burden. Great, another thing to cursed about the school for robbing a child of its childhood.
She turned to her side where he saw him showing Mirai his pet- I mean his friend rabbit. Mirai was pretty engrossed with playing the said rabbit.
"Hmm, thanks Ruka. I guess I will take you on that offer." she smiled at him.
"Sure. Just leave to me" Ruka reply shyly.
"Haha, I will come back soon. Here, carefully" she passed him yoi-chan- in which yoi-chan proceed to pull his hair. He looks so awkward with a child, but this may be good enough for him to, at least not secluded himself too much.
She took her mask, leave a kiss on both Mirai and yoi-chan, bowed slightly to Ruka, and off she goes.
