After 5 months of torture, I'm finally free from this hell hole! Today, I am getting discharged from the hospital.

I've been absent from school for quite a while.. But I hope I can catch up..

Hotaru has been giving me the homeworks. She also explains what the teacher explained at school, so I didn't get left behind.

Tomorrow I will be back to school. I can meet with Natsume again! I smiled at this thought.

"Why are you smiling weirdly?" Hotaru asked me. I laughed at her. "Nothing~" I said and walk to the exit of the hospital. I finally feel the sunlight drops to my skin!

"Your acting like an idiot. Stop" She said while getting in her brother's car.

"Subaru-nii, Thank you for taking me home.. Even though you have lots of work!" I said. "No problem Mikan. If you don't feel well, Just call me!" He said while driving us.

I looked outside the window. There were cars passing by, People walking at the side of the road, Natsume walki-- huh?

I look behind and see Natsume with someone.. I squint my eyes more but failed to see the person.

Maybe he is with Ruka..

I shrugged the thought off and started playing with my phone.

"We're here Mikan!" Subaru-nii said. I get out of the car and run to the house. I miss this house so much!!

"MIKAN!!!" My family hugged me tightly. I hugged them back tightly as well. I cried, missing the warmness.

"We miss you so much Mikan!!" Dad said. I laughed at him while sobbing a little.

"We are having dinner today! For Mikan's return!" Mom said.

The next day, I got up early and start preparing for school.

I brought my usual stuffs and go to school. I didn't tell Natsume that I am arriving today. I want to surprise him!

I giggled at the sight of him shocked.

I arrived to school, yet no one has arrived..

Where is everyone?

I walk pass the gate and party poppers were heard

"WELCOME BACK MIKAN-SAMA!!"

I gasped as students ran to me and hug me. Posters with words 'Welcome Back Our Princess!'

I cried as I hugged back all of them. I miss this school so much!

"Thank you everyone.." I smiled at them. I watched closely, Squinting a little.

"Where is Natsume?"

Everyone frozed.

Why?

"U-Um.. He hasn't come to school yet.." Anna said.

"Oh.. Okay then!" I said and thanked everyone again. After the long party, I walk to my class and sit at my seat.

"Mikan.. You should sit next to me" Hotaru said. That's new.. Usually, She would kick me out..

"Why? I want to surprise Natsume first!"

"You should come with m--" Hotaru was cut when the door opened.

I looked to the door, Natsume was there! But..next to him was.. A girl?

My eyes widened as I saw them holding hands. His eyes also widened.

"H-Hi Natsume!" I smiled forcefully at him.

"M-Mikan.. I"

"I'm back! Are you surprised?"

"Y-Yeah.. You didn't tell me"

"I wanted to surprise you. But I see you are busy so we'll talk later!" I said while hiding the tears.

I walked to Hotaru and sit right next to her. Also bringing my bag.

"Mikan, I'm sorry, It's not what you-"

"What I think? I now fully understand the situation Natsume. Yesterday, I saw you walking with someone but I thought it was Ruka. Today, When I ask everyone where are you, Everyone frozed. But Anna said you were late so I shrugged it off. And everything matched"

I smiled at him.

The girl behind him was hiding behind him. I smiled at her but she cowered more.

"Who is this girl?" I ask.

"She is Nobara Ibaragi. Transferred here after you got admitted to Hospital" Hotaru said.

"So I guess she is your new girl friend I suppose? That's great, Now you won't be too attached to me!"

He cheated on me even though I trusted him so much.

Night time, I cried my eyes out. I felt betrayed, even though I'm not his girlfriend. I felt like he gives me false hope.

I'm too confident about it. It's my fault.

I request that I got transferred to the school's main branch that is At America.
