It's been months since me and devin kissed. We never talked about it. We just pretend it never happened. I guess I'm always going to have something for him but. I have my boyfriend now that makes me happy then ever. I never felt this way in a long time. And I think I'm in love with him. I'm just bored in my room so I decide to go to tori's to annoy her. I grab my keys and phone. I get into my car and drive to her place.

I go into tori's room

A: "hey- what the fuck!?"

I hear tori scream and a guy I knew wasn't devin. I look closely.

A: "jake"

I look at tori

A: "fuck you"

J: "wait!"

I run out of the door having tears run down my face. I open the front door.

J: "wait!"

He grabs my hand quickly.

A: "get off of me!"

I yank my hand out of his grip

J: "look it's not what it looks like"

A: "oh really? So it's not you fucking my best friend?"

I see tori and stare at her.

A: "how could you?"

V: "I'm..im sorry"

A: "you have a boyfriend...I would never do this to you.

I turn to outside but stop. I turn back at her.

A: "I liked your boyfriend and kissed him but never slept with him cause I felt like shit"

V: "please don't tell him"

A: "are you?"

V: "not right now..just..please?"

She starts to cry

A: "if you're not going to tell him. I will"

V: "no you won't"

A: "watch me"

I get in my car and drive to Devin's house. I knock on the door and devin answers with no shirt on.

A: "put some clothes on, and shoes now!"

Devin nods his head. He quickly gets dressed and out of the door he gets in my car and quickly drive away.

We arrive to tori's house.

A: "I'm sorry what you're about to see"

D: "of what?"

We get out of the car and into the house.

We get closer to tori's door and hear her laughing. I open the door and see the both she screams again having them both hide under the covers.

D: "I can't believe you"

V: "wait"

She tries to get out of the bed.

D: "no save it"

He walks away

V: "I told you not to tell him"

A: "and I told you I loved him"

I point to jake.

A: "don't call me, don't talk to me...I never want to see your face again"

I slam the door having tears run down my face. I get out of the house and get in my car. Devin was waiting for me outside. I just sit in the car for a minute with Devin in the car.

A: "go us"

I break the silence.

We both laugh

D: "you ok?"

A: "sure..you?"

D: "I kinda figured but didn't want to believe it"

A: "same here"

I look at the steering wheel for a minute.

A: "my best friend...my fucking best friend"

I break the silence again

A, D: "I'm sorry"

We say in unison

D: "how about we go to my house?"

I nod my head

We drive away

We arrive at devin's house we get out of the car and into his house. His dad wasn't home which was good he sits on the end of the couch while I sit on the other end of the couch.

D: "did you ever get cheated on?"

He says jokingly

A: "yea"

I look down

D: "what!?"

A: "yea"

I look at him having tears in my eyes

D: "what happened?"

He says with a confused face

A: "his name mike...I dated him last year..I told him I loved him but then he cheated on me with a girl I never found out who it was though?"

D: "how did you find out?"

A: "a video..someone told me it was blocked so I couldn't call it or anything...it was the girl though she said it was over and said I was ugly and knew she could steal him"

D: "last year with your boyfriend you looked happy"

A: "you seen me last year"

D: "always..I was just scared to talk to you"

I chuckle

D: "well when you weren't at school or looking..umm"

A: "just tell me"

D: "tori would mess around with mike or they would act like a couple"

A: "so this wasn't the first time?"

D: "I'm sorry"

A: "it's ok"

A tear runs down my face. He comes closer to me and gives me a hug.

D: "it's ok I'm here"

A: "just please don't leave me"

D: "I promise"

He looks into my eyes and I look into his just a moment were we are just looking at each other I want him, but I didn't want to at the same time. He leans into to kiss me. I look away.

D: "is it something I did?"

A: "No! It's just we just got cheated on..and I don't want to ruin what we have right now..trust me I do want to be with you but I'm just scared that if we get into a relationship we're not going to be best friends.

D: "I'll wait till you're ready, but I will never leave you. You're my friend..well best friend"

A: "thanks"

I kiss him on his cheek

D: "but if you need anything I'm here"

I nod my head.

What a day.
