Her eyes wide open only to saw her room ceiling. She pushes herself to sit down and read the time. It's 3.30 am.

She touches her face only to affirming that her face is wet with tears. And the tears still continue to run down her face. She takes a deep breath and holds the pendant around her neck. As if the pendant act as a tranquilizer of the sort. Then, she closed her eyes again as she leans against her bedside. This has been going on for quite a while; a recurring nightmare that started ever since she met Goshima Hijiri.

Who would've thought by merely meeting one of the ESP's minios+victims enough to give her this much nightmare? Feeling tired with the upcoming events approaching is definitely not ideal. Today is Monday, marked the second week in October. Also 2 weeks since her meeting with Goshima. And the continuous nightmare started since then, wearing down her strength both mentally and physically.

She can't help but experienced again that dreadful feeling like there's some kind of endless pit of darkness sunk inside her heart every time she woke up from the nightmare. Just like a living reminder of what happened in her previous life.

She really wanted to forget it. Hence, repeatedly remind herself that, chanting it like a mantra.

The next morning, she woke up feeling much better than before. Jumping down from her bed, and quickly rush to her bathroom to freshen herself.

Faster. She needs to get ready quickly as the Alice festival week is about to start. A 2-week festival, with the first week as preparation week, and the second week open to the public - the official festival commemoration.

There will be so many things that are going to happen in this 2 week, so perfect planning is a must.

But first thing first, let's picked up both Yoi-chan and Mirai before heading to class.

"Nee-chan!!"

"Mirai~ have breakfast already?"

"Yep! Yusaku-nii helps us this morning. He already heads to class first with Yoi-chan, and I wanted to go with you"

"Aww, Mirai. Let's go now ok"

Amy then picked up Mirai's backpack and took hers too. After making sure all set, they walked to school together. Mirai, as it has been so long since they have walked together, excitedly share stories about her friends and about her role as one of the 7 dwarfs for the upcoming festival together with Yoi-chan...

"Bye-bye Mirai. I will pick you and Yoi-chan after class and bring both of you to practice, alright?"

She placed a kiss on Mirai's forehead in which she just giggles happily. Then she went into her class. Afterward, Amy walked to her class with smiles. Though, her heart thumped loudly. So loud that her ears were buzzing.

It's ok. It's alright. My family is still safe. And this is just the second arc. Everything will be alright...

Only 1 step inside, and she already being glomped by a strong, intense hug from none other than the 2 of the most affectionate person in the class - Mikan and Sophie.

"Amy-nee/Amy-san, are you ok?!" they both asked together. With their big round eyes filled with worries, she just chuckled. They probably worried due to her big eye bags.

"Pfft, of course, I'm fine. See?" she just laugh and hugged both of them back only to hear a silent mutter.

It's the substitute teacher, asking them to take a seat as he wanted to start class. Timid as always. Amy just smiles and ushered them to their seats. Though the whole class still silently throw glances to her every now and then, she just ignored. She knows that the other day incident when she fainted right before Latent class was spreading like wildfire. It's been a week since then after all, and it won't be forgotten anytime soon.

This kind of thing is an everyday thing anyway. Just a normal day... Amy throws a look outside and thought,

Ahh, and also another calm before the storm.

"Thank you so much sensei~ please take care of them"

"Hai~ oh and here are your tickets!"

"Tickets?"

"Well. Both of your younger siblings are going to perform, so I've decided to give you this ticket, and for your siblings' share too."

"Wahh! Thank you so much sensei! I was already planning of buying the ticket and asking you when it will be released, with this, I'm so happy"
