There was this girl,
with eyes that were plain brown.
Who always had earphones always in,
who never made a sound.
And there was this girl,
who always felt so alone.
Who struggled every day,
and no one could ever see her woes.
Finally, there was this girl,
who gave up one night.
Who pleaded for everything to just end,
who let her demons win the fight.
She was the brown-eyed girl,
the one who no one ever saw.
Unloved until she left this world,
unimportant until she took the final fall.
