I know people suffer from depression and anxiety. I have, for starters. But take a moment, step outside and breath. Don't bring a phone with you, don't bring your laptop; bring yourself, a deck of cards, a friend, and a blanket. Enjoy what's in front of you, and even if the feeling of joy won't last forever, savor it and love those around you.
